Charms Lesson 1 You walk into the Charms Classroom and see nothing on the board. There are various quills scattered everywhere and bottles of unlabeled ink. They're on the floor, stuck to the walls (using the sticking charm, no doubt), hanging off of strings from the ceiling, and on the desks. There are even some floating in mid-air! Ashby is sitting on his desk dangling his feet over the front and swinging them back and forth. Typical. |
Fallon walked into the charms classroom. She noticed all the quills and bottles of ink scattered everywhere and raised an eyebrow. She looked around and spotted the Professor sitting on his desk. "Hello Professor." Fallon said as she went to go find a seat. |
Roland with his satchel swinging at his side as he walked entered the classroom. He passed the professor's desk and saluted him with two fingers as he said "hi sir". Roland walked over to one of the desks near the front and adjacent to a window. He almost pulled out his quill and parchment before he noticed them all around the room. Instead he removed his wand from the inside pocket of his robes and placed it on the desk. |
"Hey, Professor," the Head Boy sent the large-bellied Professor a nod as he wandered into the Charms classroom.. .. and noticed all the ink and quills. Okaaaaaay. "Have a shopping spree in Scribbulus, did ya?" He asked with a grin as he dropped into a seat and pulled out his own quill. The one quill he'd managed to save from the flooding. It was knackered. |
Lucy entered the charms classroom her on her shoulder and her wand in her new purple wrist holster. She smiled as she saw the tons quills sticking to the walls, hanging from the ceiling, and floating in mid air. "Good evening Professor." She said sitting down in a seat. |
Upon walking into the Charms classroom Nancy stopped dead in her tracks - probably being in quite a few people's way - as her eyes fell on the various quills and ink bottles scattered around the room. What was going on in here?! Nancy blinked rapidly as she moved her gaze away from all the weird stuff, partly dangling from the ceiling, to Professor Ashby who was sitting on his desk. "Uhm...good day, professor." Then her eyes glanced back and forth between him and the ink bottles a few times before she added, "Uhm...may I ask what is up with those?" Was it rude to just ask like that? No, right? |
Weee for Charms. Charms was the bestestttttt class EVAH. It was a fact in CamWorld because no other class could have beaten it! Who DIDN'T like levitating objects or sticking stuff onto other stuff? Huh? huuuh? HUH? Freaks was an answer to that one. Wizards who were scared of magic was another... hmm. Well anyways, Charms was fun fun funnn! Cam walked into the classroom, with all of his belongings and his wand especially. "Haiiiiii Professah Ashby," Cam greeted. But something was different. The whole classroom looked like... a circus. A circus of quills and bottles of ink. Yup. |
Lyra entered the charms classroom but froze at the door. 'and my mum says i make a mess of my room? woah' She thought looking around at the bottles of ink and quills. She rubbed her eyes, maybe it was just an imagination but when she opened them again it was still a mess. Carefully walking to a seat at middle of the classroom she noticed the professor sitting on his desk. "hello professor" she greeted with a smile and sat down. |
Reese walked into the classroom carrying her school bag on her shoulder. She stopped walking when she noticed quills and unlabeled ink stuck to the walls and some hanging from string off the ceiling. Interesting. She walked over to an empty desk and sat her bag down. "Good day Professor Ashby," she said with a smile as she took her seat. |
As Jack wandered into the room, his eyes immediately fell upon the quills and ink bottles floating around the room, some of them even hanging from strings. Wrinkling his eyebrows at a bottle of ink stuck to the wall, he took his seat and looked around, observing the bottles a bit more. Interesting...no doubt they had another unique lesson in store for them today. |
hahaha... theres about 20 slytherins in the viewing bar and thats it :D we rock, see! Iris walked into the charms classroom with a big grin on her face. Oh how she loves charms, her dad made some amazing stuff like bubbles and smoke with different charms. She walked over to where Fallon was sat and put her bag down, then looked around at the bottles of ink "ok then" she said to herself, "Hello Professor!" she said cheerily, as she sat down leaving a space inbetween her and Fallon for Aaron. |
Rubbing a sore spot on her forehead, Daphne Hopton entered the classroom not giving the empty blackboard a second thought. It was until she collided with a floating ink with her cheek that she stopped and blinked. There were dozens of ink bottles randomly set up on the classroom, even some hanging from the ceiling adhered to strings rather ominously like magical fly sticky traps. "Sir," greeted Daphne simply, glancing down at the Professors swinging feet. He was peculiar as usual, she thought as she took a seat. |
Walking into class, Lettie couldn't help but stare at the large amounts of writing equipment that had taken up quite a lot of room all the way around. 'What the-?' She almost walked into an ink vial and took a seat at a vacant desk that was in the middle of the classroom, but next to the aisle. "Hi, Sir." Leticia said, very quietly as she took out her own writing stuffs and an empty notepad. If this school got any stranger, it might just drive Lettie bonkers, a good bonkers though...that or force her parents to drag her away. |
Elizabeth headed into Charms, curious what they were going to be learning about this time. And as she got inside the room, she actually was happy for her petite size, since she therefore managed to avoid havign to duck the quills that were inexplicably hanging from the ceiling. Making her way to a seat near the front, she smiled at Professor Ashby. Odd professor, really, but he taught her favorite class, so she still liked him. "Hi Professor Ashby," she said as she sat down carefully, trying to avoid the quills and ink bottles scattered about. |
Willow had come to the conclusion that Professor Ashby was a out of his mind. However, as insane as the old man was, the fifth year actually enjoyed his lessons. Surprisingly. "Good day, Professor Ashby. How are you doing?" She greeted, taking seat arounf the middle of the classroom, and pretending that there was nothing wrong with having bottles of ink floating around or scattered all over the floor, as well as the quills. Nope, there was nothing wrong or rare about that. |
Laura wandered into the classroom, excited to begin her first Charms lesson. She was wondering wat they would be doing, when she stopped dead. Oh...my...she thought, noticing the scattered quills and randomly placed inkbottles. This mounted her excitement. Laura greeted the Professor with a simple "Hi, Sir!" and took a seat. This should be an interesting lesson... |
William walked into the classroom, a bright smile on his face as he greeted the professor. "Hello professor, how are you?" He asked as he went over to his favorite spot from last term and sat down. Ah Charms a class he loved more than Herbology. What was up with the ink bottles and quills he wondered frowning. Just a normal day in charms he figured. |
Lucas walked into the classroom full of excitement. Let's see what Charms has in store for us! He thought and a smiled erupted on his face as he saw the quills and ink bottles scattered randomly Everywhere. They were everywhere apparently. On the floor, on the walls and in the air. This ought to be fun. "Hello Professor." He said as he walked past him and took a seat. |
Kita walked into the classroom and stopped walking immediately. Woah! How odd! she thought as she saw the quills and ink bottle that were strewn about everywhere. She looked at the professor and saw the way he was seated. She said "Hello Professor," and went to sit down at an empty desk in the middle of the classroom. She raised an eyebrow as she noticed even more bits lying around that her eyes seemed to have missed earlier. This should be different she thought... |
Victoria walked into the classroom and said "Hello Professor" then she went and found a seat. |

Issy bounded into the Charms classroom quite happily. Charms, since the day she'd first touched a wand, had been her best skills with magic. Some students did well with Defense Against the Dark Arts, others transfigured quite well. For Issy,it was charms. As soon as she'd made her way a few steps into the classroom, she stopped. What the... it looked like someone had let loose the First Years with a bunch of quills and ink and sticky charms. Curiously, she blinked and looked around her, eying the ink wells as she made her way towards the center of the room, where Willow was seated. The look of blissful ignorance was just too weird. Sliding into a seat to Willow's right, Issy nodded at the Professor. "Good day, Professor," she greeted him in a chirpy voice, pulling her rucksack into her lap. "Rather... urm... interesting take, on interior decorating, I see." Then, she turned to her left to address Willow. "Tell me you're not curious," she stated, arching her brows into her fringe. "There's ink wells stuck all about and you're just sitting here, so nonchalantly." |
Satine looked around the classroom. She liked the randomness...She was really pumped to get this class started and she hoped it would be her favorite because she loved charms. She raised her hand with a smile, "Professor, I brought extra quills and parchment for anyone who needs it...but it looks like you already have things like that hanging around...but just in case..." |
Mari walked into the Charms classroom, actually a bit happier now that she knew she'd be doing something she enjoyed. She spotted Elizabeth somehow amongst the quills floating and hanging about so she made her way over, waving away a few floating quills. She maneuvered around a few of the quills that were hanging and sat next to Elizabeth, noting there was a quill stuck to her desk. She gave her friend a questioning glance as she noticed the ink bottles everywhere too. What was going on? |
Clark moseyed on in to the classroom. It was incredibly...messy. Ah, well. It was learning-something he was always in for. He raised his head to look at the ceiling and..... AHHHH SHARP NEEEEDLEEEEE! IT WAS FACING RIGHT DOWN AT HIM!!! Kind of freaking out, he scooted over to another desk, one that wasn't right below a quill but away from the head girl (who was, frankly, kind of scary), away from Willow (he had always been embarrassed around her since the little incident). He plopped himself in a seat near Raisin and twiddled his thumbs, waiting for the lesson to begin. |
