An unexpected Call
24. Lumos (I picked the first choice with a reason)
Draco couldn't sleep. He rolled over and over on the bed. It was irritating to see others Sleeping.
Crabbe and Goyle's snoring increased his anger. What the bloody hell is this?!!! Why I'm awake in this
odd time. Well, the moon light indicated the approximate time.
"Hsss...Hsss", it was so clear now. He sat upright on the bed now, trying to concentrate on the
Sound beyond the boys's snoring.
"Idiots!!", he muttered but concentrating again. Yes! It was a strange sound. He panicked
instead of grinning.
He took his wand and put the overcoat on. Not afraid of anything but one, he followed the sound.
It was moving towards the corridor. He looked around carefully and made sure that nobody was
watching him, especially the peeves.
To his sheer luck the corridor looked deserted.
He took steps cautiously untill the hissing stoped near the girl's bathroom.
He stopped.He felt his heart skip a beat. Didnt know what was waiting for him. Taking a deep breathe,
Draco pulled out the wand, his hand shaking,
"LUMOS!!"
The place lit up.
"Pancy??.." he called.
"I told you to check your eyes first.." Ginny's sarcastic voice in whisper, filled his ears.

"Malfoy", McGonagall's voice screeched.
Slightly jumping, he stood up casually as usual without moving his hand from the parchment.
"Is there any important stuff than learning a new spell?", she questioned, eyes narrowed.
Of course. Do you know how to impress a girl! he thought as his eyes darted on Ginny.
But he stood still until she squeaked again.
"Could you come and perform the spell Mr. Malfoy?" she said and waited for him.
He looked around before moving forward.
What's with that midget Flitwick! Why the hell he left her take his class?! He cursed Prof. Flitwick in his mind.
Now he stood right in front of the whole class, everyone's eyes at him, curiously.
Then he realized that he even had no clue of what spell she had been taking today.
Oh Crap!!
Seeing his reactions, Professor said, "Seems Malfoy have no clue of what we're doing
here.." she gave him a quick glare,
"So any volunteers to help him?"
Ginny got to her feet, ignoring Ron's glare and murmurs she went on.
She smiled at the blonde before she touched his wand hand from behind him.
"Reducto" he mouthed automatically, even before she opened her mouth.
