Hi! Welcome to Our Shop! Jess (Jessica94ear), Ian (rubindo) and Sarah (Iluvfob13) - Three Slytherin's with lots some photoshop skills 
We will be making Grab Bags, Avatars, Signatures, Profile Pictures, And Story Banners if you need one.
Where did the name come from? Well, it just came to us. Earth, Wind, and Fire use to be a band and it now refers to the running backs of the New York Giants, Ian's favorite football team (American football). And now, we brought the Earth, Wind, and Fire to this thread and it suits us well.

Jess: Hi, I'm Jess. I'm 15 and live in England. I rains alot over here... Yet I don't own a single Umbrella... A bit daft Really. I've been here on SS since February, and I've been making graphics since about April-ish. I'm studying for my GCSE's in High school and hope to go to Edge Hill Uni after school and college... Because It's awesome there, has amazing Drama facilities and has wild bunnies running round everywhere you feel like your in the Teletubbies!  Ian: Hey everybody, it's Ian here and I'm 14 years old. I live in New Jersey and joined SS last April. Graphic designing runs in my family and I'm just getting the hang of it. If you want to see my personal shop head on over to Enterprise Graphics. 
Sarah: Heyyyyyyy! I'm Sarah and I'm 16. I'm from Illinois and just started making graphics so bare with me while I learn. Off SS, I'm always at school for Drama Club or somewhere reading a book.

You guys should know MM's rules. If not, then go read them. ~ Do not spam out our thread, It makes it irritating for us three AND other people who have come to visit our thread.
~ If you are here to request. Please follow all of the instructions below.
~ Do not, under any circumstances request something here if you requested it at the shop a few posts down. It's rude, and against the rules.
~ Don't hot link. Use your own server (like photobucket) Its alot easier for everyone.
~ Textless Avatars in the grab bags are NOT bases. Do not use them as such. If you want text on a textless brab bag avatar, request that it is done 
~ Do not claim any of our work to be your own - PLagerism is against the rules.
~Do not ask for one of us to make something for you - you do not get to choose. If you want one of us to make you something, PM us. It's far politer.
~ enjoy your time here! 
With our requests, you may request two things at one time (Siggy, Avvy and PP set count as one) ~Please be specific with what you want.
~Try to give us large, good quality photos to work with - It makes it a hell of a lot easier.
What Do you want? - (Siggy, Avvy, Profile Picture, Set)
Any Specific sizes? - (If your unsure about Siggy sizes, just let us know how many lines of text you want, and we will do the maths for you) A note from Jess: Will you PLEASE give us sizes when you're requesting a siggy, we don't know how many lines of text you want, so we have to guess, and Its not easy to get it right all the time, so PLEASE give use a size, or at least how many lines of text you want. Thanks.
Pictures you want us to use - ( do NOT hot-link / direct link! ) Please give us LARGE AND GOOD QUALITY images to work with. It is simply impossible to make a good siggy if the images you give us are blurry and Avvy sized.
Text you want - ( again, be specific, E.G. if you want your name in the top left corner, then say! We cannot mind read )
Anything else? - (colours, styles etc...) We will try to get requests done ASAP, and we will only have 5 requests at any one time. Once your request is complete, please remember to upload it to your own server and credit which ever of us made the request!
