Olivia was quite nervous.After all it was her first day in the Ministry.She calmed herself,and placing her hand on the doorknob,she pushed opened the door of the Planet Room.At once she was met by an awesome sight of so many planets.She gazed at them for a moment and then again reminded herself of getting to work.She saw another female Employee somewhat of her age sitting down on a chair.Seeing that no one else was around,she approached her and said shyly,"Umm...I'm a new employee here.My name's Olivia...Olivia Robertson.Could you tell me where the Head is?"

He faced the unrecognized person and said, "And how may I help you young miss?" he said. He had never known her even before when he was working in the Security department. Maybe she was new here.
He then looked around the division. Something is not right. He must sort things out before the Quidditch World Cup or it will be a disaster!

Rose paused for a moment and said,"I mean, I don't really know whether it is a usual thing or not, since I have entered this room only once before,that is when I was appointed as an employee."

DH looked towards the girl that spoke. "Ahh, Olive. I have been waiting for you." he said then he cleared his throat making sure his surprise was hidden. He then said, "I see you have met, Rose here. She will walk you through the job in here. It is quite easy but we will be busy when the Quidditch World Cup approaches." he said and then grabbed a paper from his desk and signed it. He tapped it with his wand and it tansformed into a paper crane and it flew out of the division. "As for the work here, it is quite easy, really. We just made sure every planet is in tip top shape. if not, we are in trouble, if you know what i mean." he then gave a chuckle. Hiding his emotions. He then smiled at the girl and nodded. "Oh, by the way, I am Daniel Henry Smith, but they call me DH. That is so rude of me." extending his hand to shake hers. "Any questions?" he added. Quote:

I will follow you in a moment. I have to sort thins out i the Death Chamber." he is being so talkative today. "I am taking over that division for a little while." he added.

You all know that the Quidditch World Cup is at hand and we have a vital role to play in the Series. And I need all the planets in, well, tip-top condition, so to speak." he said clearing his throat. "What I mean is, we need to predict the weather and conditions during the games based on the Planets, and we will have some help from the Maintenance Department. But I wanted you all to start up with Jupiter, to cover more grounds." he said with a smile and a wink at the group. "I will see you in a while, for I have to check up on the Death Chamber." with that, he walked away towards the door and left the Planet Room.

DH walked into the room leading the way for the tour he is giving Ms. Fairweather. He looked aroung and saw two of his employees, he cleared his throat and said in a tone of urgency. "Elizabeth, Rose come over here for a minute." he said and waved at them.
He wanted them to meet Ms. Fairweather and tell them of the plan of the Maintenance department and the participation of the Planet Room in the Quidditch World Cup.

Rose was explaining what she knew to Elizabeth when DH called both of them towards hi,.Rose was not taken aback to see Ms.Fairweather with DH.After attending the conference,it was hardlya surprise for her.Anyways Rosalie walked towards them with a smile and said."Hi DH and hi again ,Ms. Fairweather..It's great to be with you once again..".Rosalie was not telling it simply for the sake of formality.She had really enjoyed the time she spent with DH and Ms.Fairweather.
Now she looked seriously at DH and asked,"What's up DH?.....Is anything wrong?....I mean is it anything other than we already discussed?..".Rose felt sympathetic towards her Head as he already has too much on his plate to manage.

DH smiled at one of his trusted employees. "Oh, that's nothing Rose. I just wanted you all to give a formal greeting to Callie, here." he said then looking at Callie. Quote:

God, now she felt like a dipstick, her tiredness had near enough been spotted. DH proceeded with tour, giving Callie the whole Planet Room tour. After about 45 minutes, they returned to his office and had some tea and he escorted her to the lifts and they called it a day. DH returned and arranged the whole Planet Room for the return of the Maintenance Department employees the following morning. The Day After
DH was very early today. He double checked the whole Planet room and prepared the necessary equipment, even snacks for all of them. All that is missing is his employees and the one from level 8.
