Videos: Producers talk creating Harry Potter LEGO Y1-4 video game
Two new interviews have been released to promote the upcoming release of the Harry Potter LEGO Years 1-4 video game. The first, which can be viewed below, has Jonathan Smith, development director of Travellers Tales, discussing the general themes of the game, including how the plots for Sorcerer's Stone, Chamber of Secrets, Prisoner of Azkaban and Goblet of Fire were distilled to be brought to life via LEGO.
The LEGO video game's official site has also been updated with a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the game, where one of the character artists shows, via computer graphics, how Buckbeak the Hippogriff escaped from his chains in segments mirroring the end of the third book.

Being a character artist must be an interesting, fun job! Although sitting on my butt all day wouldn't be comfortable. xD I prefer to be up and moving.
I think my favorite part from the preview is when Ron busts of the horn and starts playing Hedwig's Theme to put Fluffy to sleep, and then Hermione slaps it away.
Ok, I work at a video store and I have seen all the other LEGO games come in and I have to say that of all of them (and there are a suprising number of them!) this is the only one I will be buying. Ever. At least until they make a sequel to it. XD
