Videos: Harry Potter cast answer fan questions, talk Deathly Hallows: Part 2 with CNN
CNN released several new interview clips from their Harry Potter special, hosted by Larry King, including new quotes with Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Tom Felton, and Robbie Coltrane. Dan spoke about how much he eagerly awaits having children in the future, Robbie discussed playing Hagrid and wearing the fatsuit, Rupert commented on his acting career and Deathly Hallows: Part 2, and Tom answered fan questions about his work in the Harry Potter films. “Oh, God yes, absolutely,” Daniel replied [when asked if he wanted to have children]. “It’s very strange. I’m one of the broodiest young men you will ever meet… I think also, because I spent so much time around adults and I saw them all have kids…”
“You want children?” Larry asked.
“Absolutely,” the actor said.
Daniel went on to say he would like to have a big family — eventually.
“Not just now. But I want kids and I want lots,” he laughed. “I’ve seen how happy fatherhood has made some of my best friends.
“I love kids, as well,” he continued. “I definitely want that.”
“I’ve got a girlfriend at the moment, who I am very much in love with,” he said. “So, you know, we’ll see where that goes.”
