| | | Potter art & books to be auctioned next month
Along with the seventh copy of the Tales of Beedle the Bard, some items of Potter art, including one drawn by J.K.Rowling herself, and a few signed books, will be auctioned off next month in aid of The Children's Voice.
The first new item announced for December 13th is a sketch by Jo of Harry, Ron, Hermione, Hagrid, Snape, Dumbledore & McGonagall, which can be seen here.
It was originally created for Children in Need in 1999. It is estimated to sell for between £10,000 - £15,000.
The second piece is by Cliff Wright. It features Harry and Buckbeak and can be seen here.
Wright illustrated for the British versions of Chamber of Secrets and Prisoner of Azkaban. This piece is expected to fetch between £3,000 - £5,000.
Finally there are autographed copies of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them and Quidditch Through the Ages plus a signed set of four Deluxe editions of the first four Harry Potter novels.

Hermione's teeth!
I always wondered exactly where Harry's scar was - it's centered ... and huge.

That's so cool!!
I really, really, reallyyyyyyyyyyyyyy want to read the Tales of Beedle the Bard. It sounds so cool! I'm hoping maybe it'll be donated to a library or something cool like that, and then we can all go from there? Or maybe J.K.'ll eventually publish it for world wide distribution |

We spent time here. We made friends here. That's a part of us.
Cause Hogwarts is bigger than any of us, of any of it's founders,
and it's going to be around long after we're gone.
Maybe we'll see our kids come here one day.
That's the thing about Hogwarts.
No matter how long you're away from it, there's always a way back. |
