 Confirmed: Gary Oldman will be Star Wars bad guy - Hunts down and kills Jedi Knights
British actor Gary Oldman will play the "deadliest" Star Wars villain ever in the franchise's final prequel Episode Three. 
The Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban star will voice character General Grievous, who is a part-alien/part-robot. And insiders say Oldman - who is considered to be one of the finest actors of his generation - was handpicked for the part by series creator George Lucas, who is a big fan of his work. Yo may call me names *lol*, but I hate the new Star Wars parts. Well, Episode 1 wasnt that bad, but in episode two I left the cinema after one hour. couldn't bear it. Sure, I love Gary Oldman, but he has to make Episode 3 a lot better to get me in it...

i hate star wars but i will go and see it for Gary Oldman the man is amazing. he nearly made me cry in POA becuas i kept thinking he really loves Harry lol.

Ah, the best of both worlds. I love Star Wars, but the prequils up until now have been pretty pathetic. Let's see if our man Garry will be able to revive some of that Star Wars magic.
