J.K. Rowling to read from HBP at Queen's birthday and fans can win tickets! We reported back in February that J.K. Rowling would be reading at a children's literature themed party at Buckingham Palace on June 25th to celebrate the Queen's 80th birthday. Today's Telegraph has announced that Ms. Rowling will be reading from 'Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince' and that two lucky children (ages 4-14) accompanied by an adult can win tickets to the party.
