J.K. Rowling has been nominated in the Glamour magazine Women of the Year awards 2009 in the 'writer' category for The Tales of Beedle the Bard. You can vote for Jo by going to this page.
Her competition includes Dawn French (the Fat Lady) for her autobiography Dear Fatty and Julie Walters (Molly) for her autobiography That's Another Story. Other women in the category include; Cecelia Ahern, India Knight, Jodi Picoult, Rose Tremain, Sophie Kinsella, Stephenie Meyer and Zoe Heller.
The awards will be presented on Tuesday June 2nd 2009.
