Helena Bonham-Carter (Bellatrix Lestrange in the Harry Potter films), has been cast in Warner Bros. forthcoming film Terminator Salvation, in which, according to the actress, she will play: Quote:
"I kind of play a baddie, definitely a baddie," Bonham Carter said in an interview while promoting her new film, the comedy-drama Sixty Six. "I don't know how much I'm allowed to say, but I'm a very bad person."
She further discusses part of the reason she chose the role: Quote:
"Tim [Burton] would have killed me if I hadn't done it, because he's such a Terminator fan," Bonham Carter said, referring to her longtime partner and director on such films as Planet of the Apes. "I've been in big movies before, like Apes, and Fight Club was big in a different way, and Charlie [and the Chocolate Factory] and Sweeney Todd were big, but I've never been in this kind of big popcorn action movie, a male one, an action one."
Terminator Salvation will be in theatres May 22, 2009.

I love HBC! and Terminator Salvation is starting to get some hype considering it's release is still a long way off (I'm a fan too!).
Helen is soooo good at being bad! Unfortunately we wont see the best of her as Bellatrix until DH.

Sixty Six is an awesome film and she is fantastic in it. For once she isn't the baddie and she does it brilliantly. For a while there I was worried she would only play psycho bad women. Plus... Her hair is actually brushed in that movie! Its like a completely different woman.
I'd definitely recommend watching the movie. Its funny, yet heartbreaking at times.
As for the terminator... I bet she will be freaky. Excellent!

How awesome! She's a GREAT actress and she always does a great job playing the evil characters. I don't think there's a single role she has done that I didn't enjoy. Helena Rocks!
I guess i'll be going to IMDB to get some more info on this new Terminator film. I don't know much about it... well I don't know anything about it, haha!

Im guessing she isnt counting HP as popcirn big, but i think sixtysix came out before she was cast of HP.
