Helena Bonham Carter: I've always been a fan of M&S, so, it was fun - I thought yeah, why not? Well, I sort of live with Tim Burton, so I've played odder things. For me, actually, to play a dismembered head of a wizard is actually kind of a normal thing for me to do. Well, you know, funny enough, my childhood dog was a Westie, and I do love dogs. And one day, we will get a dog, but not this Christmas.

Christmas still is pretty magical, I only hesitate because now, being the parent, you tend to have to do all the work. But I still love all the decorating, and I like the getting ready for it, and I love how excited my kids get.

People just seem to be happy and more friendly, because people actually tend to smile back at you, which is kind of nice. A guilty pleasure? Well none that I'm going to confess to! Definitely Tim is pretty hard to buy for. Because he's not a man of things. What do I want for Christmas? A really nice surprise.
