Harry Potter chair fetches £20,000 at auction
 

A week ago we told you about a chair, which J.K. Rowling sat on to write the first two Harry Potter books, which was to be re-auctioned to benefit Books Abroad, a charity which sends free school books to impoverished countries. The Scotsman reports that the chair made £20,000 at auction. The item was previously sold for £15,000 to benefit the NSPCC in 2002. 20% of the money raised will go to charity.

hahaha thats amazing how much people are willing to pay. Think of what you could to with that chair........you could on sit and stand on it .....and......ermmmmm.. well thats about it hahaha
