Half-Blood Prince creative team featured in Telegraph magazine Today's issue of the UK's Telegraph magazine had a feature on the creative crew behind the Harry Potter films, especially Half-Blood Prince, who speak about how they bring the sets, visual effects, and costumes to life. Interviews with David Heyman and Jany Temime, the costume designer, showcase how much influence Jo Rowling has in reference to the technical aspects of the series, and the amount of input Dan Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, and Emma Watson gave on their characters. Numerous photos of the crew around the Leavesden sets were attached to the article, as well as an introductory image of Dan Radcliffe getting his makeup done. They can all be seen here. SPOILER!!: Hi-res Telegraph magazine scans. Thanks very much to SS reader Laura-Tonks for the scans! |
:O Dumbledore!! |
Yay my scans :D Blimey they're big, you can see every speck of dust on the page! Really great to see what I assume are the hourglasses for the house points. |
That photo of Dan. His clothes look like something a more grown up person would wear. Could we possibly be looking at his costume for the final scene of Deathly Hallows? I wonder. |
Good Godric those scans were huge.. I almost peed my pants when I saw Aragog. (I'm afraid of spiders .. :P) |
