Chinese kids want more Potter
 

Gordon Brown, a British MP who was recently on a trip to China, asked a dozen teenage pupils what they currently wanted. Their answer? Harry Potter.

My mam made me a Slytherin scarf. Personally, I think it's much nicer than the official merchandise ones.

Mmmm I am going to beg my grandma to make me a Ravenclaw scarf... It is never cold enough here to wear a scarf but I would still love to have one!
And the only HP merchandise I have is the cards and two HP figures (one casting a spell and one playing Quidditch and they were on sale!).

Well thanks to many of my English friends I have quite a lot of HP merchandise ...

Ive always wanted a Gryffindor scarf. Ive always looked through hottopic and they have awsome harry potter merchandise.

I want a Ravenclaw scarf so bad!!! >_< and some socks like Hermione's :lol:

Me and my friend always go into there when we're at the mall. Constantly we're looking at all the hp stuff. It's so kool that I want everything there HP but I don't have enough money to go and get all taht stuff. But, I do have a Ron shirt, the hp pins, and two hp calendars.......I want a scarf.......

The HP merchandise at Hot Topic IS really cool, but I wish they made a nice Hogwarts crest t-shirt like the aged Gryffindor one! I would buy it in a heartbeat!! :flower:

I`m also going to have some clothes from HP - my granmum will make for me (I hope). :)

I should try to knit...doubt I will be that good at it....but I can try. I would defintley make scarves!

I wish I knew how to knit, or at least knew someone how to knit. China is faily communist i think,so that is probably why they don't have much access to HP.

not only chinese but also us austrian children want more hp stuff! although i got round five poa calenders - and i shouldn't complain. i'm trying to get my mum knit me a gryffindor scarf for next winter.

I don't blame the kids in China for wanting more HP merchandise!!! HP merchandise are so great! Although I don't have much, but the ones I got are really wicked!!!
