7,000 girls attend Lavendar Brown auditions
 

The open casting call for the role of Lavendar Brown in Half-Blood Prince was held today in London at the Earls Court Exhibition Centre. It is estimated that at least 7,000 girls were present.

Potential Lavendars were seen by two casting directors in groups of 30. They were told to say their their name, age, and an interesting fact about themselves whilst holding a whiteboard with their name on it. Some girls made it through whilst others were dismissed.

Wow, I didn't think that many would show up given the London scares and just one weeks notice. I really hope they found the perfect Lavender like they did with the Luna. :D

I was one of those 7000. XD It was so hectic, but fun though! I doubt I'll be called back but there were a lot of people there that I thought would make a good Lav-Lav.
