Hey! It's everybody's favorite annoying person who has too many fics (except for Tara! Love ya!) That's right, it's Katie! Got a new idea for a Dr/Hr fic! Wait till you hear how this one came about!

I was posting on my fic, when Bells posted an idea for a new pic, and I thought that was a great idea, so we PMed back and forth for awhile, and now I think we have something worthy to be called a fic! Hope you like it!

The basic gist of the story is: Harry and Hermione have been dating since Harry and Ginny broke up. Ginny has fought tooth and nail to stay at Hogwarts, but with the death of Dumbledore, and since Hermione doesn't like him that way, Ron has allowed himself to be pulled out of Hogwarts. Ginny is still wanting Harry for herself.

But that's not the whole story.....

See, Harry is taking more special classes, but this time with all the teachers, so he can up his skills in order to defeat Voldemort. But by an act that no one was prepared for, Hermione suffers a blow to the head, and has amnesia. Because Harry doesn't have time to look after her, Professor Slughorn offers the help of his favorite student, a familiar face....Draco Malfoy!

But wait, it get's better...

Since Hermione has no idea who Draco truely is, they fall in love, and Hermione must choose between old love and new love! WHOO HOO!

Harry was glad for one more year at Hogwarts. Without Dumbledore there though, it was going to be different, and probably difficult. But now that he had Hermione at his side, Harry felt a sort of calm. Because now he had someone to relieve all his worries too, and he knew that Hermione would listen.

The fact that Ron had been taken out of school depressed him to no end. Ron was his best friend. But for their own reasons, the Weasley's hadn't wanted him in school if Dumbledore wasn't there. They had wanted to take Harry out as well, but Professor McGonagall would not allow it. So all Harry had left was Hermione...

Harry boarded the train to Hogwarts alone. He didn't know where Hermione was; she hadn't sent him an owl yet. Which was odd for Hermione, but maybe she had slept late, or something. Either way, he saved her a seat next to him in their compartment. Ginny, who'd ranted and had multiple tantrums throughout the whole summer just so she could go back to school, had walked into the compartment followed by Luna and Neville.

"Uh, Harry? Can we come in here? Everywhere else is full..." Ginny asked nervously. She and Harry had been rather cold since their breakup.

"Sure." Harry said, a little abrupt. Neville nervously put his suitcase up on the rack, noticing the tension. Luna, as usual, noticed nothing, and pulled out the latest edition to The Quibbler.

"What's new this month, Love?" Neville asked Luna, putting his arm around her shoulders.

"Nothing Neville. Only that The Ministry is now using Straight Gibbed Johnpers in our owl post, to control us." She gave him a Look. "Please don't tell me you didn't know that."

"Of course not..." Neville looked at Harry. Harry hid a giggle. Just then Hermione burst into the compartment, looking exhausted.

"Hi Ginny, Neville, Luna. Harry." She gave Harry a kiss, and Harry moved over for her. She flopped down on the seat and leaned in Harry's lap. "Slept late, and mum couldn't find her cell phone, and insisted that I take mine. Even though I told her that it doesn't work on Hogwarts Grounds."

"That's ok Hermione," Luna said dreamily, "Cell phones are the Ministry's weapon to control the Muggle world."

"Oh really?" Hermione asked, and put her hand on Harry's knee. Ginny turned a deep red, her ears turning pink, the universal Weasley sign of embarrassment and rage.

"Yes. They're not satisfied with the Wizarding World." She did not elaborate, but continued to read. Neville rolled his eyes, and then kissed the top of her head.
Ginny looked away from Harry and Hermione.

The talk after the train had left was light and somewhat dampened with Ginny's mood. It lasted the whole ride, and even the weather was moping, for it had started to rain. Hermione was now wearing Harry's jacket, and that made Ginny all the more frustrated.

Finally, the train arrived at Hogwarts. Harry helped Hermione up, and proceeded to get Ginny's suitcase down.

"I can do it myself!" Ginny snarled, and grabbed it, knocking down Neville's suitcase, and narrowly missing Hermione. "Oops, sorry Neville." She flounced away, as much as her suitcase would allow her. Harry looked at Neville.

"What's eating her?"

"Dunno. You got everything, Luna?"

"Yes Neville. Are you two joining us in our carriage?" Luna asked Hermione.

"Sure." Hermione answered for both of them, and together they walked to the carriages.

OMG!!! I actually got to read one of your stories that isnt already in the finished fics section.

I love this!! It's soo good...cant wait to know what harry's reaction is going to be to Mione saying Draco is her boyfriend...

Once again Hermione, Harry, and Draco found themselves in the Hospital Wing. But this time it wasn't Hermione who was the patient.

Draco Malfoy lay on the bed out cold. Harry was there as well in the corner of the room being lectured by McGonagal.

Hermione walked off to Draco's bedside. She couldn't take her eyes off of his face. His expression was so peaceful.

She ran his hand against his cheek and was shocked when his hand came flying up and grabbed hers.

After Hermione's initial shock was over she smiled and asked, "How are you feeling?"

Draco shrugged, "Alright." he said not wanting to admit that Harry's blows had hurt him quite badly. he tried to sit up but winced as a boly of pain went through him.

Hermione helped him lie back down and sat down next to him. She grasped his hand and smiled. Draco looked at her and suddenly he was lost in her deep brown eyes.

Hermione caught his gaze and she couldn't pull away. Suddenly their faces started to inch forward.

Ginny watched Hermione walk off towards Draco with little interest. All she really cared about was the boy who was standing a few feet away from her.

She watched as Proffesor McGonagal finished with a red face. Harry walked over to Ginny.

She laughed at his terrified expression, "So, how'd it go?"

"She said that because I have so many things to do during the day my detentions will be nightly. I'll be cleaning down desks in empty classrooms." he said with a groan.

Ginny let out a low whistle, "How long are you in for?"

Harry groaned louder, "A month. I'm going to kill Malfoy! Where is that git anyways?"

He said looking around but Ginny blocked his view of the bed. "Oh-um- he already left. Yea-er-he went off about five minutes ago."

"Was Hermione with him?!"

"Well-"

"Oh I'M GONNA KILL HIM!" Harry said said grabbing a hold of Ginny's arm and storming out of the room. Ginny with a gleeful expression on her face did nothing to stop him.

Hermione and Draco kissed each other. Hermione cupped his head in her hands, and Draco plunged his hands into her hair. All his dreams were coming true, in this simple kiss. They broke apart, breathing hard.

"Was that real?" Draco asked, hardly believing his luck. Hermione nodded.

"I...I think so. How are you feeling?"

"Much better." Draco smiled at Hermione, and she blushed. "Wanna go out sometime?" There. It was out.

"When's the next......um, that....oh dear..." Hermione looked worried. Draco snapped his fingers.

"Hogsmeade?"

"Oh right! That place! Can we go there? Together?" Hermione asked, hopeful. Draco nodded. "Oh, I'm so excited."

Harry had Ginny by the arm and stormed past their bedside. Ginny made sure Harry didn't look by Hermione and Draco's bed. She, however glanced over, and saw Hermione kissing Draco. Her jaw dropped, but her heart leaped. Hermione was cheating on Harry! This was better than she had planned!

"What does she see in him? Why did she kiss him?" Harry asked her angrily, mostly asking himself. Ginny shrugged, and slowed him down. They were walking now, and Ginny was trying to think of the right thing to say.

"Well, he has money-"

"I have money! I got a whole friggin VAULT full! That shouldn't be an excuse!" Uh oh. This wasn't going where Ginny planned.

"Maybe she just doesn't appreciate you." That made Harry stop. He looked thoughtfully at Ginny.

"What if....what if she doesn't? After being friends all those years...do you mean to tell me that she doesn't appreciate me? After all these years?"

"I'm not saying that's her reason. I'm just giving out suggestions." Ginny defended herself. Harry sighed.

"You're right Gin. And I'm sorry. I just wish I understood her better. Maybe when she gets her memory back, we can discuss this."

"Good idea Harry. Until then, I have another suggestion." They had reached Gryffindor Tower.

"Oh?"

"Yes. Will you go to Hogsmeade with me this weekend?"

Harry smiled, and took Ginny's hand. Her heart fluttered.

"Ginny, I'm so glad you're here. Yes, I'll go with you."

Draco waited outside Hermione's room, anxious to get out.

"Hurry up Hermione, the group will leave without us!"

"I'm moving Draco. Just wait!" Draco started to grumble, but stopped as soon as she came out the door.

Hermione was dressed in a pair of sparkly pants with pink cowboy boots. She had on a pink tank-top with a matching bracelett. Her hair was straight and pulled up and away from her face with pink barrettes. She had her leather coin purse with her, and a pair of sunglasses lay on her hair gracefully. Draco was blown away.

Hermione was equally impressed. Draco had on dark blue jeans with black boots. His black muscle shirt showed off his pale skin that was beginning to show some color. His hair was carefully combed so it fell into his eyes slightly.

"Are we ready to go?" Draco asked Hermione gently, and took her hand. "You look gorgeous."

"Thank you Draco. Now, where are we going again?" Hermione asked.

"Hogsmeade, love. I am going to show you what you've been missing all these weeks."

"Sounds wonderful. I can't wait." Hermione was gaining her memory with each passing day. But the memory that Harry was her boyfriend was slipping away with each minute she spent with Draco.

Draco led Hermione out the Head Boy and Girl Room, knowing that he was spnding the day with the hottest girl in the whole school, and that included his ex-girlfriend, Clarissa...and Marsha...and Louis...and Geraldine...and...oh the list goes on, trust me!

After sliding down the stairs that led to the girls dorms, Harry decided that it would be alot safer if he just waited. He wanted to go with Ginny, but he felt that it would be better if he had went with Hermione. After all, how was she supposed to remember him when she wasn't apending time with him? But he had promised Ginny, and-

"Oh my." That was all he had to say on that.

Ginny was wearing a forest green t-shirt with a dark blue skirt. She was wearing forest green flip-flops and on her ring finger was a ring with the word Virginia carved into it. She didn't have her hair back, and was letting it do it's own thing, which happened to be wavy and flowing. Harry was falling in love with her all over again. Then he shook his head.

Hermione...you love Hermione, remember? But he didn't.

He took Ginny's hand, and they left the Gryffindor Common Room.

Draco led Hermione throughout Hogsmeade, taking her to Zonkos, Honeydukes, and the Three Broomsticks. He let her visit the Post Office, and even let her send a letter to her parents, letting them know that she was being taken care of, and not to worry too much about her. Finally, they came towards the Shrieking Shack.

"Oooo Draco, what's that place over there?" Hermione pointed at the Shrieking Shack.

"That, Hermione, is the Shrieking Shack. It's the most haunted house in Britain."

"What do you mean?" So Draco explained the meaning of 'haunted', and Hermione shivered. "Sounds bad." Hermione took Draco's hand. Draco smiled, and put his arm around her waist.

Harry and Ginny were having the most perfect time together. Harry bought Ginny all kinds of things, and Ginny felt that he was falling for her again. She grew more excited and happy with each passing moment. They made their way up to the Shrieking Shack.

"Harry...I need to ask you something, but..."

"What Ginny?" They sat down on one of the rocks. Harry took her hand. After some thought, Ginny took her hand away. Harry looked hurt, but said nothing.

"Harry...do you remember Hermione?"

"Of course, she's my girlfriend." Harry said immediately. "Why?"

"Just checking." Ginny said quietly. Harry took her face in his hands.

"Gin, you were never good at lying. What's on your mind?"

"I'm...I'm afraid that I might be falling in love with you, and you have...have..."

Harry stopped her words with a kiss. Ginny closed her eyes and gave in.

Hermione sighed contently and layed her head in Draco's shoulder with her eyes closed. Draco smiled and looked back up at the shrieking shack, he saw what seemed to be Harry Potter and an unmistakable red-head that could only belong to a Weasley.

Draco continued to watch. He noticed the two were holding hands. The Weaslette suddenly looked troubled as she spoke to Harry. That's when he saw it. Potter kissed the girl.

Draco thought he would be pleased by the sight of this, now Hermione was free from the scar-head's grasp. But instead he was angry. How could Potter treat Hermione like that? Just go off and kiss another girl after putting on a big act for her that he loved her.

"What's the matter?"

Draco snapped back to the present at the sound of Hermione's voice, "Oh- er-nothing. How about we go get a drink?"

Hermione smiled, "I'd like that."

So the couple walked off, Draco's hand around Hermione's waist both feeling happier than they've ever been.

Harry pulled away after what seemed like forever. He smiled down at Ginny. Ginny couldn't believe what had just happened, she felt like she was on top of the world. Harry smiled at her expression and took a hold of her hand.

They walked towards the road, "Do you want something to drink Gin?"

Ginny could only nod, still in awe of the passing event. As they walked in to the small coffee shop Ginny was suddenly back in reality as she saw a familiar blond and brunette in the corner of the shop.

They were in the midst of the most passionate kiss she'd ever seen. She tried not to worry. Harry won't care. He's with me now she thought desperately.

Draco ordered two drinks and lead Hermione to a cozy table in the back. He turned to her with a determined expression.

"Hermione there's something I wanted to say to you for a while now." he took a deep breath.

"Go on." she said with encouragement.

Draco smiled, "Well," then everything came out in a rush as though he'd been keeping this all in for a long time, "Hermione ever since the day I met you you've entanced me. Your the first person I've ever cared for and well Hermione," he looked straight into her eyes, "I love you."

He waited for an answer but was surprised as he suddenly felt Hermione's lips on his. The shock was over soon and he gave in.

"I love you too." she whispered.

Ginny watched frantically. She couldn't believe what she had heard.

"Come on Ginny, let's sit down." Harry said still oblivious to the events occuring a few feet away from them.

"Umm alright." she replied trying to sort out the situation at hand.

As she walked behind Harry she saw him stop. He was staring at Draco and Hermione. An unreadable expression on his face.
