| | |  The Dueling Arena
 Stepping into the arena, you are immediately enveloped with the light shining into the room, either morning or evening depending on what time you decide to enter. The the very right of the room, there is the long platform in which supervised duels will take place while four benches on either side are placed at a safe distance for those who would like to sit and watch. Just ahead of the platform in the right corner, there is a door, though pay no attention to it. It's locked for a reason.
Towards the back wall, there are various types of practice dummies, both stationary and moving, depending on what difficulty the practicer wants. Don't be afraid to go all out with your spells, for these dummies are charmed to repair themselves. There is one practice dummy set aside that will shoot spells back to the practicer, however, permission from a Professor is required to use it. To the left side of the arena are two sets of stands, eight seats high, that look out to the entire arena, comfortable for those who would just like to watch what's going on all around or for general purposes such as studying or relaxing after a long day in the arena.
The middle of the room is quite empty, due to the fact that the defense Professor enjoys presenting lessons in here, but please, despite the brilliant light that shines through the arena due to the large windows, it is not some place to sunbathe or fall asleep. You will be levitated out with a good dose of cold water splashed on you if caught.

West arrived in the Dueling Arena as directed by the professor, all ready to experience being STUPEFIED. Basically. He wanted to know what it felt like so here he was. The professor wasn't here yet so West mooched around the room, examining everything and taking a mental stock of what was on offer. It was his intention to learn more stuff and make use of this arena. He had to get good at practical stuff as well as the theory.
But first, he had to wait for the professor.

Medea couldn't ignore the rather wrong feeling that slivered down her spine as she walked into the dueling arena, spotting the young Slytherin already there, but, she supposed that's what one would get when they were about to stupefy a student. An unarmed student. An unarmed thirteen or fourteen year old student. Why did he want to do this again?

There was no mistaking it. Alexa was bouncing as she entered the dueling arena. Today couldn't have been any more perfect! Alice agreed to help her with her defensive spells and she was gonna try her luck with hexes too...the ones she knew anyway because she still needed Dora to teach her more.
She was grinning from ear to ear and there wasn't even a chocolate frog present--major epic moment here!!
The second year was so excited that she was hardly thinking straight. The stuff in here were pretty neat and she'd always wanted to play with them but classes were usually going on and she didn't have much time so it never happened but NOW Alice didn't have practice to worry about organizing and she didn't have some impossible pile of homework!!!!
Now then.
Where was Alice?
