Clumsy Cale is at it again!

All our planning for that huge fight in the common room was for nothing, I guess XD

The Seperate Schools

Cale was bored.

He missed girls.

While he had managed to make a load of new guy friends, and earned himself some points for Gryffindor, he was still very saddened by the terrible mess he and the rest of the school was in at the moment. We can start with the Great Hall.

Now, not only does Cale not have Pink Girl, but now he has no knives either.

Upon entering this school, if you could even call this prison a school, he noticed one horrible thing: The Slytherin's had a whole section of the great hall, and the Gryffindor's and Hufflepuff's were smashed into small sections with no knives, splintered benches, and limited elbow room.

No, take that back; ZERO elbow room.

There is also no mailing anyone outside of parents or guardians, which totally stinks for Cale since he has only ONE parent. He wanted to mail Emma! She was the only person who really got him in his family, and how was he supposed to tell his mum about his lady problems? How awkward!

Cale is so bored, he stopped straightening his hair, just to spice things up a little.

He really wanted Quidditch to start soon. He missed the girls from Gryffindor, and he wanted to see them so badly. Especially Anna. Weird as it was, he missed fighting with her.

He wondered if there was anyway he could contact his Pink Girl without breaking the rules.

He also wondered what was going on in the Slytherin Common Room over at Belle's school. Was Cora talking about him to Bella?

What about the Gryffindor Common Room? Was Anna talking about him?

And then, of course, he was trying to think of a way to cut steak without a knife.



Cale's mind is very complicated. 'Nuff said.

The Letter

For the first time in his in entire life, Cale was completely shocked.

When he got the letter from his mother, he had expected to find pages worth of her ranting, saying how unfair the Belle/Cooper schools were and her plans for breaking him out. But no, there was just a simple, "Oh, you'll survive, I'm sure it isn't that bad."

Then, of course, there was the stunning news that his mother had just gotten married!

Yes, she was no longer Beth Newell. She was now Beth Johnson.

Yes, she had spontaneously married the guy she had been dating for 2 years, just out of the blue. The woman who was too scared to let family members in her house out of the fear that germs would invade her incredibly clean home had gone and eloped.

Well, thanks for the invite, Mum!

He couldn't believe this. Parents were so unbelievably selfish. And she hadn't even provided an explanation for her erratic behavior. How rude!

Don't tell anyone, but Cale may have shed a tear or two when he realized that he hadn't been invited to his own mother's wedding. In fact, he almost lost it when he was talking to Little Miss Prefect.

Add this to all of his girl problems, and you've got yourself one distressed boy.

If only wizards had psychiatrists. Cale could really use one right about now.

The Two Girls

Cale Newell was depressed.

It wasn't because of the whole thing with his mum. No, he had gotten over that. He figured that all parents were allowed to be a little crazy, and besides, he wouldn't have been allowed to leave Coopers anyways. Besides, he had always kind of liked Aaron Johnson (he refused to call him Dad) so it wasn't like the whole situation was horrible.

No, he was depressed because his heart had been torn into pieces.

First of all, he loved Pink Girl. There was something about her pink hair, her charming smile, the way she was almost as clumsy as him, that enchanted him. They had some really nice conversations, and when he hugged her it just felt right. She was special.

But, at the same time, he loved someone else too. This girl, however, was totally different from Pink Girl. She drove him nuts a lot of times, but lately they had been getting along a lot better. And she told him she liked someone. And he had a very very very small feeling that it just might be him.

And he kind of hoped it was.

But the worst part was, he knew the second girl was his soul mate. He could just feel it. He got this nervous feeling deep down in his stomach whenever he saw her, a feeling that he wished and prayed he would feel about Pink Girl.

He loved Pink Girl.

He loved Little Miss Prefect.

He somewhat hated both of them for doing this to him.

He hated himself, because he knew he had to hurt someone, and he knew who it was.

He didn't want to hurt her. He knew she had been hurt before, and the fact that he was going to hurt her again was just horrible. It made him sick.

This whole situation made him sick.

He loved Pink Girl.

He loved Little Miss Prefect.

He needed jelly slugs like RIGHT NOW!

Poor Cale. Did Bella help him any?

Wow, Cale is just so destroyed right now. If only Anna KNEW all this. She's kind of completely oblivious to it all. She knows he got upset with something that happened with Cora, but she doesn't want to pry and thinks if he didn't tell Anna directly what happened, then maybe he doesn't want her to know.

She enjoyed spending all weekend in Hogsmeade with him, though!!!! Oh, and she enjoyed telling him she has a little crush on someone.

The Step Sister

Ok, Cale is not so happy about his mother's new marriage.

Not that he doesn't like his new step dad. He's cool. No, it's his daughter that is the devil personified.

Cale had completely forgotten about Ezra Greenboat until he had a dream about her. She was kicking him out of his house, and burning all of his drawings! He woke up (with a teensy little scream, I might add) and realized that since her actual mum lived in some place called Florida in America, she would be coming to live with him.

Suddenly Cooper's didn't seem so bad after all.

Before you say Cale is just being a drama queen again, let's describe Ezra: She is 13 year old, is a spoiled brat who only cares about her hair and her makeup and how tiny her waist is, and every time she ever came over to his house, she loveeeeedddddd teasing him. And slapping herself in the arm, and then yelling "Dad! Cale hit me!"

And for some reason, his mum fell for it every time.

No, there was simply no way he could live with that little devil-child for the rest of his life. He had already done a very nice job of avoiding her at Hogwarts--granted it was a lot easier now that there were two schools--but now that they were related by marriage, he'd have to see her during the holidays. And over the summer. Oh my god, she would always be there in the summer when he woke up, with her loud squeaky laugh and her dozens of boyfriends.

He bet she would try to take his room. Yes, that would be so EZRA of her.

He took a quick glance at the calendar hanging next to his bed. They had about two months till winter vacation, aka until he met his doom.

Hmmm, Cooper's vs. Home. There simply was no winner there.
