Saturday

Well this was a really good day. It was Asia's wedding day. Of course she had to get the whole city involved in the process. The whole city had to be decked out in gold and pink. I mean who does a wedding in gold and pink? I even liked being a bridesmaid. Even if she is a total snot to me, thats only because she is older than me.

Other than the colors the wedding was so beautiful, the whole family was there. Even my little cousin Jamaica. She is so annoying, I mean she is taller than me and she is younger. I just hate being this short. Anyways, she just felt the need to follow me around everywhere I went. And she just had to run and tell mother that I peeked over the wall. If it hadn't been Asia's wedding I would have gotten a royal chewing out from her, so remember to hit Jamaica with a hex next week.

Of course my mom had to steal the show, she invited everyone in Africa to this wedding, and then made like a hour long speech about all us wizards banding together and stamp out the muggle hold over the world. How only us wizards could stop the wars in Sudan and Kenya. That the muggle political system couldn't trusted to fix our country's problems... Blah, Blah, bleeping, blah.

I could see Asia getting mad, her tiara almost turned red from anger. If they had broken out in a fight that would have been great. My gold would be on Asia.

Grandmother was there and as always her stories were great. She told the story of the great warrior king Shakazolou. It was a great story. I missed her so much. I got a chance to talk to her about muggles, and she didn't snap at me like mother did. She actually explained somethings to me. She remembers when you could leave the city and actually have muggle friends, and they could visit you in the city too. Man that must have been great.

But Coral made it back into the city! I was so surprised to see her, I thought for sure the would catch her. This is like the 4th time she has gotten out of the city. I am so scared for her, if they caught her...But I want to go with her so bad. I mean she goes to Cape coast and hangs out with muggles! Her boyfriend is a muggle and he doesn't care that she is a witch.

Sunday

Dad took me and India to the pitch today. Those boys really thought that we couldn't play. What a crock. My father was the greatest player Ghana has ever seen. Did they think that his daughters couldn't play? We slaughtered them, they were from South Africa anyways. What do they know about Quidditch.

It was spectacular. You should have seen me. I scored almost 200 points. That keeper couldn't stop me. I was flying this way and flying that way. I tried this new fake out father taught me and I get them every single time with that move

Coral asked me if I wanted to go with her to the muggle city, Cape Coast. I told her I would have to think about it. I want to go so bad, but I am so scared of getting caught. I know mom would never let Purity Squad take me, but I am more scared of what she would do to me. She had one of her own sisters hauled off.

I honestly don't get what is the big deal with muggles. I know what they have done to other African countries and how the American muggles smuggled us for slavery. I mean the Riddles own use before we were freed. But we are free now and we live as we want to. Why do we have to be so mean to them.

Oh noo!! I forgot to send out the invitations!! Dad is going to kill me. I've got to go.

This story is great so far. Waiting for more. Hehehe Lol!

I like it because itz set out as a Diary. I sort of did a charactor story thats set out like a diary(hope you don't get mad if you think i copyed) I never copy, i just take ideas and change them. I hope you dont mind. Lol!!

Monday

Ok so I almost died to today. Me and Coral were walking along the top of the wall, well sneaking along the top of the wall. Coral UGH she can't do a decent disillusion charm, I mean her life only depended on it and she still couldn't get it right. So her feet start showing ans he just had to wear yellow shoes which stick out on a all black wall.

So we were spotted, but it was only Egypt. I thought it was the Purity Squad. I mean I was aparaited so fast back to my room I left both my eyebrows back there. Coral and Egypt had to come looking for me. And Egypt lays into me. I mean I thought she was going to burst a vessel or something the way she carried on. That girl needs a shot of slevaka ven real fast. That would loosen her up. So I made her swear she wouldn't tell on me. I don't know if I can trust her though. I think she would crack under the pressure of questioning if asked.

So I told her we weren't trying to get over the wall, i doubt she believed me. No one goes near the wall except Ministry officials. She just doesn't understand I feel like a caged bird or something. I could understand having a wall for protection and allowing people to come and go as they pleased. But we aren't allowed out, well we can leave we just can't come back. And only pureblood wizards are allowed in. I get tired of the same old people everyday.

Well this ever change?

Tuesday

Tonight was the Ministry Ball, and once again mother had to give me a look because I sent out the invitations a few days late. A lot of adults talking politics and stuff. Everyone congratulating Asia on her wedding. She married some Egyptian sheik, I never really talked to him, but we did get to go to his house in Egypt and that was a lot of fun, his daughters can't do half the spells we can. And they were so snotty. I don't think I could be their mother. The ball was wonderful anyways. Those quidditch boys from South Africa was there, turns out they are the sons of the South African Minister of Magic. Father bragged all night long how bad we beat them.

One of them, Dylon is really cute when he isn't sulking about losing to a bunch of girls. I think I may let him visit me again. He has like the smoothest skin I have ever seen, almost like a girls. I teased him about it and he got a little upset. That was funny. Of course he is taller than me he is almost feet tall. I feel like a little girl standing next to him, but we danced like every song together. Mother even joked about our countries uniting under a marriage between us. I have never seen a boy blush before.

Mother actually paraded around the Purity Squad like they are something to be proud of. They captured a muggle trying to get over the wall to see someone. I heard her screaming last night, I don't want to think about what they did to her. I know the type of hexes and curses they use, I can't imagine what it feels like to go through that. I've only ever seen people get dragged into the tower, I've never seen them come out. Mother says they don't harm them, but I know better. Mother used to use muggles as target practice, I wouldn't out it passed her if she.... No I can't think my mother would do that.

I mean she tucks me in at night, and kisses my forehead and tells me how much she loves me. Is she capable of.. I can't even write it down.

Thursday

Well Dylon came calling today. He was prim and proper about it. Asking my father if he would allow him to date me. I thought it was funny, but I really wanted to see him. He brought me some spiced chocolates from this place called Mexico. It was great, I may have to tell him to bring me some more.

Well tonight is the night. Me and Coral are going to make it over that wall. So see you soon.

Friday

Ok so a lot has happened since we last meet.

First off mother signed a marriage contract with Dylon's father!!! She set the wedding date for my 18th birthday!! Is she crazy, she didn't ask me, no one asked me anything. And of all things Asia came and told me. I thought her wedding was for love, no mother arranged her wedding too. So we could get into the Egyptian oil market. Its not enough that we own the oil in Saudi Arabia mother wants all the oil in the world. Father said his marriage to mother was arranged by his mother as well.

I mean I like him, he is so cute and he likes Quidditch as much as I do, but I don't know him, and he doesn't know me. How are we supposed to be married?! I can't have.... you know what with him.

He came in last night and we had dinner together and we talked about it. He is excited, I just couldn't believe how excited he was. Talking about our children, and what our combined families will do together. He talked on and on about it. I didn't get a word in otherwise. I felt like there was no need for me to even have a brain to be there. It was like i could make a cut out of myself and put it at the table with him and he wouldn't have missed a beat in the conversation.

Saturday

So we finally made it over the wall!!! I can' believe it I jumped on that carpet so fast when we got over the wall I thought I had left Coral behind. She was right there with me, we made it to Cape Coast!! It was so exciting. I mean muggles everywhere, Coral took me to this kind of club for underground wizards! It was jammed packed!! Most of them were from Accra, I didn't tell them who my mother was, some of them had very harsh words for her.

I had this kind of muggle candy its call Cotton Candy, its made of blue sugar and it melts in your mouth, but its not a charm or anything, thats just how its made. And ohh the music. I had so much fun! I loved it!

Egypt caught me sneaking back in though, and once again she had to give me a talking to. But then she wanted to know how it was. She even asked to go the next time. But Coral only goes once a month so she doesn't attract any attention, and so she doesn't have to think up so many lies to tell her mother.

Thursday

Ok, so me and father had tea today, it was the first time in a few weeks. I had been missing him. We talked about this arranged marriage thing mother made for me. He just sat and listened. I mean he always says the things to make me feel better. He said that my feelings may change in 2 years. I don't have to get married tomorrow. I mean that is true, but I will only be 18! Mother asked what else am I going to do with my life. I couldn't believe she said that. Isn't a mother supposed to inspire her child to do great things?

Well I guess thats why we have fathers.
