Only Magical Beings are Witches/Wizards and Mermaids please

Wishes can be granted by many magical creatures but some only truly work, a Mermaid, of course! No not those ugly looking creatures that you find at the bottom of the Hogwarts lake, usually the wish giving mermaids reside in France, and get married to mortals and have half-mermaid, half-human children, mermaids mostly only do this with magical blood though, muggles dont believe them and when they show the muggles they try to capture them. This year at Hogwarts, its the Triwizard Tournament, and the usual are coming Durmstrang Institute from Norway/Sweden and Beauxbatons Academy of Magic from France. Will there be some half breeds that come with them? If so will they be found out? Will the students of Hogwarts and Drumstrang try and use them?

History: Her parents met in France on the effiel tower, they immediatly fell in love. After a summer of romance and laughter they got married and had a daughter named Marina. Chad knew about Serena being a mermaid when she gave birth to Marina, and even though Serena was diffrent Chad loved her just the same and stayed with her. They are currently still madly in love and thinking about having another child
Marina was born on June 17th in a small town in France. After reaching eleven years old her mother had already taught her all there was to being a mermaid, she told her that no one could know what she was if they did they would want to hurt her and use her for their personal gain. It was at this same time of her life that Beauxbonts sent her a letter asking her to come to learn her magic. Her father and mother sent her on her way, hoping that no one would use her, or learn her secret.
