Meet Liisa Hai y'all! *gives a lil' wave* My name is Lisa and I am one of your Mods of the Month for July. I recently celebrated my 2 year anniversary on SS. Currently, I hold the position of Care of Magical Creatures professor in the School RPG, played by the ever-so-sweet, Mrs. Iliana Lawson. ^_^ At home, I am a wife and mother with two beautiful daughters and WAY too many pets. I work full-time as an Admin Assistant but LOVE to fill my free time (however much I can scrounge up) here on SS. If you'd like to know more about me... Ask away. I'm an open book. (at least for the rest of the month) ;) Thanks for stopping by. I'm looking forward to meeting you all! |
*has been waiting for this forever* Soo....my darling Wifey WWHHYY did you join SS? |
Hehe. Sooooo... Lisa, who is your FAVORITE neighbor, hmmmmmm? :xd: |
WOW! Y'all are fast! Quote:
I was pretty positive that I was a TOTAL Gryffindor and lo and behold, SS thought so too! ^_^ Quote:
Well Erinluff, that would have to be YOU! <3 |
What advice do u have for a newbie? I saw this site and thought i would try it out do u have any advice for me? |
Quote:
As for advice, I have tons. :) Most importantly, don't be afraid to meet new people. Most everyone on this site is super sweet and easy to talk to. There are many places to go on SS, try them all. We have games and fan clubs. There's also forums set up to just chat. Those are a blast and a great way to make friends. If you're looking to RP, start by planning your school character. There are threads set up to help you along. The School RPG is my most favorite part of SS. All in all, follow the SS rules and try your hand at everything. Then you'll find out what brings you the most joy. And don't be afraid to ask questions. SS mods are great resources and always willing to help guide you. (all those bolded names) In fact, you can feel free to ask me personally. :) |
Liiiiisa!!!*tackleglomps* And these beautiful daughters of yours, are they as awesome as you are? Hmmmm? ^_^ |
Hey twin!! What could I possibly ask you that I don't already know about you? Hmmm *ponders for a moment* If you ever had to leave SS what would be your fondest memory? And I made an awesome husband, right? LOL! |
Hiiiii Lisa! :glomp: I have come bearing a question..that's if you think you can handle it! :shifty: Okay..here it goes! *clears throat* Do YOU know if sheep get static cling when they rub against one another? :mwaha: |
nice to meet you too! :) |
Nice to Meet you :] |

Okay here goes... Dogs: Amy (yellow lab), Max (black lab), Kevin (some kinda fluffy puppy. I can't remember) Cats: Spencer (gray tabby) & Hailey (gray tabby) Turtle: Steve Snake: Monie (ball python) Mouse: Alice That's entirely too many if you ask me. See THIS is what happens when two animal lovers get married. As for the daughters, Ali (15) & Tori (8), they are much more awesome than I am. Anything particular you'd like to know about them? Quote:
My fondest memory would be the first lesson I ever taught. I was so scared and so nervous and everyone was just amazingly sweet to me. It was wonderful. And YOU made the BEST husband EVER! :loved: :loved: Quote:
Sheep-rubbing = static cling. Yes, ma'am! I'm sure of it. ;) Quote:

Dear Liisa, How much wood could a woodchuck chuck, if a woodchuck could chuck wood? Sincerely, Tailz. ^_^ |
Dearest Lisa!! :glomp: Will Josephina and Iliana meet soon? :eyebrows: Love you! <333 |
Dear Lisa :D Next Summer? Yey :D Anddd if you could live anywhere in the world where would you live? |
Well, you don't have to answer if you don't want (I understand), but which is your favorite house and why? (Besides Hufflepuff) |
Quote:
Hmm, I have no questions about your awesome girlies....yet. Cause my mind no wanna work right.:glomp: If you could jump into any book (besides HP....duh:P) which would it be and whyyyy?? |
Quote:
Oh, I'm supposed to ask a question, yup. *thinks about this* Oh, yeah! What was it like living in Hawaii? I've never been there, and I really want to go! :glomp: |
Quote:
If the woodchuck's name was Maurice, then it could chuck all the wood that it wanted to. However, if its name is Frank, no chucking would be allowed. Love, Lisa :loved: Quote:
I should hope so. :) Love you, too! <3 Quote:
Quote:
Why? ... because I am so VERY Gryffindor-ish myself. Quote:
The why is hard to explain unless you've read the Dark Tower series. Quote:
Hawaii was amazing! The beaches were great, the weather was PERFECT, and everything was just soooo beautiful. Honestly though, it was just like living in any other city. Except for the tourist. :roll eyes: If you go, avoid Waikiki if you can help it. LOL The crowds can be a nightmare. Try staying on the North Shore. The beaches are much prettier there and there's less people. |
Dear Lisa, Do you like your name? :P Oh, and what's your favorite Disney movie...hmm? ^_^ ~Love, Lisa. :loved: |
Quote:
Ohhhhh it's quite hard to pick... but if I had to choose just one... I'd go with Mary Poppins. |
Mah Leesur, Do you like NOISE? Do you have a NOISY HOUSE? With all your pets and whatnot. I'll bet Kevin is such a quiet and sweeeeeeeet creature. Not currently yapping his li'l head off. Amiright? You LOVE having TV and Radio volumes in multiples of 5, right? And lastly, fifth question, because you love multiples of five (;)), WHAT is the function of a rubber duck? Nom you very much, Your Zoevil PS: Troof pleez :xd: ;) |
Quote:
The truth, huh? Alright then, no getting mad. No, I do not like excessive noise. I don't particularly like silence either (hence the iPod that is always in my ear) I do indeed have a noisy house. The "kid noise" doesn't bother me. The new "puppy noise" is driving me up the wall. Teach me how to make Kevin SHUT UP! Multiples of 5 are a pain, and that is the truth. [/Jake Chambers] In fact, as soon as you leave for home, I will avoid the aforementioned numbers at all costs. The function of a rubber ducky = To make bath time lots of fun. |
