If you have been permission to enter this room. You will find everything you would need for studying runes. Advanced Runes Book all along the walls on bookshelves. Comfy chairs and couches to read on. Only the most advanced books are locked up and need Sokolov's permission to access. If you are not on the advanced level. That is not a problem. There is also moderate and easy level runes books around as well.

Come in, sit down and if you need Professor Sokolov's help he is probably on the second level reading.

OOC: You can just say Sokolv gave you permission to enter. Just be warned he will be listening to watching to what happens in here.
