Group 3 SPOILER!!: Zeke! Spotting the slight smirk Hady gave her typical grin in reply. "Mm well I suppose I could but it looks like the lesson is just about to start," she replied quietly her gaze shifting over to the Professor the moment he started to speak. However she did keep her spot on the floor beside her buddy. So they would be working in smallish group and not just with one partner. Alright then that sounds okay to her. Upon being told to pick a group and such Hady jumped up onto her feet and this time stuck with Zeke following along to stand behind him so they'd work together this lesson. She didn't think he'd complain about that...to much. |
Group 5 Angel realised that everyone was avoid one of the groups, no one wanted to be in group 5 for some reason but well she decided that she would give it a go... it couldn't be that hard right or that bad... well she hoped that it wouldn't be because she wouldn't be very good if it was. She wasn't a good actress, she really needed to brush up on her action skills one day. |
group 2 DRAMA CLASS???????????? THAT WAS SO COOL. THIS SCHOOL WAS AWESOME. ... Well, yeah she knew it was technically a runes lesson but if they were doing drama she was totally into that! "I'll be group two!" she said, jumping into the group with a big smile. She gave a huge grin to the older girl (Jessiqua) and rocked on her feet a bit, excited for the class to begin. |
Group 3? Yh. Group 3! SPOILER!!: Sophs, my love When his eyes had opened, Rooney felt a nudge from his left and looked that way. He managed a smile and a nod at one of his prefects, and loosened his fisted grip on his clothes. "I'm okay, Miss. White just isn't my favourite. Is it always this way?" Because he wasn't sure if he was going to cope if so. That..and he'd probably have to get sunglasses or something. Sheesh, white walls were bright. The first year gave Sophie a little nudge back as he found his niche in being here and smiled a little more. "Thanks, Miss." -- The eleven year old looked up when the class was beginning and listened as best as he could with his heart almost thumping out of his chest and his head full of theatre songs. He managed to catch the drift of what they were going to be doing, and contained his excitement very well. He didn't want to let people know that he was a professional actor, nor that he had accepted pay in sweets. Luckily, his lucky number didn't have toooo many people in the group, and this little mite gave Miss Sophie Brown a nudge in goodbye and hurried over to join the third line. Ready and reporting for duty, Sir! |
Group 1 SPOILER!!: Jackson and Leah! He was expecting an awkward response from the professor really, but he was glad that no such thing happened. Somehow, he felt like, he was given a clean slate. And as expected, the class wasn’t going to be a theoretical one, given that the notice said to leave their books behind. Acting? He can so do this. Giving Zander a nudge and a grin, Ethan eyed the groups before him, and decided to join the first group. Casually strolling the kids, the Slytherin gave the Gryffindor and Hufflepuff a nonchalant salute. “Hey guys.” Cue the cute grin. “I’m joining your group...and I hope you don’t mind.” Should they consider themselves lucky? They really should, because he’s got a talent for acting. Well, not really acting but he sure can get in the zone. Kettleburn can attest to that. Yup. "I'm Ethan. 'case you forgot..." BEAM. |
Group 4 Man on man. Thor!!! This sounded like so much fun because AJ LOVED superheroes. If they were going to be acting then maybe this lesson wouldn't be so hard. It was no secret that AJ struggled in this class. Another added bonus was that they were able to work in groups. WOOT. More brain power to go around. AJ was trying to keep track of who was going where. Being in a group with some Ravenclaws wouldn't be a bad thing either. Lux was in one group and so far it was just her. Hmm... AJ decided that she would go and work with the older Hufflepuff. "Mind if I join ya?" AJ was sure that she didn't, but it was still nice to ask sometimes. Lux was a good friend, and she was brilliant. She knew the older girl would be able to help her out. |
Group 6! They were gonna be acting? ACTING?! What in the name of?! Grayson deadpanned. He couldn't act! He could smirk and swagger and brew potions but he couldn't act to save his life. Sweet MERLIN, this was practically asking for disaster. Something was gonna mess up, he could feel it. Never before had he felt less confident about something than this. He even placed his elbows on the table and rubbed his face with his hands. He just wasn't good at this, mkay? And what was worse were the names beside each group up there on the blackboard. Aside from Ethan, he didn't know anyone else in the first group so unless he joined Ethan and ruled the group, this was gonna get boring quickly. There was no way he was joining group two or three or four. Why? Eh. Just eh. And group six consisted of the one person he didn't get along with but had to be around a lot because of the Quill. Sweet MERLIN. Groaning, Grayson practically had to force himself to get up and join the line for the sixth group. "You're joined by me today, you lucky son of a banshee. You're welcome." Top quality banter was gonna be had. Smiiiiirk. |
Group 5? Henric stood up from his seat and went to find a group that was available. Everywhere else seemed full, so he just went with any group that has lesser than three members. It didn't matter anyway, he hadn't read much of the story before. He still need help trying to act a scene from there. He doubt it would go well because his bad acting skills. "Hello, care if I join you?"he asked and smiled politely. |
Group 5 please Ilia had been looking around, waiting to see what this class would hold. It certainly looked interesting. Drama was not something she was anticipating in this class but she didn't mind it at all. The story topic made her smile because it was one she knew well. Break into groups....now that was the more unnerving part. As she scanned to see what empty groups there were, she saw Henric and Then she looked at the other student and waved politely. |

Group 6 So they had to go into groups. Well this would be so much fun. Dante did not hate groups. He would just rather do it himself or you know be forced to do it. So he looked around to see all the groups so far and saw it was three to a group. So he looked again to see what groups where not full and his eyes fell on Grayson Whitlock and The Ravenclaw Prefect. That sounded like the group for him. So over to them he goes. "Can i join this group?" He asked both of them. He would rather just not say anything. But for groups this sized he would have to talk. Sigh. |
Group 4 "Hiya, Benny!'' Adi greeted his friend. "Yeah, acting. Isn't that fuuuun?'' He shifted his weight from one foot to the other. HE COULDN'T WAIT TO GET STARTED! Back to Lux! "It is! I can't wait to see what we're going to be acting.'' Annnnd there was Botros making making things happen. OHHH! How Thor found his hammer! SO COOL, YO! Group, he needed a group. "Can I join you two?'' the Hufflepuff asked his girlfriend and closest Puffer girl friend? But why wouldn't they want an Adi? Hehe. |
hehehe :3 SPOILER!!: you two <3 Maybe he was kinda bold to step up in one group instead of joining the others. Especially that he's a new student but... Let's see. Jackson Hwang has a charm that could attract people to be in his team. Hehehe. Waiting... waiting... Then he heard a familiar voice behind him said that she's joining him. See? Turning back, the Korean guy saw Leah and grinned. So she really wanted to see him act, huh? He pinched her nose playfully. "You're so lucky that you're with me." Hehehe. Acting wasn't a new thing for him and perhaps he could teach her a little bit tips and trick how to be a good actor/actress. Jackson just needed one more person so his team would be complete. Oh, look! Another person joining them. Jackson remembered this guy, they sat together in Divination. Ethan, yeah. "I do remember you." He smiled at the older Slytherin guy. "Welcome to the team!" Now their team was already complete. |
My Saki dear / Henric Quote:
Speaking of which. "Are you excited?" Ilia certainly was. She might not know much about acting, but she did know Norse mythology....it was even in her name. "I wonder what we will be doing or who we would be portraying." |
Group 2 HOW THOR FOUND HIS HAMMER. AllllRIGHT! Toby grinned. He LOVED reading the stories in his Ancient Runes textbook. They weren't so long that he go distracted partway through, and they were all really interesting, especially once you had decent grasp of RUNE THINGS. Okay, so, picking a group. It all happened so FAST that a lot of groups were already full, but Toby soon eyed a group that only had two people so far, and he headed over to join them both. "Group two, you have incoming." Nyoooom. And he was there, joining the girls who he both recognised only by face. "Hi!" |
Group 2!! They would all have to act. That was what Xavi was getting out of this introduction to the lesson. If he had to act, he wanted to get it over with as quickly as possible, but being on the floor to begin with, by the time he had vaulted to his feet, all of the first act was full. "I want to be group two!" he announced quickly, hoping to slide in before that one was full as well. When the first person was really bad, people laughed, then forgot about it. They only remembered bad acting if they'd first seen good acting. At least, that was his theory. He snickered, hearing the comment from the other boy who'd been on the floor. He hadn't a clue who this boy was, but he at least had a sense of humor. Now, back to focusing on being first and worst. |
group 4 A play? WICKED. Norah wasn't really an actress but she did like dressing up and pretending so that counted, right? As long as she didn't have to memorize stuff, 'cause she was bad at that. She looked around at all the students and their groups, then spotted Lux and AJ and flounced over to them. She came to a halt with a big jump and grinned at them both. "Mind if I join?" This was going to be all sorts of fun. Well, unless they said no but that would never happen riiiiiight? |
SPOILER!!: ETHAN and JACKSON Leah grinned. Jackson was clearly triumphant at successfully gaining an amazing team member. And then he was pinching her NOSE. Was that like a Korean thing? "What was THAT for?" she rubbed her nose, laughing. She pinched his cheek, partly for payback, but also because she wanted to know what a boy's face felt like. "You have to be good, okay? Give me tips and stuff," she would need those. Desperately. They needed one more person. One COOL person... who was walking in their direction. Ethan, yeah? Yes. She smiled back but did not return the salute. She was simply awkward with that. "Hi Ethan, I'm Leah." Was he an actor? He looked like one. |
Without a Group Indeed it seemed they would be acting. Adi reaffirmed his thoughts and Botros confirmed it as he started the classroom in earnest. They would be showing a play about Thor and runes and be working in groups. Benny was watching the Professor at first as he wrote up stuff on the bulletin board and then turned to the gathering groups. Angel was in one...Lux, Adi and AJ in another and Zeke and Gabe in others. However as he moved to pick a group it seemed to either be filled up already or someone beat him to the last spot as confirmed by the board. Only three spots in each and it appeared as if he was out of luck. Was that a good thing? It meant he didn't have to act out. But it could also mean he was left out of whatever was expected of them later if it was connected to what was done by everyone in class. "Um...professor? " he spoke up after debating his next move. "What if there is no room?" There were more than 18 students in the room after all. |
Without a group Quote:
He saw Benny was with no group, maybe they can pair up? He was gonna asked Bostros too. "Professor I see everyone is in a group and they are full and I don't know which group to be in.." he said squinting at the board. |
Benny and Kace??? Need a partner??? When would Janelle learn? You had to move quickly anytime groups were being formed or you might be out of luck. She had hesitated for just a moment, to survey the groups. Now it seemed that all of the groups had their maximum number of members. Janelle wondered if she should try to crash one of the established groups or not. She would run the risk of being kicked out by Professor Botros or the other group members. It seemed that Janelle was not alone. She noticed two older students who also appeared to be groupless. She was pretty sure that they would not be excited to be in a group with a second year girl, but it wouldn't hurt to take a shot. Janelle walked over to the boys (Benny & Kace) and made her plea. "Hi, I'm Janelle. Are you guys in need of a third group memeber? 'Cause if you are, your search is over. I'm a good actress, I promise. What do you say? Can I be in your group?" Please, please, please? Janelle gave them her most irresistable smile and crossed her fingers. |
SPOILER!!: The cutie Janelle :3 Once Kace asked Bostros about the groups, he realized he had one now. I mean this girl Janelle who he had only seen briefly and Benny he knew from Adi and such. I mean they could form a group yes? I mean why not. He smiled at her and he was relieved to know she was a good actress. "Oh sure I mean I don't mind you being in our group. I mean I can act just not that well. I will do it if I have to." he offered so Janelle wouldn't be the only actress and doing all the work. That wouldn't be fair. He looked at Benny to see what he had to say. |
No Group </3 Text Cut: Rooney Sophie smiled when Rooney seemed to be okay and shook her head. "No, usually it's a standard classroom, with normal walls 'n desks 'n stuff. Today must just be a special day," she shrugged a shoulder, glad the boy seemed to be doing better already, though. "Welcome," she smiled warmly at him, her attention turning up to the front of the classroom when Botros began to speak. So they WOULD be acting things out, and... hahaha, she knew that story, yes. Personally, she hoped Tobes would get to be the Thor who dressed up like a bride. He'd probably enjoy that a lot, actually, and the mere thought made her smile. As everyone split into groups, Sophie gave Rooney a little wave as he ran off to join a group, and... before she could even move from her spot upon identifying a group that didn't have three people yet, all the groups were full. And a seventh group was even formed... leaving her standing there without a group. Welp. "Uhh... no group here. But I could play, like, the hammer or something," Sophie shrugged with a half-raised hand. With her 5'2", thin and gangly stature, people could totally pick her up. Because really... how many extra groups did they need? She didn't want to just not DO anything, so... she gave Botros eyes that said, PLEASE GIVE ME A ROLE. She'd even play a bird or a horse or something. ANYTHING. |
Group 4? Or Which ever. Rubbing his eyes one last time before forcing himself to bring his fists down. It wasn't all that bright now that he really looked. So he hadn't gonne blind THAT was good. As everyone started to branch off into groups, Kyroh glanced around. He wanted to be with his friends, yes, but their groups might have already been full. It wouldn't be a bad thing if he wasn't with his friends though.....just, he needed to find one. "Sir, can I be in group four?" |
no group </3 ... 9? This was weird. The white walls. Tia had to rub her eyes a few times and blinked to try to adjust and the next thing she knew Botros had said his welcomes and they were dividing into groups which explained why there were no desks today. Only problem was everyone rushing past her, splitting into groups and there was none for her - or Kyroh apparently who asked to join one of the current groups of trios. Gulp. Timidly raising her hand, she bit her lip, "Professor? Can we start a ninth group?" Or was there not enough scenes. She could totally be a prop holder or something. |
