Headmistress' Seating Area: Cartographers Club Meeting Two

http://i197.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps53232653.jpg

While you patiently wait for your turn with the Headmistress, why don't you have a seat? You'll find some lovely pink couches within view of the stone gargoyles, along with plants and lamps and fancy little glass coffee/end tables.

If you're bored, good! pick up one of the numerous Wizarding fashion magazines lying around on the end tables. The Headmistress never bores of talking fashion... hint hint.

OOC: You may RP freely here, even if you don't intend on seeing the Headmistress. If you really want to meet with her, post here!

So... the second meeting was going to be... here? OKAY

Zeke was ready for it, and his eyes were pealed for the expert guy who was supposed to be helping them. He hadn't seen the dude since handing stuff out in the first meeting, and frankly that was disappointing. He also had no idea if hepeople were doing this right. What was he point in doing it if you were going to get it wrong? HHHmmmmm?

Neverthless, grin on his face, a spring in his step, Zeke arrived and claimed a seat while they were available, he even had his green notebook and pencil in his bag.

READY!

Buggy-Boo 02-01-2015 01:29 AM

Margo was disappointed with herself for missing the last meeting. She had tried really hard to get here, but the homework and lessons had gotten to her and she needed time to figure out all of them. So now she was ready to have some fun.

Smiling Margo bounced in and was ready for the second meeting!

FearlessLeader19 02-01-2015 01:32 AM

Having noticed the noticed in his Common Room for the second Cartographer meeting, Adi made his way to the Headmistress's seating area. Why were they supposed to gather there? he couldn't help but wonder. Wouldn't it be a little tooooo crowded?

Anyway, the Puffer was there now, surveying the very pink place. Oh hey! Look! Friends! "Hey, Zeke, Margo!''

Holmesian Feline 02-01-2015 01:35 AM

So the first meeting of the club had certainly been...eventful.

One could only wonder what this one would entail for those participating this time around. The fact that they were meeting at the headmistress' seating area only added to the curiousity Benny was filled with for the gathering. It seemed more intimate a setting, especially given the limited seating he found there upon his arrival. But then, he supposed it didn't much matter if it was simply a starting off place.

Three students were all that were there at first, Adi and Zeke and a young Hufflepuff girl. "Hey," he greeted simply before taking up a spot to remain standing as they awaited what was to come, His purple notebook and pencil residing in his robe pocket.

Margo smiled when she saw Adi, it seemed like forever since they had spoken. "Adi!! I've missed you!" Margo said giving him a hug! Oops.....maybe she had over stepped her boundaries a little. Oh well it was Adi!

"How have you been?" Margo said smiling.

Just as excited as last time, Evie got her notebook and headed towards the Headmistress' office. She was even more curious this time because of the choice of location. She hadn't been in the waiting room before and was surprised to find how... pink it was. Evie didn't mind pink, but she was afraid it might start hurting her eyes if she stared too long.

Evie sat on the couch with a little bounce and clutched her notebook to her chest, waiting for others to arrive. She hoped Sophie or Paris or soooomebody would come this time.

Anna Banana 02-01-2015 03:26 AM

Even though she'd been sprayed with vinegar during the first meeting of the Cartography Club, Kate was excited to find out what the second meeting would offer. Plus, this one started out in the Headmistress' Seating Area, which meant they might get a chance to see her office! Awesome!

When Kate arrived, there were a few others already there. "Hey," she said to the ones she knew--Zeke, Margo, Adi, and Evie. Kate had never talked to Evie much, but she knew the girl from being a Ravenclaw. There was somebody else she didn't know, so Kate turned to an older Gryffindor boy (Ben) and said. "I'm Kate."

Kate pulled her pencil and notepad from her pocket (because she remembered they weren't supposed to use quills for some reason) and waited to see what would happen next.

littledhampir 02-01-2015 03:27 AM

Carography! The last meeting had been so fun! Hayden just loved exploring the castle, and seeing new places that she had never seen before like the house elf quarters. It was so cool, and now they got to do it again. She eagerly made her way to the place of the next meeting. She had never been in that area before. She'd never had any reason to be near the Headmistresses office. She wondered why the meeting was being held there.

"Hey Margo. Hey Adi." She greeted the friends that she knew and went to stand by them. This meeting was going to be so fun!

DuckyLinJi 02-01-2015 09:42 AM

Why was the second meeting at this place and not the room off the Great Hall. He thought it was a little odd but then again, this school was odd in the first place. After seeing the notice on the Gryffindor notice board, the fourth year decided to attend this meeting as well because he had nothing else to do except homework....but that was homework...get it? Besides, contrary to believes, Kevin did try to do what Quigley had told him about spending his time constructively and he had noticed he was less bitter when he was involved in things.

Of course, he wouldn't admit that the man had been right...

Holding his green notebook and pencil in his hands, Kevin entered the seating area of the Headmistress office. He did see Zeke from his group but was not in the mood to talk to him. So instead he just nodded at him and also Adi and went to lean against the wall and crossed his arms as he waited.

SilverTiger 02-01-2015 11:50 AM

Time for the second Cartographer’s club meeting, and as soon as Brooklyn had seen the notice as to where it was, she hadn’t needed to follow anyone up. Aside from finding someone to get her past the swampy first floor, but that hadn’t been too hard. She hadn’t needed to climb on anyone’s back this time. She noticed the Gryffindor once she’d arrived, too, the one she’d jumped on his back during the last meeting. He didn’t get much more than a glance as she made her way to claim a seat, though. She refused to be left standing.

Her purple notebook and pencil were safely in her robe pocket, too, just in case. It made sense they’d need them again, anyway. And she wondered if they were going to see the headmistress’ office, being here. That should be part of the map after all. Besides, she just wanted to see it, and the pink hardly bothered her. It wasn’t green, but it was okay.

WhittyBitty 02-01-2015 11:55 AM

Making her way to the Headmistress' seating area, Lux was excited for another meeting with the Cartography club. Hopefully they would get to explore more of the caste and this time she wouldn't have to wade through a swamp because that had been gross despite the boats.

Looked like she wasn't the first person here. "Hello, everyone!" Getting comfortable, she waited for the meeting to begin.

Felixir 02-01-2015 12:21 PM

Toby had never really been to this particular part of the castle before, never having any real need to, but he was present and correct at the Headmistress' seating area in time for the second Cartographers' Club meeting.

Having taken in his really very PINK surroundings, Toby then headed straight over to a couch with a free space and flopped right onto it. He had his notebook in hand, at the ready, and sat there quietly tossing it carefully into the air and catching it while he waited for the meeting to start.

ArianaBlack 02-01-2015 06:31 PM

Well... This was strange. In all his (so far) five years at Hogwarts, he had never ever EVER been to the Headmistress's office before. Granted, he never really had a reason to. BUT STILL. That alone was enough to get him to attend the second meeting. Forget exploring the castle, he was going to see where the Head of the ENTIRE SCHOOL lived. Because-uh-Professors and stuff... They did live in their offices right? Like under their desks?

Anyways, he really looking forward to the taking notes bit of the exploration, but he was looking forward to-- Uh. It was really, really pink here...? Huh. He did not see this coming. Pink always seemed more like a Professor Morgan thing... You know?

But never the less, he did take a sweeping look around the room trying to take a survey of who all had showed up already. He did send small nods towards Adi, Benny, and Lux.. But as soon as he saw Kevin Hirase his eyes truly lit up. Though again, Kevin at a school club? Weird. Zander grinned as he walked towards his best mate and followed his posture against the wall. Seeee, Zander could look cool toooo. Not as cool and effortless as Kevin made it look because of course, leaning against the wall took lots of balance and concentration. But still.

hpluvr037 02-01-2015 08:51 PM

It appeared that there would be quite a good group for the second meeting of the Cartographer's Club. A quick count showed at least ten. But where was Anastasia? Tiara looked around, but saw no one over the age of twenty. No matter, she would get here soon enough. In the meantime, best not to be rude. "Hello, everyone. Ready for some exploration?"

itsjustjesse 02-02-2015 08:27 AM

Puck wasn’t lake no, but she wasn’t sitting on a seat if that made anything clear. She sent everyone little headnods when she made her way into the seating room and leaned against the wall. “Hello Professor Tanner,” She smiled over to the Arithmancy Professor before looking at all of her other friends.

“Hey” she grinned over to Zeke, Adi, and Ben. “Hi Kate?” she smiled, “Hi, I’m Puck” she added introducing herself to well everyone she didn’t already know. Oh hey Kevin was there. “Hey Hirase,” she gave him a bit of a nod because hello she was harmless and kind…usually.

Heck everyone was getting hellos hi’s and little nods everyone. Lux got a nod and a wink though and Zander…got a smirking and a nod and a face. Yep. She gave him a face a look at all this pink wide eyed HOW DOES SHE LIVE IN HERE face.

hermionesclone 02-02-2015 01:37 PM

Oh jeez.

Oh MAN.

What was this, an explosion of PINK?!

Grayson had been kinda interested to see what the Headmistress's seating area looked like, only to be disappointed with the way the woman had decorated the place to make it look like an explosion of candyfloss. He scrunched up his face a little as he looked around the place, taking in the pink couches and fashion magazines and SWEET MERLIN, WHY WAS IT SO FREAKING PINK?!

Shudder.

Yeah. Alright. Whatever. He needed something to get over this bought of girliness and go to sit near someone who was COOL. That was probably the only way he could get through this. Soooooo, he went to sit right over there, next to a certain Hufflepuff. "Lookin' mighty fine there, Toby." Wink. Good company, this Puffer was.

Was he ready for some exploration? Only if the exploration meant that they could find something other than the secret passage near the dungeons and the Slytherin common room. Dude wanted to see someone ELSE's common room, please. Curiosity and all.

BanaBatGirl 02-02-2015 01:47 PM

Meeting Starts!

Alright, time to start this shindig. The Headmistress emerged from behind her stone gargoyles with a patient smile spreading across her face. The gargoyles stood at rapt attention, still remaining open while the woman came out into her seating area, which was unusual for them.

"Welcome welcome to our second Cartographers' Club meeting," the redhead greeted them all warmly, coming to a stop at the head of the waiting area. This was a good turnout! "Today we will be exploring the second floor and all it has to offer. First, I would like to invite you to share anything you found during last time's exploration, and then I'd like to hear what you are most curious about exploring today."

Finally, they would break down into groups and hop to it. But first... explorers, report!

DuckyLinJi 02-02-2015 05:15 PM

Kevin looked at Zander trying to mimick his stance and he had to look down to hide a chuckle because the Prefect looked so awkward doing it. He felt honored though that he was copying him now and he was about to say something to his friend when the Headmistress appeared.

"There was a portrait no one in Culloden's group had seen before in the dungeon corridor" he said, still leaning against the wall in the back with his arms crossed. "Not sure if it matters but it kept pestering anyone who wasn't a pureblooded slytherin and she demanded that we gave her a password" It hadn't worked though since they just walked by her... Anyways, that was what he remembered.

Kolyander 02-02-2015 10:56 PM

Hady had gotten there on time claiming herself a seat on one of the smaller couches not even taking notice to the extreme pinkness of the whole room. In her bag which had been set on her lap was her notebook and pencil for her group from last time. Luckily she'd remembered that.

As the meeting started she listened quietly to what the others had said. However when Kevin spoke up she frowned slightly though quickly replaced it with a straight face. "The portrait Kevin is speaking of is Elizabeth Burke...she was very upset about being removed from the Slytherin hall years ago. She said only a true Slytherin would know the password she wanted...." It wasn't much info but it was a bit more on what her group member had given. Maybe it would help, maybe it wouldn't.

Right now it's all she had. Sitting back in her seat she focused her gaze towards her lap mindlessly fiddling with the locket around her neck.

Expecto-Penguin 02-03-2015 12:05 AM

The second cartographer's meeting. The big puff wouldn't miss it for the world. He had a lot of fun last time doing it. As he sat besides Puck and was listening to the headmistress giving her greeting, she was curious what they learned last time. Kace volunteered a little information because he wanted others to say things you know?

Kace raised his hand and said, "Erm we learned where the house elves lived and what kind of conditions they work in." There just short and simple. Now what was he excited to learn today. He shrugged and said, "I am more excited to learn what the second corridor is all about. I am never down there too much. I don't what it has to offer." I mean he explored Hogwarts a lot but he never gave the second corridor any thought.

natethegreat 02-03-2015 12:06 AM

Gregoire was here this entire time

Well, considering the fact that Gregoire wasn't here for the last meeting because, well, he had other priorities to attend too, the Snake couldn't answer the first question. But he listened intently to what the other students had to say about their explorations. Hmmm. That's odd...a portrait by the Slytherin Common room? Mental note. He'd have to check that out later on sometime.

Holding his hands gently on his lap, the fourth year French Slytherin commented "I would like to check out more of the Dungeons, First, and Sixth Floors." That was basically what he wanted to do in a nutshell. Those were either the places he hasn't been to much, or the places he wants to explore more of because he hasn't seen most of them.

Obviously the Dungeons, Gregoire just wants to explore more down their because that's were the Common Room is for his house. Ever since the blue eyed boy noticed the swamp growing on the First Floor corridor, he wanted to explore there. Finally he hasn't explored the sixth floor yet, so he wants to check up there.

itsjustjesse 02-03-2015 12:21 AM

Puck was just leaning against the wall casually when Headmistress Truebridge walked in. Oh…okay so that made complete sense – exploring the castle weekly going floor by floor. “Oh last time I was in our lovely Headmistress Truebridge’s group,” Puck grinned “we explored the kitchen levels and everything there – apparently the hufflepuff Barrels spray you with vinegar if you aren’t a Hufflepuff” she chuckled. “And we met the house elves and saw their living quarters and they were just great” Puck grinned.

“Oh…and I’m really excited to just see the entire second floor when we all combine our notes but for now I’ll have to say that I’m really look forward to investigating the suits of armor and well…honestly the entire second floor corridor seems interesting” she grinned. There was no way she was leading a group to explore the lair of one Moaning Myrtle.

ArianaBlack 02-03-2015 12:52 AM

The Gryffindor wasn't really sure if the Headmistress wanted to hear from their group in particular because well... She was there? So wouldn't she know exactly what they found?? Except once Kace and Puck started sharing, welp. So much for that. The Fifth Year just y'know nodded along with what they said, only raising his hand to add something small himself, "Most of the elves were really helpful.. Leading us around their bunks and stuff..." Most of the elves being not Toddles.

Though the whole event was rather pointless because Zander didn't end up finding his chocolate frogs. Hmph. Toddles was still holding them hostage somewhere. Which didn't make any sense whatsoever because the room wasn't even that big!??? But ahem. Alas.

His contribution didn't even have anything to do with what exactly they mapped out. But uh, he wasn't taking notes like he was supposed to... *innocent* So really this was all he had to offer.

hpluvr037 02-03-2015 02:26 AM

Ah, Anastasia had been hiding out in her office. Less time to have to make small talk with the children. She had always been smart about that.

It sounded as if the first meeting of this auspicious club had met with mixed success. Some students had found things they had never seen before, while others seemed to be enamored with the living conditions of the elves. But really, most of them were excited to be back at it again. Tiara wasn't all that excited herself, but she wouldn't admit that and hoped to not let her attitude show it.

Hearing the sound of an adult's voice, Kate turned to see Professor Tanner. Smiling, Kate returned the greeting. "Hello, Professor Tanner," she said. "Of course! Well, so as long as I don't get sprayed with vinegar like last time." She smiled again. That had been annoying and kind of embarrassing, but now Kate looked back with laughs.

Then the Headmistress emerged in a grand entrance sort of way, and Kate looked on with admiration. Kate had never asked, but she kind of thought the Headmistress might have been a Ravenclaw in her day. Then again, Kate might be a bit biased. So, the second floor was up next! Kate still kind of help on to the hope they'd get to see the office of the head honcho in charge. She didn't know what was up there, but just knowing it was off limits unless you were invited in made it amazing.

"Well, last time I think I ventured somewhere I wasn't supposed to be," she said, kind of embarrassed but also thick-skinned enough to admit it. "I was honestly just checking out the barrels on the Kitchen Level Corridor, and I got sprayed with vinegar." RUDE. Kate kind of understood the whole protective barrier thing, though. "As far as this level, I was wondering if we might get to see your office?" Better yet, Kate wanted to emerge in grand-entrance style just like the Headmistress did.

"The Weasley Swamp on the first floor seems to be growing," Heather piped up. Hence why she was wearing her rain galoshes instead of normal shoes and her rain poncho. And staying away from any group with Professors Airey and Quigley. Just in case. "Professor Quigley went cat and jumped on Professor Flamsteed's shoulder to avoid the water and Professor Flamsteed flipped out and ended up falling into it and splashing everyone." She really rather would've been sprayed by vinegar than swamp water.

Also, a camera might prove useful, just in case something like that happened again.

griffin 02-03-2015 06:34 AM

They would be exploring the second floor today. Penelope had never really looked around this floor. She knew where to find the girls bathroom, the arithmancy classroom, and Headmistress Truebridge's office, but other than those places, she really didn't know much about the second floor. Classrooms, bathrooms, the great hall, Ravenclaw tower, and the library were the only places that she really needed to know how to get to. Those were the only places that she felt it was really important to know where they were. Penelope didn't usually explore everywhere else, but she was interesting in exploring parts of the castle that she had never explored.

Holmesian Feline 02-03-2015 02:59 PM

More and more people started to arrive, some Benny remembered from his group before or in passing from the initial gathering. Others must have joined in later or he missed them in all honesty. There was his Slytherin rider who ever so briefly looked his way. He in turn simply nodded before moving on to others. Like Professor Tanner and Puck and finally the Headmistress herself as she left her office to greet them.

Second Floor...where they currently were.

Home of the Arithmacy classroom as well which might explain Tanner's presence in the mix. As for what happened last time, there was one fact that easily stood out. The flooding of the First Floor Corridor which Heather was quick and beat him to speaking out about. "Hopefully nothing bad is to be found on the Second Floor..." he mused. One flood or some such thing was bad enough.

FearlessLeader19 02-03-2015 04:51 PM

Hugs. Hugs were his and Margo's thing. He knew he had been around less for her over the previous weeks and it was because he had all that studying to do. Adi returned the hug. "I'm always around.'' Most likely with his face in a book. "I'm tired to be honest.'' Yeah, he was. Could he drop onto one of those chairs and take a nap?

Thankfully more persons were joining them so maybe chatter would keep him focused. "Hey, Benny.'' His bestie was next to arrive. Kate, Hayden, Kevin, Lux, Zander, Puck and Professor Tanner all got grins as they greeted him.
.............................

Annnnd Truebridge was here! So. The second floor. Cool! At least there wouldn't be any swamp water there. Adi's eyes fixed on Kate. She got hit with vinegar? Her curiosity got the best of her, huh? Nothing wrong with that though and he pictured a vinegar soaked Kate. LOL. Cue his amused look!

"Heather's right,'' he confirmed as the girl mentioned the first floor. "Plant life in addition to the water is all over.'' Not to mention all the stuff living in the swamp.

WhittyBitty 02-03-2015 05:23 PM

As more people joined the group, Lux sent them waves. It was nice to see everyone back for more fun and she couldn't wait to explore the castle more.

As a few people mentioned the trouble with the first floor, she nodded. The swamp really wasn't nice though she wasn't letting it get her down when there were means to get across the water. The smell was bad though and she couldn't wait for things to be back to normal. Not having anything else to contribute, she remained silent and listened to what the others had to say. She was excited to check out the second floor.

Felixir 02-04-2015 01:01 AM

Oh ho ho, hello Grayson Whitlock. Toby gave his Slytherin friend a knowing little grin as he came over to join him.

"Not so bad yourself, Whitlock," the sixth year replied, nudging him back with his knee. Nice. A bunch of people Toby recognised were here, which was awesome too. Aw yis, they were gonna make so many maps.

Bunbury started speaking then and at first Toby was a little confused because he'd not noticed her in the area before, and he'd totally missed her entrance too, but after allowing himself a moment of ????? he attempted to give the headmistress his full attention.

Second floor, right okay. Handy, as that was where they were and all. And recapping on the results of the last meeting. Toby had been in the ground floor crew that time, and the only thing he could think that might be worth sharing was the method that the special map guy had told them about sketching out the layout of the place. OR maybe that the guy was so happy and smiley that Cartography seemed like a career direction to go for if you liked being happy.

Of course, neither of these really answered the more literal question of 'what did you find', so Toby kept quiet for now, planning to speak up if their group was asked something directly. Really, though, he was already quite eager to go out and explore again.

BanaBatGirl 02-04-2015 02:00 AM

you can all go up and post in my office :)

Excellent, excellent, excellent. Anastasia was getting some excellent responses from the children. So even if they weren't having as much fun as she was with this endeavor, at least the were learning a little bit about their castle. And up next?

"Well," the redhead glanced over her shoulder at the still-parted guardian gargoyles, "it looks like there's a way up. And where there's a will, there's a way. So.... everyone to my office! It's a place to explore and map, and hopefully most of you have not been up there before."

Once they were up there, she could split them up into smaller groups to do the rest of this floor. "Everybody up, let's go." Annie whirled on her heel and led the charge back past the stone gargoyles and onto her revolving, spiral escalator.

"Greetings, Miss Addison!" Tiara thought it was good to see the first year here. After all, what better way could there be for new students to learn their way around the castle? "Sprayed with.. vinegar?" Where were th-- oh yes, kitchen level. Barrels. One of her friends had actually had a run-in with those during her time here as a student. "Yes, let's try to avoid that today, shall we?"

As for the girl's answer to the Headmistress, Tiara was actually a bit intrigued. She wasn't quite sure how Anastasia would respond to that. Students were invited to the office for disciplinary reasons, certainly, but did their dear Head let students in otherwise? But this train of thought was interrupted by what the Gryffindor, Heather, was saying about Flamsteed and Quigley. How had she missed hearing about that?!?! Seriously?? Oh, that would have made for quite a good laugh, too! The professor barely contained a chuckle, but said, "Good news! No swamps up here. I think you'll stay dry." Again, she held back a giggle.

And now it was up to the Head's office, so that answered the question she'd had earlier. Tiara found herself close to the stairs and therefore was in the front of the pack. "Here we go!"

Kate thought Professor Tanner was really nice and fun to be around. She was so involved in the things Kate had been to so far, and she always made Kate feel at home even though she was really at school. "Yeah, no vinegar this time. You will have no problem whatsoever with me obeying that," she replied with a grin. Kate hadn't been trying to get in the Hufflepuff Common Room. She was just checking out the barricade. Next time, she was going to check things out from afar.

Excellent, excellent, excellent. Anastasia was getting some excellent responses from the children. So even if they weren't having as much fun as she was with this endeavor, at least the were learning a little bit about their castle. And up next?

"My office," the Headmistress replied to Kate, stroking her chin as though she needed to decide on this.

Wait, wait, wait, whaaat? So Kate's idea was accepted, and they were off to the office? She had totally no expected that one, but she wasn't going to question it! "Thank you, Headmistress Truebridge!" she said. The gargoyles were still partly opened, so Kate took the offer thinking they might close soon if she didn't. Pretty soon, she was one her way up to the Headmistress' office.

Wait a minute. They were going to see THE Headmistress's office?!?! Holy Merlin!! This was AWESOME! See, he knew there had to be a reason why he willed himself to show up this time around. Ahem. Pft. He was being totally cool. Like Kevin. Totally cool, leaning against the wall... Arms crossed... Totally cool. Yeah.

Pushing off the wall-- all cool-like-- he turned to his best mate and gave him THE BIGGEST grin. Oops? He was really trying to stay composed, but there was something real exciting about getting to visit the Headmistress's office!! And he wasn't even in trouble or anything. Speaking of which.... Had Kevin ever gone in there? Huh. "Have you ever been to her office before?" Maybe for like detention reasons, you know? He was sitting by her during that one feast... Last time he recalled.

Anyways, making sure that Kevin was following behind, the Gryffindor began following the crowd into the office. The HEADMISTRESS'S OFFICE :eyebrows:

The headmistress' office?

Benny heard the question from the younger Slytherin and couldn't help but wonder the same thing now that the subject was broached. He watched as the woman it had been directed at seemed to mull over the idea for a bit before finally inviting them up the stairs currently guarded but not blocked by the stone gargoyle that resided there.

That answered that question, even if the fifth year wasn't quick to make the first move despite being one of the few still standing. It was the HEAD's office, someplace one usually only saw when in trouble. Once Professor Tanner took the lead with the Slytherin girl and Zander following, Ben figured he might as well join suit, making his way up the stone steps himself as directed.

Oooooh, they'd get to go SEE the office? That was neat. Toby was pretty eager to see what it was like up there. He stood and watched as Truebridge, Tanner, and a bunch of other students disappear up there, before moving closer himself. He waited for a gap on the general throng of kids, before stepping onto the moving stairs, noting how very much like a muggle escalator (except more round) it was as he was taken up towards the office.

Hanging of a Portrait

Hitting the wall again she slipped towards the side, "I am not harassing anyone. I was put here to stop nonpurebloods and that is exactly what I am doing. PUT ME DOWN." Just as she said it she was falling on her head to the top of her portrait. "Are you dense? You don't turn a portrait upside down. Who do you think you are?" Obviously a mudblood, yes she had to be!

"PUT ME BACK THIS INSTANCE YOU." Getting back to her feet she stomped her painted foot only to slip again as she was roughly handled.

Cece had gone from dragging the portrait along the floor to levitating it in front of her. Of course it was no ordinary levitation charm going on. No, for this portrait she put a real spin on things. She also wasn't careful at all going up the stairs. "You'll be lucky if a scratch is all your frame gets."

Smack!

And there was one now. Judging from the noise that one made, that one had to hurt. It was like that all the way up to the second floor where she slammed the portrait against the wall of the Headmistress' seating area. Oh, was that a crack she heard?

"You dare to call me dense! I would say it is you that is the dense one. If you paid attention to anything that went on in the dungeon, you would know exactly who I am." Honestly, anyone who knew anything about the dungeons knew that Cecelia Murdoch was not only the school healer, but she was the Slytherin Head of House and a former PUREBLOOD Slytherin at that.

"Enjoy your new home while you can. Oh, and you might want to see if you can get someone to mend those scratches and that big ole crack in your frame." Cece was pretty sure the Headmistress wouldn't want something as hideous looking as that frame hanging in her waiting area.

This woman was bloody insane, "WOULD YOU WATCH WHAT YOU ARE DOING." She wasn't a young portrait, her old frame wasn't going to stand up to this kind of treatment. She needed to disciplined for Portrait abuse!

Looking at the woman once her head stopped spin from all the damage the crazy did she looked her square in the face, "I know exactly who you are and I think the headmistress has lost her mind letting mudbloods like you into this school." There she said it! No way would they have gotten in here when she first was put up! How times have changed, pity it was.

"I demand you put me back! I have a job to do and I tend on doing it." She glanced around for a portrait to hope into, maybe she could find her way back to the dungeon and take over another frame.
