Back Cars There's plenty of seating at the back of the train. Grab a compartment with your friends and take a seat; the Hogwarts Express is about to depart! |
Yep, Dante was off to Hogwarts. He said good bye to the parents and was just ready to give this boarding school thing a shot. Even though it was stupid he could get bring his bike in his trunk. Stupid trunk not fitting it. He had tried for an hour to fit in in. Nope to small a trunk. At least his skateboard fit. Small victory there The soon to be first year got on the train with his new pet toad Hopalong Montezuma and went to the back because it was better than the front. All the authority people were up there. Which meant no fun up there. Myabe all the crazy people were at the back. Would be fun to watch some crazy stuff on this ride to the school. He did not want to become bored before he even got there. |
anyone Abby was excited to go back to hogwarts she had found an empty compartment at the bdack of the train and she took a seat as having already had stored her trunk now she just needed some company |
Anyone! :3 & You two up above if you'd like. :] This was it. The train that was taking her to Hogs-feet Hogwarts where she would complete her mission of pranking all of the boys she could. Isla Reeser was pretty excited and she couldn't help but explore the train, looking for her new victims. And of course some friends. She could use some. However, she hadn't found any people really at the front of the train since it seemed like she was one of the first people on. The fifth year continued to look inside some of the compartments and decided that maybe it was best to take a break and finally take a seat inside one of them. She could always find other guys later once she was actually at the school. She saw a couple of younger students and wondered if she should talk to them. She wasn't really sure what to do so instead she just waved to the two kids and walked into one of the empty compartments instead. It was kind of intimidating. She wasn't sure if they were mean so she went her own way. She felt awkward and insecure. She blamed it on the lack of sugar she had in the past two days. Once she took her seat, Isla stretched out her legs on the seat across from her. She took out a bag of reeses pieces and ate some while she looked out the window, thinking about her future pranks. |
Quote:
Maybe if she ate some...chocolate, or sugar quills, or cotton candy, family and personal favourite, she would wake up... And that's when she smelled perfection covered in chocolate. Those Reese's chocolates that she hadn't eaten in years, last time in New York...And the scent came from the compartment she had just walked past. Giving a few steps back, she opened the sliding and cool doors and smiled wide at the girl who was eating that precious treat. Maybe she would share, trade...? "Ummm...can I sit here with you?" She asked. What if the girl didn't want company during her ride? Paloma would be a complete intruder and rude if she had just walked in. |
SPOILER!!: Paloma! Isla continued stuffing her face with Reese's pieces and thinking about boys to prank when she heard a voice. She swallowed and turned her head, looking at the girl in front of her. "Oh! Yeah of course you can!" She said, a little too excitedly and placed her feet down on the ground. She wiped the spot where her feet had previously been and then smiled at the girl in front of her so she could sit down. "I'm Isla Reeser, by the way. Transfer student from Salem. I'll be a fifth year. How about you?" She asked, continuing to snack on her Reese's pieces as she waited for the girl's answer. |

Cutty was lingering. He'd been so long without use of his wand and it was, apparently, giving him the shakes. It was almost as if he wanted some time alone with it. Weirdo. Anyway, he found himself at the back of the trains gripping it's sword-like hilt running it's almost pointed tip against the interior of the trains creating a soft scrapping sound. He paused when he saw a small'un. Something about the sight of it made Cutty want to laugh. How was it even that small?!! He was willing to bet the voice was still squeaky. There were a billion ways to find out, but some were better than others. Civilized monster this time and a moral imbecile to boot, Cutty Mordaunt opened his mouth and said the following, "Yew look new to the Hogwarts Express. Whateveh yew do, don't buy off the trolley. It's been known to make people sick." |

After she had gotten hers and Clara's trunks safely tucked into the luggage compartment Cinnamon set off to find compartment she wasn't quiet sure where Lux, Emmy and their boys were. She seen Emmy on the platform where they had made up. Boy was she glad. She really missed her other bestie. She really did. She looked for familiar faces in the windows as she walked by the other compartments. She would slide into if she seen someone she knew. Gees when she had taken her trunk and put it up. There was no one on here yet. It must've taken longer than she thought to get the trunks put up. She lost Clara because she went back to the platform to tell her dad and Rae bye. Still searching for a compartment. Finally finding a empty compartment she tossed her bag into the opposite seat and plopped down on the other side if others joined her she would move her bag or kick them out. Which ever she deem fit. |

Phoenix Harrison Toros has arrived! Phoenix had hopped onto the train, guitar case in hand, and started wandering along it, pretty much in his own little world. It was only one he'd got towards the back that he realised he didn't actually have anywhere to sit. He opened the next door he came to and went in, feeling a tad disappointed when there was nobody in it. He needed a distraction! ... No that wasn't true, he was very good at distracting himself, but he maybe needed something to take his mind off the fact he was going to be away from his brother for an extended period of time... ANYWAY... Phe sat down and put his feet up on the seat in front of him, his guitar case resting against the window... Maybe he'd attract friends if he started playing... |

Uuuhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...... He was really on this thing now wasn't he? It felt strange, leaving London behind, leaving his family and home... he had a home, but now, now he was alone. Zeke stood in the corridor, staring around and peeking through compartment windows. He was beyond excited, but incredibly friggin nervous too. Could he just like, become invisible now or something? Please? He swallowed, scratched the hair at the nape of his neck and trudged farther down. He was very nearly at the back of the train, like, the BACK of the train. The back was always where the cool kids hung out, right? Right? He was cool. Ahem. Deciding it would do him no good to stand around, he slid open a compartment door and let himself inside, closing it behind him. However, it wasn't until he turned back that he realised he wasn't alone. Duuuhhhh, there were people around and abouts, and looky! There was one here toooo! "Errrr................. hi," he started, sitting in the corner by the door where there was no girl laying down or bags to be in his way. All alone, in the corner, shunned. "I sat here, but... can I sit here?" he suddenly thought, wondering if she might be put off by his presence. It wasn't something he particularly cared about, last he checked there was no name carved into the seat or the door, so it was free for grabs as far as he was concerned. |

Cutting this short because Peeves ate my last post before I copied it. SPOILER!!: the Bonnies in here Heading towards the back was a terrible idea now that he thought of it. Ceorlic was put in that awkward position of giving his goodbyes to his two older brothers at the front of the station. So not hopping onto the train from there would have been weird as they waved him goodbye and wished him good luck. Pushing past all the others was not so easy. Maybe if he stuck to the front he'd have found an empty compartment for himself sooner. Instead The Back Car was where he wanted to go. Finally reaching the back Ceorlic looked into each compartment as he walked by. They were filling up fast, and he wanted an empty one. So that he could turn people away or be the one to invite them in... He finally spotted a compartment, it's door slightly ajar. He peaked through what he could see and determined that it was empty. Lucky him!! He stepped into the compartment and turned his back to two girls who were very clearly in the compartment with him, he just paid no attention to them as he was busy storing his luggage above him and setting a small trunk of |
for Nat/Clara :) Connor had just went off to change into his school uniform, the red and gold tie around his neck once again. Merlin, he was going back. His first year at Hogwarts had seemed like the craziest of his life, a new country, new best friend, his first love, getting his heart broken, being snowed in pretty much until summer and now only after a few short months he was going back. A lot had changed for him over the summer, Connor worked, He was dating Addi, got his Tattoo with Jun. Now he and Addi were broken up, Jun was Head Boy and while he was a little bit bummed out there was also a lot of potential for this term. Sure he wasn't looking forward to being stuck in a dorm with Jeremiah for months but maybe it would be different this time around. It was time to explore the train. He didn't last year and in the name of being a Gryffindor he decided to do something adventurous and see the rest of the train, he had started at the front and walked toward the back and was nearing the end of this walk. |

Clara just needed quiet and peace and familiar faces. Or something. She walked past so many carriages, but none were empty or had someone she knew in. She could feel herself getting worked up and it was horrible, because there was literally no way she could escape this train. Not for quite a while anyway. She avoided making eye contact with everyone she passed, only peeking in each compartment quickly. The redhead was about to skip the compartment she'd just reached at the back of the train when she saw something familiar. Big hair. She peered in a little closer and it seemed that none other than Phoenix Toros was sitting inside. Slowly she opened the carriage door and poked her head in, crossing her eyes when she looked over at him. Please let me in, Phe. Quote:
She glanced back at Phe and considered her options. She could ask him to come into the compartment, or she could be alone with Phe for how ever long. The first option seemed ... kinder, so she decided |
Isla, Pal, and Ceo. SPOILER!!: You three Eden's nervousness was drawn across her face quite obviously. Her cheeks were flushed, her hair was a mess, and she just looked....like a lost puppy. She sighed as she searched everywhere for either Phoenix or Connor but didn't seem to find them...anywhere. She honestly wanted Connor...he made her feel relaxed and comfortable. Mehhh. Oh well. Time to make new friends, right? She glanced into one compartment and saw two girls a boy. Right. She could DO this. She slowly slid the door open and smiled as much as she could. "Hi--may I sit in here?" she asked in her politest voice. Eden was bad with manners. But first impressions meant EVERYTHING. So she haaaad to be polite and stuff. She glanced around and quickly dragged her trunk in and heaved it up above her head. She plopped down across from the boy and just smiled and waved a bit. "H-hi! I'm Eden--I'm new and stuff--so--" she just blushed and wanted to sink into the crack of the seats. Right. Did they think she was mental yet? Probably. The boy seemed just as nervous, though, honestly. She raised an eyebrow at him, a curious one, and sighed. Daisy was tucked away in her bag...in her cage...so...no worried there. "I'm a transfer from Durmstrang..." she told everyone. Had she INTERRUPTED their conversation?! She would feel SO bad if so. |
anyone? Since the front cars had been nearly full, Kevin made his way towards the back of the train. His luggage was already in the luggage compartment and he was only carrying his school bag that he had hoisted over his shoulders. He checked the compartments in search for an empty place and after a few moments he found one and entered. He opened the door, threw his bag on the couch and dropped down himself on it. Kevin looked outside the window for a few moments before he looked back at his back. Mweh, if he changed in to his uniform now he wouldn't have to worry about it later. So with that he took off his hat, placed it beside him and opened his bag to change in to his Gryffindor uniform. |

It wasn't until he was about to sing the first line that he noticed that Clara had invited someone else into the compartment. Awesome! Friends! Phe shimmied along the seat and put both of his feet on the floor so that there was actually room for people to sit down, then he resumed his song. He wasn't performing. He was mainly playing this for himself... She he wasn't really bothered if they talked over him. They could even talk to him if they liked... "Dirty old river, must you keep rolling.... Flowing into the night..." Aaaah, The Kinks... |

"I was just kind of exploring the train. But sure, sound fun." Connor was all for making new friends, it was never a bad thing to have. He slipped into the compartment and waved at Phe who seemed to be playing his guitar, something Connor wanted to learn to do. He loved writing but it wasn't something he was always in the mood to do, writers block as a serious thing.. "Are Y'all both transfers?" His southern was showing but only a little, it wasn't too thick or anything. "I was last term." |
SPOILER!!: Phe & Connor Once she got an okay to come in, Clara didn't waste a second. She shot in and sat down beside Phoenix. She even leaned over and dropped a kiss on his cheek, just 'cause. "Hey, handsome," she grinned, giving him a normal greeting. Normal for her to him, anyway. It hadn't been too long since they'd seen each other, but Clara had admittedly missed him. To stop herself thinking too much about things, she focused back on what he was holding in his hands. It looked like the same guitar that she'd played while at his house. "What are you playing?" She asked curiously, pulling her knees up to her chest and resting her chin on her knees while she listened to him. Phoenix was incredibly gifted in the music department, she knew this, but he still never failed to surprise her. After a few moments, she turned her attention back to Connor. "I attended a muggle school before I came here. My ... parents disapprove of magic." That was probably the best explanation he'd get from her in regards to previous school and family matters. She shot glances at Phoenix, remembering what she'd told him. She tried not to dwell on it, but a cloud came over her and she frowned at her feet. "Where did you go before this?" She asked non-enthusiastically, lost in her own thoughts. |
For Anyone Austin made his way towards the back of the train, mainly because he hated the front cars. They were usually made up of eager first years who wanted to get to school faster. He would know, that was him last year. But this year was different, but in what way was the real question. He was hoping for less snow, or no snow if that was an option. Hopefully he wouldn't need the three scarves, and four hats his other packed for him. The majority of his luggage had been made up of winter clothes, which Austin insisted he didn't need. On his last night he had quickly repacked everything his mother had packed, in hopes of not needing the winter clothes. But his mother had come in early and put everything back in. Opening a door to one of the empty carts, Austin plopped his stuff on an empty seat, and plopped himself down next to it. His owl, Aphrodite, hooted happily, settling in for the long ride. It confused Austin as to why his owl loved the train ride so much. She was locked in a cage, and couldn't fly for at least a few hours. But ever since last year, she had always fallen right asleep. Hopefully none of the loud first years woke her up. |
SPOILER!!: Ceo & Eden! Isla continued on with her conversation with Paloma while eating her Reese's pieces when she noticed a guy coming into their compartment. She wasn't going to tell him no but did he even notice them? Should she throw candy at him? Finally he seemed to notice that they were in there and she blushed when she saw him. He had that mysterious but good-looking vibe to him ...and she was staring! Should she turn away from him too? She looked up at Paloma and then looked back over at the guy. Well she could always make new friends and if he was a jerk, then she could prank him. But he was Just then another person came into the compartment and luckily it was a girl. She looked extremely nervous and she couldn't tell who was more nervous in the compartment. They might as well put a sign on the door that says 'Sweat Zone' or something. But she looked nice and making new friends was something that she had to do. "Yeah you can sit in here." Isla nodded over to where the other empty seat was. Oooh she liked her name. It was like antique-ish, so she was sure Eden was going to be cool and she was a transfer as well. "I think I've heard of that place before. Probably. My mother reads everything and tries to tell me, but I just zone out." She shrugged. Her mother was basically a human dictionary. "I'm a transfer from Salem." |
for Jess, Jay and Kate :3 [short, because multitude] As they had already introduced, Paloma grinned at Isla, ready to continue her conversation as how she had ended up in Hogwarts, and not back in Beauxbatons, but that was so last year's history! Sooner than expected a boy had entered the compartment, and he had obviously not noticed them, which made Pal raise her eyebrow and shrug. And then a girl joined them, which interrupted again her introduction. Great, the more the merrier! She knew she couldn't deny a seat to a fellow student, so she turned back to see Isla and Eden, who seemed a little too excited about the boy's presence. She couldn't help but laugh in her mind as Isla had poked the guy to introduce herself. "And I'm Paloma, sixth year...Ravenclaw." She finally said, awkwardly, and grinned, trying to keep up with them as they spoke about their previous schools, Salem and Durmstrang. |

Connor. OH! Yes. Phoenix had spoken to him once. Probably. Awesome. "Mhmm, I was homeschooled." But he had to be taken in hand or something, so he'd been sent here. He was kinda excited though. New experiences were always awesome. And if they weren't... well... they made you look good. "As long as I gaze on... Waterloo sunset.... I am in paradise..." |
SPOILER!!: phoenix Vinnie had made it...she had reached the back of the cars....and she didnt have anywhere to sit. Why was it so full already? She had made it here fairly early and it was rather disappointing that she wasnt one of the first people to be here. Oh well. Her trunk was insanely heavy and full, carrying it until here had been so hard and now the brunette needed somewhere to sit. With that in mind she decided to just open the next compartment door. A bit occupied with not falling over the Slytherin stumbled into the closest compartment after opening the door. Sighing and shaking her hair out Vinnie kicked her trunk in further. Only seconds after she noticed she wasnt alone. "Phoenix!!!", she grinned and plopped down on the seat opposite, "you dont mind do you?" |

Sliding the door open, the redhead got a little surprise in the form of a Firstie. "Hey there, Zeke. You enjoying your ride to school so far?" Maybe not, because he seemed a little uncomfortable; understandable, since the bag across from Cinna's seat wasn't very welcoming. After sliding the door closed, Lux made her way over to the seat across from Cinna and removed the bag before sitting down. "Wanna sit beside me, Zeke? I promise I don't bite." With a wink she patted the spot beside her before turning her gaze to her bestie. "So how are you? And have you seen Bay?" Because boyfriend was missing and Lux would like to find him. |
SPOILER!!: this is too much for him XD So he returned to his red flushed face looking outside when one of the girl tapped his shoulders. HE JUMPED IN SURPRISE AT THIS TENSING HUS BODY AND EYES BULDGING FROM HIS EYE SOCKETS. "D-d-Dinnae titch me lik' that. Ye nearly jumpt me oot o' mah breeks. A'd lik' tae keep they oan richt!" He relaxed just a little but the Bonny who'd touched him wasn't moving. "Ye kin ca' me Ceorlic. Ah transferred fae Beauxbaton."... Okay time to leave him alone....stop looking at him so....awkward totally awkward. His face was beet red now and he wasn't looking at the Bonny Isla. Look away from her look outside you dunderhead!! |
SPOILER!!: Wow um okay Eden smiled. Isla. Right. She was pretty, too. Every girl at Hogwarts was just...a model, right? Eden sunk down in her seat a little and just sighed. She tucked some hair behind her ear. "Eden. I'm Eden, everyone." She said quickly, trying her best not to sound TOO Irish. And Isla was from Salem...oh. "So..you're American?" she asked curiously. She figured she would have to be, right? And then the other girl..Paloma. That was a nice name. Different. She liked it. She smiled shyly at the girl, too, and waved a bit. "Hi, Paloma." Hmm. Her blue eyes swept across the compartment before she looked out the window, watching the scenery stride by at such a quiiiiiick rate. "Oh...you're a smart one, then?" she asked, with a soft smile, and wondered if she would meet any other 'claws. There was NO way she would put into THAT house. It was all the smarties! The only male in the compartment was....interesting. Indeed. She eyed him and scoooted awaaaaay from him, into her corner more, looking a bit...taken aback by him. Well then. "I'm sorry--You MUST be Scottish--" she said, raising an eyebrow. The accent was almost impossible to understand to her. She could make her Irish accent JUST as thick, but she tried her best not to, unless...angry. "Ceorlic?" Well. There were some nice names in here. "Beauxbatons is a nice school, too." So threee whole transfers in here, and Paloma the only old hate. Hmph. Maybe she would fit in just right. She stayed far away from the boy, though. Ceorlic. Because she didn't want to accidentally touch him and freak him out or anything. |
SPOILER!!: Phe & Clara Connor said nothing about the greeting, were they dating? Or....he wasn't sure, but he knew that Eden also liked Phe. He seemed like a nice enough, kid. But the fifth year didn't want to focus on girls at all right now, nope. He wanted friends and to get some good grades this term and that was it. So this kinda stuff he would keep his nose out of. "Oh..okay, I went to Salem first through fourth year, Last year i went to Hogwarts." He smiled a little, feeling bad for bringing up a topic that made Clara frown. He didn't like to make people upset. But Phe seemed really chill and very talented, he said that he'd teach Connor to play, was that still a thing? "What was homeschool like?" He didn't know how homeschool wizardry went at all, never met anyone homeschooled before. "Are we still on for some guitar lessons?" |
Quote:
The one question he was asking myself other than the previous one. Is why where old kids talking to him? He was average height for his age. He checked. Plus he was completely knew and barely knew anyone. So he was suspicious. He did a sup wave to the older girls who came in. Probably crazy, the both of them. Though this dude just looked bored. "I am, and why?...is the food so awesome, it makes you sick." Who knows what magic food does to the stomach. He did enjoy a good chocolate frog when he gets them though. |
SPOILER!!: Awkward first meetings XD Eden had asked her if she was American and Isla couldn't help but notice that Eden had an accent as well. Everyone in here had different accents apparently. "Oh no, I'm from Australia." She said with a really bad Australian accent. "Okay nevermind. I just sounded like an old guy, but um, yes I'm an American. I live in Pennsylvania." She nodded. Isla smiled at Paloma as she introduced herself. Her name seemed cool too, like Eden's. Hmm...maybe they could start the 'I have a cool name' club and then she could add more people to help her prank boys. Mwahaha. "Ravenclaw? Hmm...is that even a good house?" She asked. She had a feeling Paloma would say yes, but she wanted to know why. Then Eden said something about it being smart. Yeah that's probably not the house for her then. She definitely didn't expect what happened next though. The fifth year scooted closer to the window as the boy jumped up and started yelling at her in an accent she couldn't really understand. She couldn't help but be amused and laughed a little. Wait...he was from Beauxbatons? That made sense. And he had a cool name as well. "Well I'm sorry for almost having you jump out of your 'breeks'." She said, mimicking him and his accent. She waved a hand in front of his face and smiled. "You know, it's rude not to look at a person when they're talking to you...but I'm sorry for scaring you. I didn't know that you'd...anyways, you can calm down now. I don't bite." She laughed. Maybe this guy wasn't so bad at all. Now she just had to get over his good looks. |
Text Cut: Beware, Paloma intends to burst out laughing Paloma blinked as the boy jumped, reacted, but immediately lost eye contact with them. What was going on in there? She tried to get almost all he had said, but apparently, she was getting bad at recognizing accents lately, being as she hadn't been able to do so about Eden and Isla. Giggling had to be contained, since she didn't want to make anyone feel bad or anything. So she just stayed and tried to make a good response to the girls' assuming of her being the 'smartie'. "Nice to meet you...three. And...Umm, of course it's a great house to be in, but I can't really...say I am a brainiac or something.'' She liked though, playing with what she learned, like with Charms, or Transfiguration. Hehehehe. "There is something, about each house that is special..." She finally added. "And I was a transfer, too. I am from Spain. And last year, I moved from Beauxbatons to Hogwarts, so..." It was a full compartment full of kids from around the world. "So, what year will you be in?" She asked, making eye contact with Isla, then Eden...and really trying to get hold of Ceorlic's eyes, hoping that he would understand that he HAD to be included in the conversation. |

*clears throat* Zeke and Lux too SPOILER!!: Cinnnnnnnnaaaabun The Gryffindor walked into the compartment rather reluctantly. Not because he thought there would be a Cold One waiting on the other end of the compartment, but more so because he wasn't sure who he would see in there. Obviously a girl because he could make out that much from where he was standing. But if it was Lux then he definitely would not be sitting there. Ugh. He had enough of her LIES. She just wanted him to stop loving his truest love ever. That was not okay, not for this Gryffindor at least. So yes, he reluctantly made his way in, but then a small smile made it's way unto his lips when he realized that it wasn't the Hufflepuff, but rather it was one of his ACTUAL friends. Taking his bag off his shoulders and throwing it onto the ground he dragged it all the way over to her. "Uh, hi Cinna," He had talked to her for a bit over the summer and she was nice. Even though she was best friends with that horrible, lying, deceitful, MEANIE FACE Hufflepuff. But Cinna was nice. Unlike her friend. However, just as he approached the group...... O___________________O .... LUX. Well he had already smiled at Cinna and made his way inside, so it'd be weird if he left. Besides, he wasn't mad at the Gryffindor. The Hufflepuff, yes. But Cinna, no. So taking a moment to compose himself, he looked back up at the Gryffindor and the small kid, "Uh, hi Cinna," and through gritted teeth, "Uh, hi... I'm Zander," But wait, there was a third. Nope. She was not getting a hello. Not today. Never ever ever. Only FRIENDS got hellos. |
Quote:
A Zander who clearly hated her. She saw the look on his face when he noticed her, and he wasn't even saying hi. He spoke to Cinna and Zeke, but she was ignored. He really DID hate her and all she had done was tell him that Bentley had resigned, which was the TRUTH. Sniffling at how mean Zander was being, Lux started to cry. |
SPOILER!!: Lux, Zander and more Lux... Cinna in here too still XD Awwwkkkkkkwaaaarrrrrrrddddd... Zeke coughed just so he could make some noise and... well, make some noise. Silence was irksome, so yeah. HI PERSON OVER THERE LAYING DOWN AND STUFF. Don't mind that he's here. When the compartment door was drawn open, he wasn't sure whether to be relieved or mortified. Would the space be invaded with more girls that would make him feel even more awkward and uncomfortable? The answer was yes, and no... but essentially yes. "Lux!" he exclaimed, remembering the redheads name. He nodded a little, not overly enthused. "It's alright I s'pose, will it be much longer?" he replied, actually kinda pleased he had someone to talk to now. Perhaps though, he ought to have found a compartment with guys, like him, so they could do guy things. Or something. He watched as Lux settled herself where the other girls bag was, figuring they knew each other. Then came the invitation, and he GRINNED. "Sure, I don't bite either..." much, but he knew he could if he wanted to. Lux didn't need to know that though. Quickly he scooted over so that he LOOKED like he was part of a group of friends and stuff. Like he fit in. Which he didn't really, but it was a nice enough thought. He offered other girly a wave, now that he was closer. Heh. HI. And then there was ANOTHER person in the compartment, and it was a DUDE this time. He was saved! "Hiya, I'm Zeke," he replied to Zander, making a mental note that he'd called the other one Cinna. It did cross his mind that Zander hadn't greeted Lux, did they not know each other? Should he introduce them? He was about to do so, when he looked between Lux, Cinna and Zander. UUUHHHH. Why was Lux crying? WHY?! WAS THIS A HORMONAL THING? DID SHE HAVE CRAMPS?! DID ZANDER BREAK UP WITH HER?! ... ... "Can I er, get you something?" he asked Lux, elbowing her gently. GENTLY. This was not an attack by any stretch of the imagination. Nudge nudge. "Do you want me to make him leave?" he asked in an even lower voice. |

SPOILER!!: then there was four quotes are mixed up >_< Cinna settled into the compartment. She was even thinking about doing some sketches on the way. Just to past the time away. She didn't do a lot of drawing over the summer. Maybe now would be a good time to catch up on them. She had been brainstorming some ideas on her next sketches. She was alone, that never really bothered her until this summer. For some reason she discovered that being alone sucked. One year out of being homeschooled can seriously change ones view on things. Lots of things. She was about to dig into her bag and get her sketching stuff out. When she heard the door slide open her brown eyes stared at the door. Who was it! Who was that? "Hi..." The boy had to be a first year she was sure of it. "I'm Cinnamon... Let me get my bag out of your way." She gave he a friendly smile. She was about to grab the bag so the boy could sit down. When the door slid open again. Lux! It was Lux. Well thanks, Lux just move the bag for me. Thanks. She was totally working on that. Giving Lux and beamy face she answered her. "I'm great." She grinned. Everything was perfect for once in a long time. "Bay? No. I haven't seen him at all." The door slid open again. Who now? She was starting to miss being alone on the compartment a bit now. It was Zander! She smiled and jumped up out of her seat. "Hey, Zander!" She hugged the Gryffindor boy. It was so nice to see him. He introduced hisself to Zeke. Why wasn't he saying hey or anything to Lux. She looked back and fourth from the Hufflepuff to the Gryffindor for a few seconds. WHAT??? She realized that she still had her arms around Zander she let go of him. Awkward. But not as awkward as this. Lux had started crying. Nooo nooo nooo Cinna could not deal with crying. Not Lux crying. If Lux cried, she was going to cry. And Cinna didn't do crying. Well.... she doesn't like crying less... yeah well that. Which that she cried over for like a millisecond or a week or was it a month. She couldn't remember. Anyway the the heck. "What's going on with you two?" She asked eyeing both of them. |
Angel decided to find an empty compartment, she wanted to travel up-to Hogwarts on her own, she had seen Benny, AJ and Adi getting into the front of the train but she had to think about what had happened between her and Ben, she liked him a lot but was the kiss he had given her other the summer just like a brother would give a sister a kiss or did he have feelings for her, these thought were racing through her head. |
SPOILER!!: this is so weird xD Eden didn't know what was going on here. The Isla girl seemed bold, outgoing, snarky...in a good fun kind of way. Paloma was nice, sweet...and the boy. Ceorlic? Whatever. He was...well. She could honestly say she had never met anyone quite like him. The brunette was confused when Isla said she was from Australia...what? But she sounded like she had a head col----OH. She was joking. RIIIIIGHT. Eden knew about jokes. Har-har-har. Pencil-vania. She wondered if there were lots of pencils there. The states in the...'States' were very unfamiliar to Eden, so she wondered if she should voice this opinion aloud or..naaahh. She wouldn't. She didn't want to sound STUPID. "That's...cool. I hail from Wexford--Ireland--" she said, grinning toothily, making sure her accent was thick with that sentence, but now back to speaking as normally as she could. "Are you sure you don't bite?" She asked Isla, trying to be all serious--but then she broke out into a smile and relaxed a little. See, being friendly wasn't that hard. She wasn't doing super POORLY right now, dude! She could tell Paloma was trying not to laugh, and she couldn't help but feel her giggling coming up her throat--it was always harder to control laughter when someone else was having trouble controlling laughter. YIKES. Eden managed to keep it all in, though, and just let her eyes flicker towards Ceo and then back to Paloma. "Yeah but....not everyone is smart in the same way. " She said softly, tucking some of her hair behind her ear. Paloma was from Spain? Whoah...that was really cool. "I've always wanted to visit Spain...heard it was beautiful..." She commented. One day, maybe she'd make it there. Right. What was Ceorlic saying, now? Eden squinted her eyes at him and just had to strain her ears to understand it. WHAT? "Oh. you're from Beauxbatons, too? Why didn't you like it? I've heard it's lovely..." she said, and she glanced at Paloma, as if to seek some sort of counter to Ceo's argument. "I've always thought Beaux's were snobby..but tha's just me." She said with a shrug and leaned back in her seat. Durmies typically didn't care for Beaux's. But Eden wouldn't judge anyone...before getting to know them, heh. She had a strange urge to reach out and touch Ceorlic. Just for the laughs, but she thought maaaaaybe she'd feel bad about it afterwards. Though...the smirk on her face...said otherwise... |

SPOILER!!: *heavy breathing* Zeke, Cinna, and a crying Lux Zeke. He'd have to remember that one. Man, was it just him or was this kid tiny? A first year probably... Unless his firstie senses were failing and this guy was actually a fourth year too. Because this was a compartment full of fourth years now with him and Cinna and all. Nope. He definitely wasn't missing anyone. "So... Uh... are you a first year?" He could sense the confusion in this guy's eyes. He was practically eye-balling she-who-must-not-be-named. AKA the person Zander Adair was NOT going to look at. Stupid stupid stupid. Why'd he have to enter this compartment out of ALL of the other possibilities. Stupid. And before he knew it he was being hugged. And not just hugged, but like really HUGGED. Ahem. Uh. ? The young Gryffindor awkwardly patted Cinna's back because just this hug was really going on for quite a while... And as she let go, Zander smiled at her because how could he not smile after a hug. That'd be really rude and kind of weird, right? Most people liked hugs. Even though he wasn't most people, he could at least pretend like he was a hugger... His mom was a hugger too and that was a mess... All the time. Anyways.... Hearing an oddly familiar... Sniffling? What? Okay, okay so he did promise not to look at her but he couldn't help it!! There was some weird sniffling and oh merlin. Was she CRYING!?! O_____________O ????? What. First the hugs and now CRYING!?! UHHHHHHHH????? WHAT WAS HE SUPPOSED TO DO???? asdfkjads;fklj Zander's eyes were widening more and more by the second-- thank MERLIN!! When Cinna spoke again, drawing the attention away from that CRYING, Zander could have almost gone right up and given the Gryffindor another hug. Or even carry her all the way to Hogwarts. Finally with his "cool" regained (using the term lightly) the boy looked back over at Cinna and half grumbled, "Nothing." Only that Lux had blatantly LIED and DECEIVED him. |
Cinna, Zeke, and Zander ^_^ People were talking to her and Lux was having a hard time focusing. Maybe she looked like a crybaby, but she couldn't help it. Nor could she stop crying. Zander was supposed to be her friend, but he was being mean and rude; all she had wanted to do was help him get over Professor Bentley since she would not be coming back to Hogwarts this term. Well, Zander was going to be sorry come the feast when he realized she had been telling the truth. Sniffling, Lux wiped her eyes and smiled at Zeke. "You are really sweet. The only thing that I want is chocolate and hugs." Well boyfriend hugs... But Bay wasn't around and she was not going to mention that since it would be rude. She wasn't even able to answer Cinna's question. |
SPOILER!!: lots of stuff... ya'll know who you are CINNAMON!!!!! ZOMG!!! HER NAME WAS CINNAMON!!!.............. Or Cinna, according to Zander. Zeke couldn't help but feel amused at the fact that she was named after a spice, his mum's FAVOURITE spice at that. HEHEHEHEHE... he'd have to tell her about it later. Yep. "Nice to meet'cha," he replied with a nod. Cause it was, very nice, did she SMELL like cinnamon too???? Ahem. His attention soon moved to Zander man, what with the obvious question. "Yep," he replied awkwardly... now conscious that neither of THEM were small enough to be a firstie with him. Where was Frankie?! WHERRRREEE?! "You uuhhh... second year?" he asked, completely lost where it came to these things, he meant no offence by any of it. As for Lux, poor Lux, pretty Lux, he still didn't know what her problem was. Chocolate and hugs were staples where women were concerned, so it told him NOTHING about what her problem was. Maybe it WAS hormones, AND boyfriend problems... in which case, it SUCKED to be her. "Uuhhhhhh...." he mused awkwardly, trying to fill the space with sound. In the end he patted her on the shoulder. It wasn't a hug, cause yeah, weird, and he didn't have any chocolate on him - that was in his trunk, so this was all she'd be getting. Better? |

...Is the good so awesome, it makes you sick. The corners of Cutty's mouth were tugging away from one another slightly fighting a smile and his buggy-large eyes squinted as if he were having deep and complicated thoughts. Nothing of the sort was going on, however. Merely, he was wondering how not to laugh at the small voice of the kid. Merlin only knew why but this amused Cutty Mordaunt so very, very much. "Yew mean like the sweets in the skiving snackboxes? I wish it were so, but it's far more likely that it's because they're old. Too old to be eaten." How did Cassia do it? Talk to the litl'uns and get them to form her small army and do her bidding like some kind of pied piper of Hamelin. Cutty's expression suddenly brightened and he held a finger up forming a one before using that hand to reach into his pockets and pull out a chocolate frog. "Here. Take one of these instead. Mooch, mooch fresheh." He said, offering the wee boy the first free hit and a bribe to join the first battalion of Cutty Mordaunt's Magnificent Lil Jackholes. |

Plus everyone knew older kids were weird. "No, thanks. I will just buy one later" He won't take chocolate from random older kids. Maybe if it was from a girl. But that was different. |
SPOILER!!: These wacko three Isla couldn't help but smile at the four of them all together in this compartment. It was like fate had brought them all here for some unknown reason. Probably to poke fun at Ceorlic the entire time. Heh. Oooh so Eden was from Ireland. Her accent was cool too, just like all the others. She wished she had a cool accent but who knows, maybe it sounded cool to the other three. To her, it just sounded so boring and plain. "Is it pretty there? I heard there's a lot of beautiful places there." She nodded and then gasped when Paloma said that she was from Spain. "I've always wanted to go to Spain!" She frowned. Sure she did have a lot of money, but her parents wouldn't let her travel alone and she definitely didn't want to travel with her parents. Then Ceorlic said he was from Scotland and Isla's jaw dropped. "You all live in really cool places. I'm jealous." Isla laughed as Eden asked if she was sure that she didn't bite. "Well if I did, don't tell Ceo over here." She said, smirking at the boy. She really didn't though. That would just be weird. Then Paloma talked about the Ravenclaw house and Isla knew that if she was having trouble in one of her classes, then she was going to Paloma even if she said that she wasn't a brainiac. Isla sighed in relief as Paloma said there was something special about each house. So even if she didn't end up in Ravenclaw then there were other cool houses as well. Oh she was saying it wrong? Breeks? She silently muttered to herself, trying to figure out how to say it right. Then again, when would she use that word ever again unless she was around Ceo? That thought made her blush. Seeing him again wouldn't be too bad. But she wouldn't tell him that. "I'll be a fifth year. How about you two?" Isla asked turning towards Ceorlic and Eden. They looked almost about the same age. She raised her eyebrow as Ceo asked Paloma if she was a veela and then saw Ceo give a look that made her question him. "What's so bad about being a veela? And I don't know many people from Beauxbatons but Ceo seems ...alright." She said, looking towards Eden and then back towards him, blushing once again. She watched Eden's face turn slowly into a smirk as she eyed Ceorlic and Isla couldn't tell what was happening. Was she planning something because she knew that look all too well. Isla looked over at Paloma with a questioning look and then back at Eden. |
SPOILER!!: BFF's Four different teenagers, cool and different accents and back history that Paloma was eager to learn about. She just had to ask more questions, but she noticed how quickly time had passed over them. They were about to arrive to Hogwarts, hop on the carriages and take over the Great Hall's magesty once arrived. At Ceo's comment about Beauxbatons, and also Eden's, Pal shook her head. "I don't really know, if they are snobs or not...because of...language barriers," meaning that Paloma barely spoke fluent French, "...I barely got time to make friends or acquaintences there, so..." She felt weird, but nice to put it out, that her brain wasn't that smart on the language skills part. About being a Veela....COUGH. "I...might have some background, you know. And yes, nothing bad with being a Veela..." She was totally teasing, though, to make the boy feel a little more awkward in a compartment with three curious girls. Mwhaha. Hopefully, thought Paloma, that they could meet at the Great Hall and talk more. "So...it's almost time, we have to dress up...in our school robes..." She said, standing up and taking her small backpack along, motioning towards the sliding door and then pointing out the window. "I guess I'll see you at the carriages, or for the feast?" She said, because she wanted to spend more time with them. |

"Oh, they're a bright bunch alright. The Potions master would know. Simply by lookin' atchyer. Booht, I have a feeling the Astronomy Professor might be too disgoosted fer the situation to be sussed out." He replied to the litl'un in what may or may not have been his actual opinion. Professor Flamsteed could've grown suspicious regarding potions over the terms since the incident wherein Cutty slipped him polyjuice which ended in not one, but two Cutty Mordaunts at the end of the term feast. Surprised. Yes, it was definitely surprised over the decline of his free chocolate frog offer. Was the wee twerpling naturally suspicious? No...what was far more likely in Cutty's experience was that he was filthy loaded with dosh making the free bit no point of temptation. "Or two? Perhaps, even three if yer can afford it." He said expectantly with somewhat of a sense of eagerness to his voice. He was loaded, right? Kid was loaded. |
