"I bet you were," Kennedy laughed and rolled his eyes. Of course John would be busy... as in talking with girls. He knew his best friend very well. He was outspoken and blunt, something he admired. Usually, Ken had a hard time expressing himself, but this year proved to him that he could... when he wasn't overly paranoid or nervous.

He noticed how John had stared at his pup. Oh yeah, he forgot. "This is Puff," he said, lifting the Pygmy Puff up so John could see her. She was also a flirt... if that was even possible, but he was sure she was making googly eyes at the lion. "And this is Hilbert. He hatched from the metal egg I was taking care of," he explained. The tiny metal pup jumped on Ken's leg and wagged his little tail furiously. He liked meeting new people.

Nessie got really quiet all the sudden. She didn't really like admitting her own mistakes. "I may have mispronounced an incantation for a potion and she caught me. She spilled the whole thing all over me." She started chewing on the inside of her cheek. Of course she could see the humor in it but she didn't necessarily like that it happened.

Nikolas was glad that this was over and Jade had forgiven him because this was not worth fighting, now he could have a pleasant trip back home. He got up and sat next to her wrapping his arm around her. "Nah, it's okay. Next time I'll stand up for you" he assured her.

Somehow he wished that this was their only problem right now but the whole thing about her parents not wanting them to be together was...sad, horrible, a disaster you get the idea. "I can make them like me back..." he said confident thinking that was the reason but sadly that wasn't. When Jade finished, he was out of words. Her parents really wanted that for her? How come? "That...that's ridiculous!" he said getting a bit mad "Why would they do this to you? I mean, if they aren't happy...sorry to say it like this...but that is their problem not yours" and certainly not his. "And what did you said?"

Dont get jealous now.. she is too old for him XD
 

Harvey smiled as she agreed not to beat herself up about her recent behaviour when she looked out the window to see an owl.. she opened the window and grabbed the letter before squealing and say Emma... was it? anyways she read through the letter before grabbing him and huggin him tightly which obviously took him by surprise.. "Oh that is nice! its good now you will finally be able to catch up.. tell you have a boyfriend and stuff." he said waggling his eyebrows. he looked at the picture and was surprised her sister was beautiful.. "Wow er.. she .. er.. looks like you... well she would being that she is your er.. sister.. Will she be at the wedding?" he asked her as he gave the photo back to her..

*rolls eyes* no worries...no jealousy here...*cough cough*....;)
 

"Yes!" she said. "I just can't believe it....I hadn't heard from her in forever." she said shaking her head. "She's real amazing and sweet!" she said nodding. She then giggled. "Yeah whatever." she said waving a hand smiling still. "Oh? She looks like me? She must be drop dead gorgeous then....since I am. Right?" she asked fluttering her eyes at him and trying not to laugh. "Oh well duh! Of course she'll be there!" she said rolling her eyes. "She's Rupert's sister!" she said smiling. "And maybe she'll need a dance partner.." she said winking at him. Yeah, she wouldn't mind Harvey dancing with Emma. Besides, Emma was freaking what...exactly ten years older than him.

Jade slightly smiled as he assured her that he would stand up for her next time. Yeah, because there was going to be a next time. Ugh. Well at least she had time before the next year. But that meant less time with Nikolas.

She put a hand on his shoulder and shook her head as she looked at him. "I'm sure they like you, they're just in a complicated situation or something right now." She sighed, placing her hand beside her. She could tell he was becoming mad and she felt horrible that she couldn't do anything. Although, she did agree with everything he was saying. "Nik, I told Mark, my brother, through a letter that I was dating you now and other things about my parents. My parents found the letter that Mark was going to send back to me about the arguments that parents were having back at home. However, my parents found it and sent a letter to me from them, saying that I wasn't allowed to be with you anymore as well as...I might not be able to come back next year to Hogwarts." The brunette shook her head as she said it and looked away. She stood up and paced around the small compartment, contemplating the thoughts in her head.

Harvey nodded to everything she was saying "Well since you are... yeah" hoping it wasnt a big mistake saying her sister was gorgeous.. it was only because Ronnie was.. Harvey mentally headsmacked himself of course she was going to be there! Dance partner?!! he couldnt dance well... he wasnt a dancer "Er.. i dont dance much.." he said to her nervousily. Him?!? dance with a woman??!! no way!!

Did Sammy remember him? No. But she did think he was familiar, so that counted for something, did it not? But how would she word this so she didn't sound rude. "That depends on what you mean be remember. See, you're familiar but nothing's clicking" she said pointing to her head to indicate that nothing was clicking in her brain. He was definitely familiar. AND AMY WAS STILL BEING NO HELP WHATSOEVER. Wait, AMy was gonna punish him? WAS IT EVERETT IN DISGUISE. or that other kid, what's his face? Simon? Maybe? "But he wouldn't protect me if the rat got in here, hence why I must guard the door so it doesn't get in and if it does get in, I have the best chance of escape" she said nodding her head knowingly. And now he was looking at the ceiling? WHY. This boy was weird. Too weird.

Maxwell sensed she wasn't amused by the situation so he did laugh instead he said "That's Horrible! She's far too harsh not to mention she unfairly favors her own house, are you gonna try to get her back?" Maxwell said with a smirk.

Jez raised her eyebrows. "At least Elijah can't insult you back," she said, referring to Nate's owl. "Sometimes I wish Des' potion-making skills are as good as she claims." Since it was Des' failed potion that made her cat talk ... But now Jez was thinking about her brother and sister, not Rowena. "Keegan said he was coming to the station to see me before we go. Des'll be there too, probably." Unfortunately. "When are we going to America, anyway?" she asked curiously. She still didn't know the full plans. "If anyone coming with us on the airplane? You know, any adults?" Because if not ... let's just say don't let Jez out of your sight.

"Well, she is a very pretty girl." she said nodding. "Always have been." she said. She then laughed. "Oh come on, Harvey! You'll get the hang of it! I never knew how to dance until I tried it out!" she said nodding.

Harvey smiled "Oh ok.. well you are pretty.." he said smiling cheekily.. "I am serious the only two people I have danced with are you and Minnie.. and that too an easy dance like the waltz or something.." he said to her.. it was true.. other than he had been taught dances but didnt remember them..

"Th..thanks." she said blushing. Once he said 'Minnie' she remembered why she had wanted to talk to him. "Oh yeah. Of..of course." she said nodding slowly. She then drew in a deep breath. Okay, hmm she hadn't read anything about breaking up with boys. It should be something you learned at Hogwarts....this was hard...uhh...where to begin?!
"Harvey I.....I wanted t-to..." she shook her head and this time didn't mentally slap herself, but DID REALLY slap her self. She slowly lifted her hand and smacked her face. "Right." she said ignoring the pain in her cheek. She wondered how bad it hurt for William...."Er...I wanted to um...well you read my n-note that c-came with you...your gift, r-right?" she asked, hoping he would remember the part about her not caring about breaking up. She sighed. Let's get this over with, then. "Harvey, I really really like you. But, I think it would be best, for both of us, if we quit going on like this and....broke up." she said finally with her eyes closed.

Nate smiled lightly at the mention of Keegan and Des. "I'd like to meet them both," he said softly, nodding. Maybe Keegan was still mad at him... That wouldn't be too good...

When? "Good question. I'm not sure if Pam's mom is coming to escort us on the plane, or if we're prepaid and someone is waiting at the airport in America. But we're leaving very soon after the train pulls into the station no matter what," Nate added, "You need to get home."

Harvey beamed "No worries.... babes" he smiled.. suddenly the smile was wiped away as she slapped herself. he was shocked why had she done that??!! "What did you do that for?" he asked caressing the area where she had slapped herself "Yes I read it.. it was perfect! beautifully written.. and thanks for not caring about breaking up." he said smiling. he really was glad..

She felt her stomach flip again as he called her babes. She probably wouldn't be getting that anymore by the time she got off the train.

She then smiled weakly. "B-because!" she said a little too loudly. "I......RRRG!" she was feeling dizzy and just plain crazy right now! She began tugging hard on her orange hair and squinting her eyes shut. She shook her head. "Th-thanks.....I guess..." she said. "So...if you want to break up, go ahead. And if you won't, I will. But always remember I still...love you." she said, pulling him into her last, longest, kiss ever.

What???!! where did that come from? *shock*
 

Harvey was smiling and then that smile disappeared as he heard what she had to say "Well I aint breaking up with you.. so that means you are.. " he said as she kissed him real long.. he pulled her away "Why you breaking up with me? Is it Minnie? I told you its just friendship nothing else... we have a very close friendship that looks like something is there when it isnt.." he said as he wondered what had brought on this break-up all of a sudden.. what would he explain to his parents.

"Home?" Jez leant her head against the window. "I'm not sure where home is anymore, I really don't. My house was blown up. Keegan and Des are living in an abandoned warehouse." Nate was the only person stopping Jez from joining her siblings. Without him and Pam, she'd be spending the holidays in constant fear of being tracked down and murdered. But she didn't want to say that aloud. She was like a locked safe sometimes - impossible to crack. "Nate," she said quietly, still looking at the scenery outside without really seeing it. "Thank you for everything - letting me stay with you, helping me, duelling with me. You don't know how much it means."

"No. I'm just.....I dunno." she sighed. "I'm just sick of all this drama..or whatever. I've been just so confused lately!" she said sighing. She thought of the wedding and having Harvey over. "Harvey, I don't even know. So many things have gotten in my head I can't tell what's right and wrong lately! If you want to break up, by all means I don't mind!" she said. But she really did mind. But she wasn't really going to tell Harvey that. "I don't know what's wrong with me." she said sighing and putting her face in her hands. She moaned. She wanted to die, just right there. It seemed perfect. Oh, where was her wand?

Harvey listened to what she was saying.. but didnt like her beating around the bush instead of tackling it. "Ronnie what are you trying to say? Are YOU breaking up with Me?! " he asked her ignoring all the other mumble jumble he had heard. "If you are why? what brought this one suddenly?" he asked as he wondered all these questions in his mind

Ronnie's face turned completely white. "Har......" she mumbled. She asked herself the same question: Is she breaking up with him?

WHAT WAS WRONG WITH HER? MERLIN'S BEARD! WHAT WAS SHE EVEN THINKING?! WHAT HE HECK WAS WRONG WITH HER?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

NO! A voice in her head yelled. Don't break up with him!

She obeyed. "Harvey, I.....I know this is weird and sudden and just awkward, but no......I'm not breaking up with you." she said looking out the window. "Not anymore." she added softly.

Harvey waited for her to answer his question. Then she spoke and added not anymore "Ok what do you mean not anymore.. did you call me here to break up with me?" he asked knowing the answer by what she had just said.. He was confused why was she wanting to break up with him..

She sighed. Her head hurt so bad. It was throbbing with pain. She put a hand up to it and began to rub it. Yikes. Bad headache.
She groaned and put her face in her hands. Why her? Why Ronnie? "Murder me, Harvey." she mumbled with a sigh. Oh well. Might as well sort this all out. "I don't know. I've just...seen the way you look at Minnie and you just seem so happier around her. I felt it was best to break up and let you have her or something.." she mumbled, but it was clear to tell what she was saying.

Nessie shrugged dissmissingly. "I don't know. I would have to come up with something really good that wouldn't get me suspended." She smirked and started thinking of ideas all of them ending up with her getting suspended.

Harvey nodded "Rons,. I am not breaking up to you,.. I may look happier with her.. but only due to her being my closest friend... apart the other friends I have here. So you kind of stuck with me." he said as he watched her to see if anything else that he was supposed to read on her face..
