Middle Cars Snag a compartment, say hello to friends, it's time to head back to Hogwarts! |
Kana made her way down the isle of the train swiftly, aware that, as one of the first people on the train, others would be coming behind her. She was excited, obviously, and quickly sat in an empty compartment, looking out the window for a moment. She smiled to herself. First year at Hogwarts. She wore a black double-button shirt, and a pair of dark faded skinny-jeans. On her feet were slightly dirty, otherwise very clean, converses. Over the dark shirt was an unzipped grey hoodie, even in the summer heat. Meh. It wasn't that hot to her. She carried with her a bag that contained a few things she didn't trust with the rest of the luggage. Her monochrome wardrobe made her bright red hair stand out like WHOA. She raised a hand and ruffled said hair, before clawing it straight again. Unzipping the bag as soon as she was settled, a black-and-white ferret poked out her head, sniffing at her surroundings, before quickly climbing out. Kit Caboodles made a few happy trilling noises and flopped onto Kana's lap in a silly expression of her excitement. Kana laughed, ruffing up the ferrets fur, and watched her spazz with enthusiasm. She didn't take out her MP3 player, for once, just in case someone wanted to join her. The door to the compartment was closed, but no curtains were drawn. Maybe, just maybe, Noel wouldn't stop at the front of the train, but come far enough to join her in her compartment at the middle of the train. Unfortunately, Kana had to surrender Pigeon along with her trunk. No doubt someone thought there was a mix-up somewhere when they saw a pigeon in a cage instead of an owl. No doubt Pigeon was uncomfortable with all the other owls. No doubt he'd be happy to get out of there. There was also no doubt that this year would be an eventful one. Taking out the old issue of the Daily Prophet, she read again the article about the ship in the lake as Kit playfully nibbled at the edges of the newspaper. |
Millie walked along the train, a fluffy |
Once Oceana made it to the middle of the train, she snagged an empty compartment. She spread out all of her belongings and took out her new diary, beginning to write her new story. |
JENN and ORABELLE <3 Finbar did some walking and more walking and some more walking until he made it the middle of the train. OH MY GOODNESS!! Finbar Aubrey Marshall Murphy had to be the most happiest person on Earth becuase he was going to go on the Hogwarts Express today! He bet that some other students didn't really like to be on the train or go to Hogwarts in general. But that just what he thought. But why wouldn't you be happy to be going to Hogwarts. He new damn well that it was going to be a lot better than his other Wizarding Schools that he had been to. He had always had hater at the other schools but maybe this time he was finally going to be making amazing awesome friends. :woot: So he had two trunks in both of his hands. So that was a total of four trunks because he had gone shopping to get a variety of cloths because he mostly had a white t-shirt and dark blue or black jeans and boots or converse and of course his famous leather jacket that he would need and now he needed some winter clothes because he had heard it could be slightly chilly during the winter months. He wondered if he would see one of his new friends? Hope so. Ahhh. Next stop HOGWARTS. What a goof ball. |

As she continued her trek, and peeking from behind her aviators, she stopped suddenly when she saw someone she knew. Oh, it was that dude she had ran into a few days ago. Correction - he ran into her. Orabelle stopped and opened the compartment door. Someone sure looked happy. "Hello... you..." Orabelle said, forgetting his name. Whatever it was again. She couldn't be bothered to remember everyone's names, now, could she? |

"Oh yes, I love it," Orabelle lied. Because what was so great about an old red train? Nothing. |
It never failed...one minute you wished for something and the next it was happening and one wasn't sure they were ready for it. Wished for summer...it came. Got bored with summer and wished for the train...it was here. But Simon couldn't help but think this was the begining of the end, his last term was just about to begin. Taking a deep breath he pushed it aside and himself through the barrier to the crowded platform on the other side, the seventh year gradually making his way to one of the middle compartment doors and pulling himself up into the train with his broom in one hand and his trunk pulled along with the other. Simon made his way to the aisle and looked both ways debating which direction to go to look for friendly faces. |
Rowan was so excited to be heading back to Hogwarts. Finding an empty compartment she stored her bag over head and let her cat Panda out of her carrier. Taking off her jacket she sat down and let Panda snuggle into her lap for a nap. I wonder where everyone is, she thought to herself as she scratched the large cat's ears. |

"Of course you love it." Fin knew when people were lying but he couldn't quite tell with her. |

She literally couldn't stop grinning, with all her excitement at term starting. Her emotions seemed shared with her cat, who was jumping around near her and batting at invisible objects. Ahh! Another cat! Possible enemy alert! Possible friend alert! Missy immediately sat up straight and stared at the cat curled up in the girl's arm, then began trying to find a way into the compartment. It looked like there was nothing there, but when she poked the air with a paw, she felt something cold! What was it? Missy mewed, looking up at Ariana for assistance. Ariana laughed at Missy trying to get through the glass. She picked her up and opened the compartment door, seeing the girl about her age in there. "Hi! It looks like Missy wants to say hi to your cat." |
Georgiana was excited for her second year at Hogwarts, she was going to see her friends again and do magic because she was underage and couldn't do it outside of Hogwarts and the best...the feast. It made her mouth-water to just think of all the delicious food that was going to be on her table that night, but enough! before her stomach started to do that weird noise. She walked along the train trying to find a good seat, with one trunk in her hand where everything important was or fragile would be the word. The other 4 trunks were already on the train but it was clothes, books... that stuff and she wasn't going to be pulling 5 trunks at the same time. She finally found an empty compartment and sat beside the window...the perfect seat! she has been waiting this day all her summer...well not actually. Georgiana had enjoyed her vacations.... her GREAT vacations but was happy to come back to her second home. Hogwarts wasn't like the other boring muggle schools, not that she had something against muggles but you couldn't compare Hogwarts to a muggle school. She was feeling hungry, so she opened her trunk and found a chocolate bar....a delicious chocolate bar. She took a big bite while she waited for the other students to board the train. |
Isobel walked down the train until she found an empty compartment. She didn't know anyone on the train; and she was worn out right now. It had been a crazy morning; trying to get three people ready to go. Add a six-year-old and a ten-year-old to the mix, and you got a pretty exhausting morning. Isobel collapsed on the seat and stowed her trunk where it was supposed to go. She took a magazine out of her bag and began to read. |

Ginny contemplated - she was not the best at making conversation, but if she asked to sit with this girl, then she wouldn't have to be teased for being a "ginger". Pulling back the compartment door, she asked: "Hello, may I sit here?" |

"Hey Simon" she smiled...She had nearly caused another awkward train moment but at-least this time they'd talked a bit and gotten to know each-other and probably - hopefully would've been able to laugh it off. |

Theodore lugged his trunk, his lack of man-power evident as he struggled down the train's corridor. Finally, he found what appeared to be an empty compartment. Setting down his cat carrier, he opened it and let Bree, his new tabby, out. "You can roam, but don't go too far," He spoke as the cat stepped out, stretching and yawning momentarily before making her way down towards the back of the train to take a look at other students and animals. The curly-headed teen only hoped that she wouldn't attack someone's owl or toad. He had trained her well, with the hope of his parents, so hopefully she wouldn't go crazy on the Hogwarts Express. As he stowed his luggage away, Theodore looked around, wondering if anyone would join him. While on the platform, some had scoffed at his American accent. Lovely; it was already his first day here and people didn't like the new kid. What else could go wrong? Tapping his fingers on his knee, he looked out of the window and waited for something, anything, or nothing at all. |
Seeing a rather new, and shocked looking student she sighed. Then she felt her own kitten jump off her shoulder and looked around. Her school uniform tucked into her book-bag. "Can I say I hate when they claw you like that" she winced, rubbing her shoulder slightly. Ginger mewed at the tabby cat that was near her, the little Ginger was tentative, and felt like the other one was nice - she didn't know yet though. |

Adriane gulped and entered the compartment, limping slightly. Her leg was bothering her. "Ah...mind if I join you? I'm Adrianna, by the way. You can call me Ad" she said wth a hint of a French accent. |
Yukiko entered the train and quickly found a compartment. She didn't really have any friends yet so she sat by herself. Well she wasn't completely alone she did have her eagle owl, Acquilina, with her. She was looking forward to beginning her time at Hogwarts and couldn't wait to get there. |
