"I think that'll be the least of his worries" Elizabeth replied. Justin was a flirt but he'd never had to compete with a 6th year before. This was going to be hard.

Iris smiled at the girl, "Nice name." She listened to her talk and smirked back, "Oooh. I like you a lot already. Why'dyou hate Cartwright?" she asked, curiously, shifting over slightly on the bed for Violet to sit next to her.

"Oh then what would? Maybe I could make it easier for him." replied Violet.
"Thanks. I hate him because hes a stupid know it all that chooses a stupid girl over Fallon or anyone else. I just hate him what about you?" replied Violet.

Elizabeth looked at Violet. "He's always been an outcast. He'll find it hard squaring up to a 6th year over a pretty girl like you plus making friends. He's never stayed in the same place for more than a month cos he's constantly in trouble" she explained.

Iris looked at Violet curiously, "What ... What do you mean, chooses a stupid girl over Fallon? ..." Iris hadn't seen him much this term, come to think of it, but she'd assumed that he was all caught up with Fallon, still ...

She looked at her and shrugged, "It's a long story, so put short: We met in Diagon Alley before starting 2nd year; he butt into mine and my friend, Aarons, conversation; Aaron decided to play about with Cartwright because he thought we were going out; they were offensive to each other and then we just kind of became unable to be civil to each other." Iris nodded at Violet simply. "He's a Scouser, too. They shouldn't be allowed, their voices are annoying and they're all really big headed, too." Iris grinned at the girl slyly, as if to say that she'd LOVE to prank Cartwright.

"Aww, well let him know Im here for him." replied Violet happily.

"He chose this girl Marie over Fallon." replied Violet.

"Ohhh so he butt into other peoples conversation?" asked Violet raising an eyebrow.

Marie made her way back to the dormitory from the hospital wing. Her lip was already starting to feel a little better but there was still some swelling. As she entered the dorm room she noticed that Violet was there. Well of course she would be there, she was everywhere Marie went it seemed. Looking over at her she noticed she was sitting with......Iris!? She could just imagine the things they were talking about.

Hoping Violet wouldn't see her she quickly made her way over to her bed and pulled the curtain around so she couldn't be seen. She took out her transfiguration homework so it would look like she was doing something when actually she was going to be listening to what Violet was saying. She just knew the girl was going to be running her mouth again and this time she was going to catch her at it.

"I can see he'll have a good friend in you then" Elizabeth replied. Although thing's weren't great with her and Violet, she knew Violet was a great person to be friends with, she just didn't want to admit it.

Violet frowned. "Yeah...friends." she replied. She wished that she could date both Conan and Justin.

"Hey," Phyre murmured, waving slightly at Elizabeth. She made sure she completely ignored Violet. For all she cared, the girl was invisible. Just a flower without ears or a mouth, ready to be stepped on. Only she wasn't that mean... Phyre usually didn't trample plants. Not even weeds.

"What's new?" Elizabeth asked. She was looking forward to leaving Hogwarts and have a fresh start, it was going to do her good to get away from all of the trouble the school, and its student's, had caused her.

"Not much," Phyre replied. And then, she let out a little squeak and pulled a letter from her robe pocket. "My mother sent me a letter!" This was the first time that this had ever happened. Ever. "I haven't seen her in three years... And she sent me a letter! This year, she'll be home from Paris over the summer leave, and she wants to give me a surprise! I can only wonder what it might be... Or why. She's loved France more than me for all my life."

Elizabeth shrugged. "No idea" she said. Elizabeth than looked at Violet again. "You seem like you have something bothering you. Are you ok?" she said to Violet.

"Well I don't know if things are working out with me and Conan and I think hes one of the missing students." replied Violet. She glared at Sapphyre, not saying a word.

Sapphyre ignored Violet. Her missing boyfriend wasn't her issue, and, if she didn't already feel bad for the guy dating her, she would have said that Violet deserved it. But that was too mean to Conan, who had to be the most miserale guy. So, she sent her thoughts out to him, instead. Poor, poor Conan.

It has been so long since I've seen you, ma chère, and, judging by the pictures that your father has sent me of you, I see that you've grown big in my absense. You're almost eleven twelve! I apologize for missing out on so much of your life, and I hope that you will forgive me this year, for I have set aside my extremely busy social life this summer to spend it with you. I have already arranged a surprise for a very special day, and I hope that you will enjoy it as much as I think you and your little friends will. And no, this time it's not any sort of animal. I still remember what happened last time... I think. You were hurt, yes? Oh well. We can catch up soon enough. I hope you have been socializing with only the best, my darling daughter. "I haven't seen him around for a while either" Elizabeth replied racking her brain to remember the last time she saw Conan around the castle.

Elizabeth took the letter from Phyre and read it word for word making sure she didn't miss anything. "That's sweet, wish my mother was that thoughtful" she said. Her mood went downhill atb the thought of her mother's unexistent love.

"Yeah well at least now Ill have more time to spend with Justin...and Evan." replied Violet.

Elizabeth narrowed her eyes so that all you could see was a thick black line where her eyeliner and mascara linked together. "Just don't forget who your boyfriend is" she said.

Violet sighed. "Oh yeah...Conan." then she quickly added. "I mean Conan oh yeah I love him!" Obvious she liked Justin better much?

Elizabeth raised her eyebrows. "You really like Justin now don't you?" she said. She knew Violet wasn;t very enthusiastic on Conan by he way she said his name and the mention of having more time to spend with Justin and Evan.

"Yeah I really do." replied Violet.

Elizabeth smiled. "And yet you haven't met the boy. A little bit of information, he has had a crush on me before and has ben knocked back a ear from all of his expellsion's so he should be in my year but he's been knocked back too many times" she explained. She wasn't going to tell Violet that they'd had a relationship for over 2 years, or that Justin actually was the guy she really loved, not Callum.

"Really oh well thats step up from Conan. I mean oh thats cool!" replied Violet.

Iris looked at Violet, slightly shocked... "Oh... I ... Didn't even know ... " Wow. Feeling bad for Fallon, much?

She shrugged, "Not... Not really... That was the only time I've ever seen him butt into a conversation. I was watching him talk to a first year, and I found him interesting... and kinda alright looking... and Liverpudlian. But he realised that I was watching him, then I bumped into Aaron, we began talking, and Evan came strolling up demanding to know why I was 'staring' at him." Iris paused for a moment before carrying on, "and then we just ... kinda ... hated each other from that point onwards, really." She nodded at Violet, as if to say that he probably wasn't all that bad normally...

"Yeah and the Marie girl is really annoying." said Violet.

"Oh. Well he wasn't that bad when I met him, but then he got kinda kinda..." hotter? she thought. "Kinda annoying I guess."
