Thalia sat against the wall in the second floor corridor with a quill fervently writing on the parchment in front of her. This was bad. She had forgot to do DADA homework. She paused and looked up the back down. Why did the teacher always give them essay type papers. It had to be at least 6 to 7 inches. Ugh! A half inch to go. She got down to the last sentence and finished. Phew! All done. She rolled the parchment back up and put it in her bag. She then exchanged it for her new green notebook. Suddenly a bottle of ink in her bag exploded and ink poured everywhere. Some even splatted in her face. "This is not my day," she muttered. She tried to wipe it off her face but smeared it more. Then it was also all over the ground. |
Aidan ran his hand through his hair as he walked down the winding corridors of the second floor and he turned the corner to see a girl sitting against the wall, covered in ink. He arched an eyebrow as he walked towards her and he pulled out his wand. "Taking an ink bath? In public?" he teased, smirking slightly. "Normally when I take part in one, I'm not in the middle of a corridor. Or dressed." He smiled. "Want some help?" |
"Ha ha very funny," she replied to his sarcasm. This was not a laughing matter. She had to go to DADA in about ten minutes and everyone was going to laugh their heads off when they saw her ink covered face and clothes. Like she really needed that much embarrassment. She was thankful this boy offered himself to help. "I would be grateful if you did. You'd save me from the humiliation I'm going to receive." From Parker to would be her guess. |
Aidan smirked as she retorted to his sarcasm and he nodded. "It's a pleasure to help..." he said, flicking his wrist and muttering Reparo under his breath and fixing the broken bottle of ink. He waved his wand and the ink gently seeped out of the girl's clothing and off the floor and into the bottle again, cleaning it entirely off the floor. Within a few moments, the halls looked like it never saw ink before. "...especially helping a pretty girl." He grinned and he pulled out a handkerchief. He pointed his wand at it and muttered a spell into it. "Here." He held it out to her. "It'll clean your face up." He smirked again. |
Alexa camea round the corner at full tilt. SHe didn't even care if Lorcan or Sabel.. or anyone for that matter was trying to catch up to her. Her main goal was to get to her hiding place as fast as she could. Run RUn RUn little Alexa, run run run! |
Good gracious Merlin the girl was fast! For once Sabel was glad he had long legs. It granted him just enough speed to catch which corner the second year darted around. He just hoped to Lady Luck that he wouldn't slip on rounding one of those corners. |
Lorcan saw Lexi disappear and he stormed along the corridor away from her. She was confusing him, blowing hot and cold on him. "Girls!" he said to himself "They're all nutters!" |
Arya ran into the corridor and stoped. She forgot where she was! How was she gonna find her hinding place if she didn't know where she was. Oh well, she fiqured if she ran then it wouldn't take as long to find the floor she needed to be on. Asn with that she speed down the nearest hallway to find her hiding spot. |

Aidan smiled in reply to her thanks and he watched her as she cleaned herself up. She stood and he noted silently was much smaller than he expected. He shook his head at her words and he tapped the handkerchief with his wand, cleaning it of all ink. "Keep it," he told her. "I've got another one." He pocketed his wand and he picked up her bag and books, tucking the newly restored inkwell back into her bag. "I believe these are yours." He handed her bag back and he held out her books. "Want some help with your things?" |
"Thanks...again," she grinned and watched as he put her ink bottle back in the bag. She took the bag from his hand and put it back over her shoulder. "I'm fine. I'm stronger than I look," Thalia added, taking the books from him as well. "I'm Thalia Munroe by the way. Fourth year, Slytherin," she told him. "Who are you?" the girl asked. She didn't see him around much it seemed. But he was nice enough. |
Ahh, serenity. This was the thought going through Gabriella's mind as she made her way down the second floor corridor. It'd been a fairly nice day today, so she'd spent a small amount of time (whatever could be spared) down at the lake. The Hospital Wing had, for once, been completely cleared out, so she'd taken the moment to get a little bit of fresh air. She stopped to peer out a nearby window, admiring how lovely the grounds were beginning to look. Spring was so...uplifting. |

"Yeah well I'm very capable of managing by myself," she snapped somewhat at him. "No offense," Thalia added. She wasn't trying to be rude but she didn't really like it when people tried to help her. Especially in these situations. "Nice to meet you too Aidan," she smiled. Wow he was 16. She was 15 now. Just still considered a 4th year. "I'm not nice all the time. I have a mouth that never seems to stay shut for more than 10 minutes," she admitted. She talked way to much. Also she had a tendency to hurt people. Accidentally. Nah not really. "Are you smart like all the Ravenclaws are supposed to be?" she questioned with a sly expression. |
Aidan heard her words and he arched his eyebrow at her quietly as she snapped at him a bit. "No offense taken," he said. He nodded as she said it was nice to meet him. He shrugged slightly as she told him that she was only nice sometimes. "Well, of the Slytherins I know, few actually will acknowledge the existance of other creatures other than Slytherins." He smirked at her as she spoke. "Sometimes. Not all the time. I have a tendency to be more troublesome than smart." He grinned. |
"I'm not that cruel. I sadly know people like that and are friends with one." Parker just with rude to people. First introductions were never an easy thing with him. He was a meanie. "I have a tendency to run into troublesome people," she smiled. "Then we'll get along just fine," Thalia added with a nod. "Where are you from?" came her next question. She raised an eyebrow as she spoke it. |
Aidan heard her words and he said, "I'm sorry. Glad you're not cruel though. That would put a real damper on our relationship." He grinned as she spoke. "Glad to have run into you, then." He laughed and nodded and replied to her words, "I'm from Glascow. I was born in Dublin, but I've lived in Scotland since I was little. Yourself?" |
"Yeah it would," she mused. "I have a rebellious attitude toward the idiots who act snobbish toward me," Thalia added with a shrug. Just like she had with Parker. Stupid kid. He screwed up her life enough already and now she still had to bring him up in conversations. "Same here. You saved me from embarrassment I would have never lived down," she emphasized. People in Gryffindor weren't all that nice either. "You're Irish then?" she asked, putting the two and two together. He lived there didn't he? "I'm from the coast of France. I'm a transfer actually. I went to the horrible school of Beaxbatons." She just had to make that point clear to everyone really. "What about your family? Are you a pureblood, half blood, muggle born?" she added. Not that she was prejudice or anything. |
Aidan listened to her quietly as she spoke, and he nodded. "I know the feeling," he said, smirking. "Glad to have helped. Let me know if you need any more saving." He smirked and shrugged. "Somewhat, I was born there and I guess you can say I have citizenship there. Technically, though, I'm Scottish. My dad's Scottish-German, my mum's Welsh-English." He nodded as she explained she was French. "French heh? I like that." He grinned. "Where in France? I'm sorry Beauxbatons was a terrible place, but I'm sure you'll find Hogwarts a more interesting place." He ran his hand through his hair as she asked him about his background. "I'm Muggleborn. You?" |
"Glad we're on the same terms with something," she figured with a grin. At least she wasn't the only one who had to put up with these idiots. This school was sure filled with some strange folks. Way strange. "I will," Thalia nodded. This wasn't the last situation she was going to run into. "Interesting. I can tell by your accent," she told him. Most times she could tell where someone was from with the accent. She blushed. Most boys found her being French amusing for some odd reason. "Pays De La Loire," Thal explained to his question of where. "I speak full French even though my dad's British. My mum's French. I'm half veela you see," she told him. Thanks to mummy being veela. She really hated being half veela. "Yeah I have 3 brothers who go here. I had to be sent to Beaxbatons though thanks to my parents. More of my mother." Her mum was also a model. That just had to top off the craziness in her life. "I'm a pureblood," she admitted. "But I have nothing against muggleborns. I promise." She would marry a muggle even. After living with muggles then she figured they weren't as bad as everyone expressed them to be. |
Aidan nodded. "Always nice to have someone on your side," he said. He nodded as she spoke. "Yeah, I've got one of those mixed accents." He never really thought about it, but his accent was not the most common among the average Brit. He saw her blush and he smiled as she told him where in France she was from. "Pays De La Loire. Nice area. I haven't been there since I was a kid, but I remember being truly impressed with its beauty." He looked at her interestingly and listened to her as she spoke about being half-veela. "Veela? Very nice. It explains a lot." He grinned. It took him a moment to return to the conversation. "I've got two brothers myself. Neither one seem to be wizards, though. Sorry you got forced into Beauxbatons, but I'm sure you'll get a great education here at Hogwarts." He nodded as she told him she was pureblood and he smiled when she said she didn't mind muggleborns. "I'm glad to hear you don't mind us." He looked at her quietly. |
"Yes, very much so," she agreed with a little nod. She had a lot of people on her side. Especially those Slytherin boys who couldn't seem to get enough of her for some strange reason. They were so annoying. "My accent is mainly French. That's all I spoke at Beaxbatons practically and mum used to only talk to me in French." It was irritating that her mother was so strict on her learning the ways of her life so much. Thalia didn't want to be like her mum. "It is really beautiful. In the summer for sure. The sea breeze is my favorite part. Our property goes on forever it seems," she told him with a shrug. She longed for home and it's forest in her backyard. She grinned her perfect smile and looked down at her feet, blushing again. She really didn't think herself as beautiful as she probably was. Every time she looked in the mirror she saw the girl that had always been there. "I have five brothers. I'm second to youngest. No sisters," she explained. "Were your brothers jealous then?" she asked him. She would have been if she had ended up a squib. "Beaxbatons was just full or girls who were stuck ups and prisses. I was always the girl who rebelled. Having 5 brothers taught me a thing or two," Thalia explained with a small smile. They taught her how to hit and defend herself. Or other boy things. "I lived with muggles for two years. They didn't bother me at all. Muggleborns never stole magic like some of the stupid pureblood people think they did." |
Aidan looked at her as she spoke and he nodded. "I like your accent," he said. "It's 70% French, and the rest is British." He smiled and listened to her as she spoke about her home. "It sounds like an incredible place, France in the summer must be spectacular. We live in a small apartment in the city, we don't get any sea breeze. And our property ends within four walls and a couple dozen meters." He grinned slightly and watched her blush and as she did, Aidan noticed a curl fall over her cheek. "My brothers were somewhat jealous, they didn't know what to expect, but they accepted it after about...four years." He grinned. "They were, to say the least, peeved, but when they realized they couldn't change it, they accepted it and have been relatively good about it." He smirked. "Five brothers? Geez, you had it worse than I did," he said teasingly, reaching over gently and carefully brushing her hair back and tucking it behind her ear. He nodded. "Muggles are decent, at least as decent as people can be. Wizards and muggles are the same in regards towards being human; some are bad, some are good. The only real difference is one can perform magic, the other can't." |
Thalia chuckled as he said he liked her accent. "Thank you. I find yours awesome as well," she nodded. You don't come across many people who had parents that gave you an accent like that. "Sounds fun though," she teased. "I just couldn't live in the city after being in the space of sea breeze," she admitted. "It's too enclosed. I would feel claustrophobic." The openness of her land gave her the sense that she could go on forever without hitting a wall in her backyard. "Four years? Wow. I'm sure you got a lot of complaints from them," she figured. Her siblings would have complained. It was just the natural thing to assume. "Glad they got over it though." She was surprised that he had tucked her hair behind her ear. Awfully brave for a person wasn't it? Thalia studied his face as he did it. "Thanks," she smiled softly feeling the red tint meeting her cheeks again. "My brother's aren't that bad. Though they're obnoxious and annoying some of the time. I learned to get over that. They were my source of freedom in the summer." From the girlieness she had to live with while at Beaxbatons and all the proper ways. They liked to get dirty and play rough. "Yeah. Muggles tend to hurt each other worse," she said quietly, going back to that awful day in New York when she was ten. "I lived in America before attending Beaxbatons for two years," she told him. |
Aidan smirked as she complimented his accent. "Welcome, and thank you," he said. "It is, even though as you say it's claustraphobic, it's a very fun place. Lots of people, lots of options. There's always something to do." He grinned and nodded. "They were a real pain but they were, you know, little and silly." He saw her blush slightly when he tucked her hair away. "Welcome." He listened to her speak about her brothers and he nodded. "Brothers are obnoxious, but nonethess, always fun." He shrugged at her words as she spoke about Muggles. "I've seen wizards and witches do some terrible things to one another too." He smirked. "You lived in New York for two years? That's really cool, I've been to America a couple times, I really liked it." |
She laughed. "You can say the same for where I live. Except the fact I live in the middle of nowhere," she said with a smile. Lots of people. Hmm....she knew that strange people probably lived near him. Then again she was okay with strange people. She was with some 24/7. "How old are you brothers?" she questioned. He mentioned they were little so apparently they would be younger. Those were the worst. Take Willie for example. "I agree. Except my brothers like to break into my room and destroy it! Especially when I'm away." Willie and Ethan raided her room. She always had to set traps and lock stuff up. Or just scream at them. "I know. Just--they seem more violent. Like they can't control themselves." It was the same for wizards she knew but she wasn't as scared of being attacked by a wizard then getting hurt by a muggle. "Yep. I lived there with my aunt for two years. We lived in New York for one year and then--well things arose. Bad things. And we moved to Massachusetts after that. It was fun. Most of the time," she corrected herself. The times where no one was murdered. "Where did you go while you were there?" she asked. |
Aidan nodded at her words. "Sometimes, it's better that way," he said. "then no one can get to you when you don't want them to." He looked at her as she asked about his brothers. "Patrick is twelve, and Ian is nine. What about yours?" He nodded. "Those little prats acan get in everything, can't they?" He nodded. "Yeah." He looked at her as she spoke about New York. "I'm sorry things got bad in New York. I liked New York when I was there. I was in the city, I went to California, Vermont, Chicago, and Colorado." |
Thalia nodded. "Then again my friend's always get lost on their way out to my house. Especially those times they fly." Phew. Who knew how many times her friends ended up owling her say they couldn't make it cause they got lost. Sad face. Then he mentioned his brothers and she smiled. 12 and 9. Good ages. "Well," she began. "Jared's 19, Grant's 16, Louis and Ethan are 15, I'm 15, and Willie's 10," Thalia explained. "Oh Louis and Ethan are twins by the way." Just in case he didn't catch that. Which he should since he's a Ravenclaw. "Yes," she gave out a loud sigh. Too many things were ruined by her idiot brothers. "It's a long story," she shrugged with a down expression. The one she always got when talking about New York. It reminded her of Callie. "We lived in the city too. Then Boston." Wow he had lived a lot of places. "Sounds fun and crazy. I'm sure you saw and met some interesting people," she giggled, not wanting to sound offensive toward the odd people out there. |
Aidan looked at her as she spoke. "I'm sorry to hear that, but then again, maybe if you painted your roof a bright pink your friends won't lose sight of it," he said, grinning. He nodded at her words as she spoke of her brothers, and he smiled brightly. "That's incredible, being a twin. I want to be a twin. That's really cool." He nodded as she spoke. "No worries, I don't mean to pry." He nodded. "Boston? I never got up there, but I hear it's nice." He smiled. "Everywhere has interesting people. I like interesting people." |
Thalia laughed. "Well my house is already hard not to miss. It's yellow you see. With a red roof. It's still hard to find even with that." They did have some woods around them. Maybe that was the big problem. "My brother's are such annoying gits though. Louis and Ethan are as opposite as you can get. Louis' into books and dressing civil. Ethan likes skateboarding and dressing slobbish. The only thing they have in common is music." That reminded of her that summer when they fought over a sock. She shrugged. "Nah it's okay. Just I can get emotional when the subject comes around." She'd rather not cry before class. Every time she talked about it she cried. "It has a lot of the muggle American history around it. Colonial stuff I think it's called," she said a little unsure. She chuckled. "Hmm...I like interesting people too. New York had lots of them." The outfits people wore in that city. Some awesome. Others scary. "Where else have you visited in the world?" she wondered, seeing he was the type. |
Aidan smiled. "Wow," he said when she spoke of the colors of her house. "Maybe you've got to just do a little trimming or brighten even those colors and then no one for fifty kilometers will miss that." He laughed quietly when she spoke of her brothers being obnoxious. "All brothers are like that, aren't they? Music? What kind of music?" He nodded. "I understand." He grinned at her words of American colonial history. "Fascinating subject, American history, although I am rather partial to ancient cultures." He nodded at her words and then shrugged slightly. "I've been to Ireland, the United States, France, Scotland, England, Wales, and Canada. You?" |
"Yeah that would be a smart idea," she agreed with a smile. Her house was already freakish colors enough. It was pretty though and she wouldn't change it for the world. "Yes. Except my older brother's are more mature so they don't really bother me anymore." They grew up and learned better. They had brains unlike Ethan or Willie. "Well they both play the guitar. I do too. And the piano and drums. Somewhat," she explained. That was her passion. Music. Song writing just suited her. Someday she was going to sing for a job. "I never really liked history. Unless I had more of a visual. That's why living in Boston helped with the learning experience. I have a short attention span and can't seem to shut my mouth," she added with a shrug. "I have a muggle disorder called ADHD." At least it seemed to be wearing down so it wasn't as bad anymore. It was annoying. She was annoying. "Wow," Thalia sounded impressed. Her? "America, France, England, Mexico, and New Zealand I believe," she told him. That had been New Zealand she went to right? Over summer break in like first grade. "Do you have a girlfriend?" she wondered out loud. |
Dani moved slowly down the corridor. The little girl had grown an inch over the school year so far and was super proud of it. A small and mischievious grin was on her face as she stopped at the corner waiting for Warren away from the other students in the hallway. A long object was poorly hidden under her robes. The tip of her broom handle poked out the top. This was going to be fun. |

"PROTEGO MAXIMA!" Again. Only Jake had to be careful of the Headmaster this time. He trod cautiously but quickly, expecting the man to jump out. "Cast tripping jinxes behind up behind us as we go, and watch where you step..." They might have had the same idea. As they went, Jake glanced back at Cela. "Want me to stun her for now?" |
Wand at the ready, Ivory tip toed her way to the second corridor. Her eyes roving this way and that she once again cast "Glisseo" on the stairs behind them before turning back to the corridor and then casting a few more Trip Jinxes. Her eyes simultaneously watching the boss man for any more orders and watching and waiting for any opponents. |
Alexa smiled as they reached the second floor corridor. She started casting stunners and trip jinxes down the hall in front of them. THe ones in the back needed to be sure no one followed them. She really hoped she got to take a crack at Tate. hehehehe.... |
permission granted to get wand, but you guys go ahead and do whatever to react XD She had to pick her moment. Cela wasn't sure that the right moment would come, so she'd have to make it the right moment. She kept that dead look on her face, as if she too was still under the Imperius and then she flicked her wrist and concentrated HARD on the nearest wand, which happened to belong to the man currently dragging her along. It flew into her hand, every lesson she'd ever learned from Professors Rae, Kazimeriz and Lawson, as well as from her brothers and older friends over the years she'd been at Hogwarts, came into play and she flicked her wrist up, the concentration evident on her face as a shiny, shimmery, silver Scorpion rushed out of the tip of the wand and disappeared past all the traps and jinxes the Imperiused kids had left behind, heading out of the castle and towards the Quidditch Pitch. |
Miranda cocked her eyebrow at Jakers and the way he seemed to think he was in charge or something. Well, she wasn't going to take orders from him. She was the Captain, remember? Her wand was held tightly in her hand, but she felt in total control, walking besides Huxley. Her shield was still up, but the icky way Cela looked made her want to cast a something to make her go away. Sigh. WHAT!!? GRrrrrrrrr! She watched the silvery creature float away. "You don't DO that!" Miranda growled, advancing towards Cela. Oh, she wanted to kick her butt! How the hell did you stop Patronuses!? "Finite, FINITE!" she yelled, wondering if it would help. At all. |
BAD! BADBADBADBADBAD! "STUPEFY!" Jake yelled, aiming at Cela's face, eyes wide. "Someone get Samuel's wand for him!" And then, casting finite on the last trip jinx ahead of him, he got to the end of the corridor and started to turn to the staircase. |
Hearing Jake yell she turned quickly and raised her shouting, "Petrificus Totalus" at the bad girl that stole Grumps' wand. Nope... that wasn't tolerated! Nuh uh! "WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU?!" she shouted at the girl still pointing her wand at her. |
Ivory's eyes narrowed in disbelief as Cela took the boss man's wand and then casted a Patronus. Oh no. They would have none of that now. Didn't she understand they were here to protect the man. Finding her center of gravity, she launched herself at the older girl. Ready to tackle her down. |
He'd been forewarned, but even if he HADN'T known the school was under attack... well. They weren't exactly being stealthy, were they? Tate planted himself in the middle of the corridor, his face set in furious lines. Using the students in this way was REPREHENSIBLE. He pointed his wand at the man dragging the missing Ravenclaw prefect. "Let them go. All of them." He flicked his wand, making the air in the hallway thick as molasses. Hard to move through AND hard to breath in. |
Alexa sneered as she saw the Headmaster. She giggled and raised her wand, but he cast something and she started to move slllllllow and gasp for air. She really hoped someone back there could help... |
Hearing someone new, Jake span around and dodged so he was the other side of Huxley, whispering, "Run, sir. We got this. Dylan's upstairs." And then he faced the Headmaster. Awesome. He sent a stinging hex that way, starting small. Then... "DURO!" The last spell was directed at the man's feet. Jake couldn't remember where he had learnt that... but watching Cela duel was a memory that came back to him. Well... he had his own techniques too. "Stupefy." All spells were alarmingly quick, before the guy cast much, whilst he was still talking. "He can't blahhh... sp... *choke*!" Too late. Can't... breathe... THE HEADMASTER WAS TRYING TO KILL THEM! |
Quote:
Let them go? Hah! "Get out of the way.... sir." Miranda smiled crookedly, though you could see her insincerity in the last word. She gasped suddenly, feeling the air dissapear for some STRANGE reason. She shook her head to clear it, thinking it was just her that had difficulty breathing. |
Tiberius raced into the corridor, wand raised, when his forward motion came to a near stop. Something was keeping him from running. AND breathing. Looking up, he saw the Headmaster. Gripping his wand tightly, Tibi struggled forward. "We go.. where we want." |
Arya ran to the second floor wand in hand, coming to a skidding halt when she saw why she was needed. Her arm moving surprisingly slow, she pointed her wand at the Headmaster while moving infront of the bartender. "Stupefy!" She didn't like the fact that she had to attack the headmaster, he was so nice to her at the sleepover. But she was not going to let him attack the bartender, not on her watch. |
Ivory's head snapped up at the arrival of a new person...the headmaster. Lifting her wand, she paused midcast when she realized that the air itself had become very heavy. Turning this way and that slowly, she examined her fellow defenders. It seemed to be affecting everyone...it even felt difficult to breath. Breath?! That's it! Remembering previous Potion classes she turned toward the older defenders, hoping they'd know the spell. "Bubble head charms! On all of us!Now!" |
Destiny saw the Headmaster appear. Oh no! He was going to stop Huxley, and she couldn't let that happen. Following whatever orders Jake was giving out, Destiny pointed her wand at the Headmaster, 'Stupefy!' Just because she was now slow due to the air, didn't mean her spells would be, right? She hoped so at least. |
Oh jeez, was it hard to breathe up here or what? Not only did her feet still feel as if they had a million cuts on them, but she had to climb the frozen stair case too which took FOREVER! Who did this to the air? The Ravenclaw girl had a good idea too. Walking back out of the hall, she cast a bubble head charm on herself before coming back in and running as hard as she could before stopping in front of the bartender, wand raised. No one hurts him! |
Hearing someone mention bubble head charms she cast the charm wuicky, hoping that would help her somewhat. SHe had no clue what the Headmaster had cast... but it wasn't fun... no way. |
Cela... yup she was unconscious and all sorts of bleeding and now apparently breathing was hard too and she was being dragged and little bitty Ravenclaws were clinging to her legs and attempting to tackle her... ... she was blissfully unaware of all this. The world was dark. |
Quote:
Thankfully these kids were thinking on their feet but he cursed himself for even letting the little snoop get his wand. And now she was definitely out cold and he had his wand back. But now there was another problem...the headmaster had arrived. Samuel had not come this far to be stopped now. He gave his own wand a flick and cleared the air around them. "I don't think so. But..."he pulled the blond up and held her near his face..."this one you can have back. She was more trouble than she's worth." And with that he flung the girl forward and spun on is heel and bolted for the stairs, "KEEP HIM BUSY" he yelled over his shoulder as he bounded the stairs two at a time. |
Reese had ran all the way from the entrance hall to the second floor with her wand in her hand, ready to attack anyone in her way. But as soon as she got to the second floor, her running slowed down...and it was HARD TO BREATHE! What happened?! Hearing someone mention the bubble head charm, she quickly casted it on her and took in a deep breath. Much better. |
Mina raced her way down the second floor corridor, wand tightly in hand. Joining the ranks around Samuel. If anyone wanted to get to him, they would have get through them first. Her eyes moved to Ivory and she nodded. Casting a bubble head charm over herself, she turned back toward the Headmaster. |
Jake didn't have time for the charm, as he put it up as Huxley cleared the air. Deciding to keep it just in case, the boy glared at the Headmaster and nodded. "EVERYBODY STUN HIM!" They were at the end of the corridor; there were people coming from the beginning, so Tate was kinda surrounded. "STUPEFY!" |
Now able to move with no hindrance and not mention breath, Ivory crouched low and kept her feet moving as she sent spell after spell on the Headmaster. "Stupefy! Silencio! Incarcerous!" |
Quote:
Miranda kept her gaze on the Headmaster, even though the breathing was getting WAY difficult. But suddenly it cleared and Miranda took deep breaths through her nose. She watched icky bloodied Cela being flung away from them. Good. She was annoying. Who knows where that patronus had gone to. They'd probably be getting company soon. Keep him busy? "With pleasure, sir." She smiled evil-y and "Incendio!" She yelled, pointing her wand at Tate. |
Carr ran up from the first floor, looking panicked and trying to find some sense of order in all the chaos. She dashed into the hallway of the second floor and almost instantly came to a near halt. Her frenzied lungs began trying to suck in air faster than the air would allow itself to be let in and her legs worked slower. Tiny tears began rolling down her cheeks, but even those were falling slowly. As quickly as she could, she flicked her wand in the direction of the man who seemed to be in charge and shouted, "Stupefy!" |
AS Soon as Samuel cleared the air around them Alexa cast multiple stunners at the Headmaster and giggled through her bubblehead charm. "Petrificus Totalus! Levicorpus! STUPEFY STUPEFY STUPEFY!" she shouted as she swiped her wand through the air aiming at the HEadmaster, bloodlust in her eyes, giggling in between spells. |
And take care of him they would. Now that she could breath and move in a faster motion she pointed her wand just above Tate,"Avis!" and from no where a few dozen yellow birds appeared above his head. Keeping her wand on them she shouted, "Oppugno!" Summoning the birds to attack, she then returned her wand to the man sending a Stunner before throwing up her Shield. |
Madiison STARED at the Headmaster, her blue-gray orbs accusing him. He was trying to KILL them all. Why else would he have made it so hard to breathe? And then it cleared. Taking in deeeeeeeeeeep breaths, Di followed Miranda's lead, pointing her own wand at the Headmaster. "STUPEFY!" |
Stun him? Well duh! Hearing louder footsteps, knowing that it was the bartender leaving to wherever he was going, she raised her wand with a small smirk on her face. "Stupefy! Langlock!" Taking a few steps around the others, she moved more towards somewhere where she was behind others, though still had a pretty good aim of the headmaster, all the while putting up a shield charm juuuust in case. |

The Slytherin turned back towards the Headmaster and with one quick move of her wand, she nonverbally sent a stunner towards him. |
Oliver sprinted along the corridor towards the group of kids surrounding Huxley. Again, everything was in chaos. The air became thin as he approached the group. He breathed heavily but didn't seem to register that something was wrong here. All he knew was he supposed to be defending the barkeeper. He lifted his arm slowly and trained his wand on Tate. Keep him busy? Fine. “Tarantallegra!” He hissed. Now was the man any good at dancing? Heh. Hearing Jake, he followed up the fun little jinx with a more serious, "Stupefy!" |

Miranda turned, hearing steps behind them and someone pointing a wand at someone else! "Oh no you don't!" Miranda growled and sprung forward to tackle the girl. She grabbed her by the shoulder and pushed her back, then wand whipping forward, she yelled, pointing at the girl "Incarcerous!!!" "We got COMPANY!" |
The Headmaster was going to kill them all if they didn't do something first. Moving over slightly, Mina raised her wand as she narrowed her eyes at him. "Stupefy! Diffindo!" In the distance, she could hear more footsteps. Company was on their way. Oh this was going to get a little more fun. Quickly, she tossed up a Protego and readied herself. |

No, really. This was not what he'd signed up for. Fortunately, his spell slowed their spells down, and he flicked them back one by one. No one had taught them to take down a barrier such as this yet? All the better. He stepped backwards, as they were getting a BIT too close for comfort, and a randomly placed tripping jinx made Tate stumble. He kept his wand up and trained, but his concentration was shot. "FIGHT IT," he made eye contact with the student in the front. Were they all so EASY to bespell? WILL power! Quote:
Tate sent a rapid series of stunners at the man, but his offensive move was interrupted by Celandine Toussaint being flung at him. Ow. Ravenclaw to the face. He caught her clumsily, cradling the girl against him. WAIT. WHERE DID THE MAN GO? |
Little Aaron had absolutely no bloody clue what was happening, but as he was making his way back down to his common room and there was a whole lot of commotion. And spells flying every which way. And the headmaster, but with students, ATTACKING the headmaster?! Blink. Blink. Confusion swept over the eleven year old's brain as he recognized Miranda and Jake, but yet they didn't seem to be themselves. And then . . . That was it; Aaron saw the one. A wizard slipping away from the brigade that was attempting to distract the headmaster, climbing past him on the stairwell. Grateful for his small frame, Aaron swiftly made his way BACK upstairs. He didn't know what he was doing, but he did know one thing: The REAL guilty one was not the headmaster at all. But rather the one trying to make a getaway. |
I'm afraid I must bid you all goodnight :( Quote:
It would be hard to avoid the other spells with a teenager tied to your chest, wouldn't it. Tiberius chuckled as he flicked his wand and uttered protego. |
Jake can be hit in about half an hour. I need to go to bed. Fight it? "NO!" Not paying any attention to what Tate was saying, he stepped closer, an evil look in his eye. Ohhhh he'd done much worse than this in the past. Shame they weren't allowed to kill. Wait... WERE they allowed to kill? Hmmm... "STUPEFY!" He snarled, stepping even closer, having ducked his own deflected spell from earlier. "What's your PROBLEM, man?" |
Kay ran out on to the second floor and saw the fighting. They were all after the headmaster. "MIRANDA!" Kay yelled. "JAKE!" she couldn't believe it. "STOP!" "EXPELLIARMUS!" "STUPEFY!" IMMOBULUS!" Kay throught out spell after spell. rolling across the floor to get to cover. making sure her sheild was strong. "PROTEGO!" Then in the end "REDUCTO!" |
Alexa grinned as Tibi cast at the Headmaster. She followed with a rapid series of stunners and then saw a itty bitty boy in the way. Heheheheh. Training her wand on Aaron she shouted, "Levicorpus!" hoping she copuld teach anotehr stupid kid a lesson about getting in their way. |
Be back soon - got to go to bed but didn't want to miss anything :( Wesley had been meaning to go to breakfast. But then she realized she really, really, really, REALLY had to use the restroom. Tearing up the stairs, the Hufflepuff had arrived at her destination, found an empty stall, done her business, and then, just as she was singing 'Happy Birthday' and washing her hands - The screaming started. For a minute, she had stood there, watching the cool water trickle over her fingers and down the drain, mouth hanging open. And then. It's time. It's time. It'stimeit'stimeit'stimeit'stime! "Right over left!" she chanted to herself quietly, urgently, drawing her wand quickly. "Protego." shield up. "let an adult know immediately." Healer Ashford - she needed to find Healer Ashford. Heart beating so loud she could hear it, the tiny Hufflepuff swiftly walked to the door, and, one hand on the doorknob, the other holding her wand out, opened the door a crack and cast a Revulsion Jinx into the hall. |
Quote:
"Ouch!" She got KICKED in the SHINS! PAIN! "Why you little-" The Captain was about to smack the girl, but the Tater behind her craved her attention. With a smirk to the bound girl, she turned back to fighting the old man. Fight it? Hahaha! "We are. We're fighting YOU." Ya dig? "Langlock!" Bahaha! Oh now, that was just mean. Crap! Miranda ducked, but quickly got her shield up as the Headmaster sent spells towards Huxley. DAMMIT! "RELASHIO!" |
This stupid air was making their spells useless. Would a banishing spell make it go away? But she hadn't learned any banishing spells! Dang... Growling slightly, she listened to the headmaster say something to someone near the front. Fight it? Fight what? Probably meant fight the weird thick air. It's not like she was about to punch it or anything... Punch it... They didn't have to resort to muggle fighting with the headmaster did they? Scooting closer to the headmaster who was now holding that annoying girl that she remembered from somewhere, Evelyn raised her wand again when she suddenly heard someone yelling behind her. Kay? She just didn't get enough from that punch did she... Her spells though were not close to her, so Evelyn didn't really have to worry about that. Now, back to the headmaster! "Expelliarmus!" |
Weren't they fighting? Yes they were. They were fighting the Headmaster! Duh. Destiny flicked her wand a few more times in the direction of the Headmaster, who was now holding Cela in her arms. Ehh, maybe kill tow birds with one stone? 'Stupefy!' Yeah, that spell was getting old real fast and Destiny needed a different one. Quote:
Turning away from the Headmaster, Destiny flicked her wand a few more times, only now pointing her wand at Kay, 'Incarcerous! Incendio!' Rope on fire..not fun. |

WHAM! Jake was hit by the jinx at an odd angle and slammed into the wall, feeling his elbow crack and crying out loudly in pain. But he was still up. Swearing loudly (and having his mouth fill with soap) the boy glared around, hissing in pain, and approached Tate again, wand right on the wand... ready to cast. |
What exactly was she supose to be fighting? Arya didn't know, all she knew was that she had to defend the bartender at all cost. Aiming her wand at Tate she sent another spell his way, "Diffindo!". Then she turned when she saw Kay and sent a Stunner to the girl. Why were her friends insisting on learning things the hard way? Throwing up her shield she turned back to Tate and said, "Langlock!" |
Quote:
"EXPELIARMUS! CONFUNDO!" She shouted as she pointed her own wand at Evelyn. "Evelyn, snap out of it. You have to wake up and realize what you are doing." |
Quote:
"Ow... ow...Ow!" she cried, rolling over the uneven stone floor. "Ow!" |
Quote:
Oliver heard the whinny little voice of that whinny little Hufflepuff and turned to face her, a sneer on his face. Couldn't she just, like.. pass out already? She was sending all kinds of spells at Jake and Miranda. He cast the Babbling curse in her direction. Lets see her cast if she could only babble. Hehe. "Petrificus Totalus!" He yelled, aiming at the girl and sending a second spell her way. |
Quote:
Having her constant shield up made her easily block the Slytherin's spells before pointing her wand at the girl. She didn't want to have to do what she did to Kay, to her. "CONFRINGO! STUPEFY!" she yelled out, putting as much intent in the spells as she could. |
Quote:
She gripped her wand tightly as she narrowed her eyes. "STUPEFY," she casted towards the girl. |
Alexa saw Jake get hit hard but couldn't stop to help she turned when she heard Marie's voice and started swishing her wand through the air wildly. SHe screeched, "STUPEFY, LEVICORPUS, SERPENTSORTIA, MOBILICORPUS!" sending them all at the stupid snake. *giggle giggle* Turning back to the Headmaster she snarled and cast a few more nonverbal stunners at him for good measure as she dashed out of the corridor and up the stairs. |

Tatertot ANGRY! RAWR. Quote:
He waited until the ropes hit before releasing Celandine to them. He felt bad letting her be swallowed up by the spell, but he needed both hands and this gave her a soft landing. Or... you know... that's what he told himself. "Diffindo. Innervate." Come on, Prefect Toussaint... wakey wakey. Quote:
Was that one less to worry about? No luck. "Jake. I know that Professor Lawson would be very disappointed to know you were fighting your fellow students. Think about what he would like and fight off that Imperious spell." Yup. Sometimes Tate did pay attention to the things going on around him. Quote:
Tate sent the spell right back at her with a small shield, followed immediately by a blasting spell that sent a shower of rubble down on her head, as well as on the students around her. Quote:

Right. Wesley nodded to herself. It was time to make her exit. Unsure of whether her spell had worked or not (but none the less, very hopeful), the Hufflepuff stepped out of the bathroom and into the hall, wand high, body tense, and. stopped. She had been prepared to see the Hufflepuff Killer - some totally huge, ugly, really hairy and really scary bad guy. What she had not been expecting was this. What was going on!? Who were - why were students attacking each other? This - this didn't make any sense. Eyes wide, Wesley stared, open mouthed, completely frozen. Those were second years - that was Kay - they were practically trying to burn her ALIVE! She - no - Wesley didn't understand. She didn't want to understand. This was a nightmare. Students didn't hurt each other. They were nice. Hogwarts was her family. Hogwarts was her home. |

She turned on her heels, ready to KICK HER SCRAWNY LITTLE BUTT, but the other's were already on the young Hufflepuff. "Great job, guys!" She called out, her Captain self leaking through. She saw the little Ravenclaw looking quite happy to have been able to kick the girl, but... she was now ROLLING away? Miranda laughed, a hand on her stomach and the other pointing at the 'roller'. But it soon stopped. Crap. Twisting around again, she saw Jakers getting hit by something. She didn't know what or by whom, but she held her ground. She shot Oliver a smirk and then proceeded to keep attacking the headmaster. "Papilio!" Lots of little butterflies filled the space, then "OPPUGNO!" Attack the Headmaster, ATTACK! "Stupefy!" Quote:
Put down our wands? Another laugh. "Yeah, we will - when you do it first!" Miranda took deep breaths, trying to block out the pain from her arm. |
All those not imperiused XD Her shield held strong against the attacks as she moved swiftly throughout the corridor, sending a Trip Jinx to everyone atempting to stop them. The Headmasters words fell on deaf ears as she continued to fight, he was gonna have to do better than that if he wanted them to stop. Once she finished sending the jinxies, she sent a Full Body Bind to Kay who seemed more than determined to stop them. She kept an eye on Tate as she moved sending a trip jinx his way as well. Then she came to a sliding halt near the wall, shield still strong as she sent a Leg-locker Curse to the man, hoping all that combined with him holding Cela would cause him to fall. |
Quote:
But one spell did catch her attention. Kay decided to play around didn't she. Well, Evelyn was going to give it right back to her! "Sectumsempra! Levicorpus!" she said, not taking a step towards the Hufflepuff. The Headmaster though, was another story. He was blocking everything. Pfft. That only just made her irritated of course. The others could handle him. She had to try and stop the ones that were coming and trying to stop them from stopping the headmaster who was trying to stop the bartender. If that made any sense. |
