Evangeline raised her head when she heard the voice of her Gryffie friend. "Another meeting in Library!" - she exclaimed with a grin. That grin that didn't seem to leave her face. She thought back at that day she had spent with Clifford and remembered Sarah and Excelsior had been alone too. She tried to control her curiosity but it was too strong. She looked down at her book and, trying to make it sound like a casual question, she asked. "So, anything interesting happened lately?" |
Olivia walked around the corner and smiled at Evangeline. "Hey there. Mind if I sit?" she asked, pulling her bookbag from her shoulder. She noticed that there was someone else, she smiled, "Hi I'm Olivia, what is your name?" she asked. She slid into a seat beside Eva and pulled out her homework. |
Sarah took a seat next to Evageline. She wondered if Eva's question of 'Intresting' reffered to her meeting with Excelsior the other day. Ofcourse Sarah,on her part, found it intresting especially the flowers Excelsior gave her. Sarah smiled at the thought. "Ermm.. except that I finally caught up with my homework, no Nothing"Sarah said. Sarah looked at the other Slytherin that just entered. "Hey .. Sarah Corners,"Sarah replied, smiling. |
Evangeline heard another voice and turned to see who was talking. She saw Olivia and smiled at her, not that that was very difficult considering she had spent the last days smiling. Evangeline was going to answer Olivia's question when she sat next to her. She raised her eyebrow and chuckled slightly. "How are you?" - she asked Olivia brushing her hair away from her eyes. She turned back at Sarah and raised her eyebrow. She was sure Sarah had understood her question but decided to say nothing about it. Instead she smirked. "So, that means more points for Grynffindor. I may bite you for that" - she told her remembering their first meeting |
Oliva laughed, "Sorry, my bag is so heavy." she said with a smile. "I am doing good." she added, pushing that Animagus book off to the side, "Still not done." she added with another laugh. Olivia looked up at Sarah and smiled, "Olivia Gilmore, although most people call me Livvy." she said. |
Sarah grinned. "I guess so..."Sarah laughed. She felt a bit relieved,maybe Eva was not referring to what she was thinking. Maybe Sarah was just thinking way too much. God is this the way it happens... Sartah sighed before she turned to the another Slytherin. "Then its Livvy for me too I hope,"Sarah said, trying her best to not scream that her thoughts were bothering her. |
Evangeline looked at Olivia's book. "Is it boring?" - she asked her. She knew that Olivia enjoyed reading and she was thinking that the book probably was too boring. "You don't have to read it now anyway" - she shrugged saying nothing else. She wanted to tell her that she had time to learn more things about becoming an Animagus but didn't dare to do so with Sarah there. Evangeline looked at her surprised. "Livvy?" - she raised her eyebrow. "I don't call you Livvy... yet" - she added with a little wink. |
Olivia chuckles, "Well that's what everyone in my family calls me." she said with a small blush, "But feel free to use it Eva." she said with a laugh. She looked at Sarah and smiled, "Well, feel free." she said, laughing at her nickname, it is a tad babyish I assume" |
Evangeline nodded at Olivia but frowned a little when she called her Eva. She was starting to notice that alot of people were calling her Eva. She remembered what she had said Clifford about hating it. Somehow, she had changed her mind about it. She couldn't say she hated when Clifford called her Eva. Her grin grew even wider when she thought of that. She shook her head, as long as only her friends called her Eva, she would have no problem about it. |
Sarah nodded absently. Her mind was completely out. Sarah felt like going back home so she could ask her mum what to do. For aminute she wanted to ask Evangeline what was going on but then Olivia had entered and her chance was ruined. Sarah sighed. |
The young second year hufflepuff sat comforably in one of the little group seatting areas, nearest the fireplace. Care of magical Creatures assignment laying on the arm of the chair, and her self-inking quill in hand as she stared down at the blank parchment; CoMC class event's running through her head, along with other thing's that had nothing to do with homework. Savannah tucked one of her legs under herself, shifting slightly to get more comfy as she brushed afew strands of brown hair back, and started writing. It was simply weird to not see the little white and orange spotted few months old kitten not either walking around close by, or even sleeping in the chair opposite her. Tiger was actually in the common room, perfectly fine; but still She couldn't help but worry about the mischievous feline. |
Walking into the library Si had his head in a book reading up on some strange potion. This was not normally what Si did you would normally find him out side in the sun reading something but definitely not a potion book. |
Out of the corner of her eye, Savannah saw a Gryffindor come in, and looked up slightly to see who it was. She then realized she didn't know him, and smiled slightly, deciding against saying hello since she didn't want to disturb his reading. Vanna turned her attention back to her assignment, pressing the end of her quill against her other hand in thought. After quite afew minutes, she gave up and put her thinks in her bag, leaving the library. |

Looking up for a moment to give his eyes a rest Si noticed that he was alone something that was happening to him quite a lot lately. Noticing a light blue light before his eyes Si quickly flicked the hood of his robe up hiding his head as his eyes glowed blue. Standing up Si slowly walked out of the library not smiling like normal and for the first time not wanting to be at Hogwarts. |
Clumsily, Mindy bumped into a chair as her eyes were fixed on the book. She was trying to remember every single little detail that the book gave to her. It wasn't an easy thing. Slowly, she liooked around the library, seeing students leaving the library. 'The library', Mindy thought, 'is the most peaceful place in the world' |
Evangeline hurried herself through the library, still holding her book against her chest. She needed to think and the library was the perfect place to do that, books always relaxed her. She sat in one armchair close to the fireplace and stared at it for a moment, with her book closed and resting on her lap. She gave herself a little shake and sighed then, running the fingers through the cover of the book, she opened it and soon was immersed on her reading and her own thoughts. |
Sarah walked into the Library seating area. The day had gone all wierd. She was really tired, and she couldn't believe she wanted to stay away from reading. She opened her book up and scanned the place.The black haired Slytherin yet again was at the same place."Hey there Slytherin , Want some company?" Sarah smiled, hoping at end her day brightly rather than all gloomily. |
Hearing a familiar voice, Evangeline looked up to find Sarah smiling down at her. She managed to smile back and nodded. “Of course, I could use company” She said a little gloomily. Maybe having company would do her some good. “So,” She started slowly. “How are you?” |
Sarah raised her brow, before sitting next to Eva. "I am fine.. but you certainly dont seem fine,Whats up?"Sarah asked,looking at Eva's usually twinkling eyes rather down. She felt something was wrong. |
Evangeline gave a small shrug looking into the fire. “I argued with Clifford yesterday.” She said sadly before turning back to Sarah. “It wasn’t really arguing, but I told him something I shouldn’t have.” She admitted, shrugging again. Not only what she said was wrong, the time when she said it was wrong too. “I really think I messed things up” |
Sarah looked at Eva's gloomy face. She felt sad for the Slytherin. She had seen Clifford and Eva together. Eva's face was showing how she felt. Sarah put her hand on Eva's shoulder. "Aww Slytherin, Don't worry,Clifford's a nice guy..I am sure he'll understand,"Sarah said, trying to cheer the frist year. "Do you know.. You look more pale.. when You have that sad wrinkle on your face,"Sarah said hoping Eva would smile. |
Somehow, finding comfort on the hand that was on her shoulder, Evangeline straightened up but shook her head. “I’m not so sure about that.” She gave another sad sigh and closed her book, looking down at its cover. The smallest smile crept into her lips. “Even more pale? Maybe I’m a vampire and I don’t know” The smile quickly disappeared as she placed her head on her hands, with her elbows on her book. “It’s all so complicated!” |
Sarah sighed too as she closed her book too. "Yeah then I'll be more scared,"Sarah chuckled lamely. Sarah looked at Eva. "Listen Eva, it'll be more complicated if you don't talk about it.. and you know you have to talk to Clifford,"Sarah tried to explain Eva. "What happened?"Sarah asked, not sure if the Slytherin would want to talk. |
