Lesson 2: Mysticism of tea As you enter the classroom, you first note how at the right and left you can find empty long tables. It seems that they have been used frequently, and you are left wondering how they have been able to withstand so much use. The herbology tables are made out of wood and are spread out enough to give everyone enough room to take notes and practice with the plants. However, currently, this classroom is locked. Professor Virohsa will surely open the classroom tomorrow, once the class starts. Once the classroom is opened, you are free to walk inside, find your spot, and await your first herbology lesson. OOC 1: Students: Please wait for Professor Virohsa to open the door. Otherwise, it would be considered that you somehow opened the door and walked inside. As a consequence, you will face a deduction in points and possibly detention. OOC 2:ONLY House elves can post (until the classroom is unlocked) OOC 3: Class has been postponed from Tuesday until Friday. Thanks |
Professor Virohsa unlocks the door, only to encounter the many soft aromas flowing from the flowers. Smiling to herself, she walks towards her desk and sits down as she waits for students to arrive. |
Yashu walks in the classroom and sits in the front. "Hie, Professor!" he says. He took his book out and started reading. |
Christy entered the Herbology classroom and nodded silently to the Professor before taking her seat in the very back of the classroom. She placed her bag on her desk and after a few minutes of rummaging through it, she finally pulled out a book which the girl started reading from while waiting for class to begin. |
Walking into the class with her book bag slung on her shoulder. She sat down at a table and pulled out her quill and parchment. |
Walking into the classroom, Sabrina nodded to the professor, then walked down the aisle. Spotting Eunice, she sat next to her, shot her a quick smile, and pulled out her book. |
Mithos entered the classroom wearing a pleasant smile. Mithos nodded at Professor Virohsa and sat down on his usual seat. |
Julie walked into the classroom, she passed by the teacher and said "Hello professor". Walked through and sat next to sabrina hoping romey will make it to class too. |
Romy entered the classroom and saw that Julie and Sabrina are already in. She said politely "G'day Professor Virohsa" and sat down next to Julie. She put her bookbag on the floor and nudged her in the side and nodded Mithos way. |
Professor Virohsa nodded as the children started to walk into the classroom. "Good afternoon", she replied to all of the students who greeted her. She waited for them to sit and be silent before proceeding with her lesson. |
Yashu put his book away and listened to Professor Virohsa. |
Ozzy silently pulled out his Herbology Notebook, ink and quill from his book bag and joted down the time date and jubject. He laid the quill down, gave the Professor a small smile and steepled his fingers as he waited for the class to begin. |
Professor Virohsa tapped her fingers softly on the table. "I think we will wait a while before starting our lesson for today", she explained. "Meanwhile, feel free to review your book regarding how to make tea", she added. |
Christy nodded at Professro Virohsa and, with a small sigh, she dived for her bag and pulled out the Herbology book. Trying to block out the noise and everything else around her, Christy concentrated only on reading what was written there about make tea. |
Trista walked into the classroom quickly. "hello professor." she said as she walked over to an empty seat and sat down. |
Victoria quickly walked in and rushed to the few empty seats left. She pulled out her book and started reading |

Laurasia settled into her seat near the front of the class & pulled out her textbook. Having been brewing teas since she was a small child, she was looking forward to this class. |
Iduna walked into the classroom and took a seat at one of the long, wooden, tables. She set down her school bag, pulled out her textbook, and waited for the class to begin. |
Rose walked in and sat down at a table. She got out her testbook and waited for class to start. |
Maureen walked into the classroom and sat down at one of the tables. |
Fancy walked into the Greenhouse and was pleasantly surprised by the sweet aromas wafting through the air. She found an empty place at the benches with the assortment of plants and greeted the professor. "Hello, Professor Virohsa." Fancy began pulling her quill and parchment and ink out of her bag, followed by her herbology book. Fancy glanced around at the other students, and many of them were reading about tea, which was what today's lesson was supposed to concern. Fancy decided to do the same. She flipped through the massive book until she found the section that described how to make tea and began reading. |

While waiting for class to start, Falas took her text book from her bag and started to read. And looking at the classroom door here and then hoping to see her friends. |
OOC- Just as an FYI, I'm going to come randomly (whenever I take breaks from hw throughout the weekend), so don't expect it to get over in like one day. Thanks! Professor Virohsa nodded as the children settled down. "Good! Now we may proceed. Lets start with the simple art of making tea. You may all notice that the required utensils are next to the plants.. so there is no need for you to bring your own. So, let's start the lesson, shall we?", she stated plainly. "When you are engaged in the dazzling art of making tea, what qualities do you look for in the tea leaves?", she asked the class. After all, they had been reading for a while and she had assumed by now they all understood how to make tea. |
