this is a peom that is about the death in the 5th book and its from Harry's pov.

My emerald eyes fill with tears
Sitting alone in a house of drear
The world around me seems to fade
And my heart fills with pain
His memory will live in me
Forever and ever
And for all eternity

Beloved godfather
True friend
One who has sadly met his end
His spirit will endure in our hearts forever
Our love for him will never be severed
Once again we find ourselves mourning
For he was ripped from this world without a fair warning
But it is time to move on
It is time to forget
But let this be known
He will always be missed

this one took me a long time and sry if its not very good.

cool poem, and a lot of my poems took a long time to write too. The last one I wrote took me a real long time to write and it is probably my shortest poem.

They're both very good, but your first was your best. It had a little bit more imagery, which is always good in my opinion, and the rhymes didn't feel so forced.

I will never be good enough in your eyes
I feel I shall never be your pride
I'm sorry I'm not perfect
I never will be
But I try so hard to make you proud
and all you do is deject me
For all it's worth
I love you
Even if I know I will never be good enough for you
I will carry this love in my heart forever and ever
And even though you are not my real mother
I love you just the same
And hope that someday, you will unshamefully consider me your daughter
