UPDATE: Universal was indeed talking about the Hogwarts Express in their tweet; and sent over photos of the train here:

The Hogwarts Express has arrived at Universal Orlando Resort. Today, October, 24, 2013, Universal Orlando placed the iconic locomotive and train tender on the tracks between the two theme parks. Just like in the books and films – guests will be able to board the Hogwarts Express and travel between The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Hogsmeade, which opened in June 2010 at Islands of Adventure, and ‘London’ when The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Diagon Alley opens at Universal Studios Florida next year.
Universal Orlando Resort's official Twitter teased this little tidbit on Thursday morning:
Now, a new photo has been released online featuring one of the Hogwarts Express cars placed on the track ride between Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter attraction. More word is coming in that the engine was added to the coal car, seen below. No word yet on what Universal will unveil in the coming hours, though SnitchSeeker will of course update if it pertains to the new Diagon Alley village, London and King's Cross.
