Hermione nodded and made a mental note of the phrase which seemed to make a lot of sense. "Well, we'll just have to see about that," she said, "Ooh! I've heard about that school. I think. What was it like?"

"No idea."he commented.He sighed,and looked around,he glanced out the window,it had begun to rain,"I think I'm gonna cancel on the walk."he siad,he wasnot walkign in therain.

Pansy walked to the common room,she was wet from rain,Merlin was against

"I personally loved it there it had a lot of rooms, and places to hide," he said with a smirk, "but personally I think that Hogwarts is going to be a lot more fun then the Academy.

"That's nice. And the many places to hide? How cheeky of you Travis," Hermione said, holding back a giggle, "Hogwarts is great and i'm sure you'll love it. We also have secret hiding places but youll have to ask the Weasley twins about them."

Matt ran his hands through his hair, his touseled fringe falling over his right eye as he did so. He was standing in front of a mirror, experimenting with new styles, but no matter what he did his hair always seemed to fall back into the place where it'd always sat. He sighed. It seemed he would not be impressing Amberly with any new hairdo anytime soon. Not that she would care, the prat. She'd kissed him on the train, and after that it seemed like their realtionship had just gone up in smoke. He should've known that she would never take him seriously.

Sniffing, he turned away from his reflection and stuck his hands in his pockets. He was wearing what you could only call a quirky outfit. Black and white stripy long-sleeved top, black jeans, hat, boots. And it didn't look half bad.

He clicked his tongue, and made his way down a long corridor to his right, the soles of his boots scuffing on the castle's, old, tiled floor. He muttered quietly to himself, trying to make sense of the vast amount of knowledge that swam in his head, while also trying the squash his ever growing love of a certain stuck-up Amberly...

Speaking of the devil. He had to use all his willpower to stop himself from gaping. Clearing his throat, he made a simple plan. 1) Walk past without her noticing. 2) No eye contact. 3) Pretend she doesn't exist. Blinking, and taking a deep breath he strode towards her. Oh, and he was passing her...Eek! This was scary. Yes. Most definitely VERY scary.

Ignoooooore her, he told himself firmly. Of course, it didn't work. Sighing, and giving in to his undying urge to reply, he stopped mid-step and turned to face her. Smile and voice as sweet and innocent as ever, but he knew she was a DEMON underneath. But he couldn't help it; he had to smile back. "H-hey Amberly." Oh, and here comes the stutter.

Matt scowled at his own incomptetence and folded his arms across his chest, refusing to meet the girl's gaze.

Matt flinched at the sound of her voice. So...irresistable. So much so, that it scared him. He had to get out of here. Now. But he couldn't. She'd got him; that smile, that hair, that voice...She was like a spider, and he was the fly, caught in her unforgiving web of utter sadisticness.

"Nothing much." he said, urging his voice to be less wimpy. He swallowed. "You?"

He looked at her skeptically. Even so, her flattery had suceeded. He felt his stomach do a back-flip a couple of times at the saying of "No one cute was out to talk to me...until now anyway... Oh she was good. Very good. He was no match for her...well...evilness. She was drawing him in as easy as pie. Like she'd always done.

His gaze fell upon the bench she was sitting on, and then went back to her. Say no. Just PLEASE say no!!! He cleared his throat. "Ok." And with that, he took a seat beside her, heart-racing - from fear, and from sheer and utter love-sickness.

"Your welcome." he said quietly, leaning forward in his seat, resting his elbows on his knees. She was enjoying this...Oh, why did he let her taunt him so? All he had to do was get up and walk away. But he couldn't. God damnit!!!

He clicked his tongue and turned his head to look at her when she spoke. She'd gotten closer. Too close. She was in. His. Personal. Bubble. Eek. Move. Move! he told his feet desparately, but he couldn't let his eyes leave her's. They were stuck, their gazes met. "I wouldn't think someone such as you, with your high status in the school's sadistic food chain, would like to kiss someone such as me, a nerd." Oh yeah. Like that would work. Go all geek on her. That should scare her off.

Matt looked at her, then the floor, and then her again. "Because I know that your only doing this to hurt me, so you can laugh at the nerd-boy who's so unconditionally in love with you." That was what he wanted to say, but when she pouted, he couldn't. He hated to admit it, but he loved her too much.

"Nothings wrong. I'm just...a little tired. I was up late. Studying." It was true; he had been up late studying. He liked studying; just the thought of it caused a dopey smile to cross his lips.

His dopey smile grew larger. "Then why don't you kiss Travis? Or Harry? Or Ron? I'm sure they'd help your social status get even more high up. Why not even Draco? Or Blaise?" Had he just said all that? Oh dear. He was in for it now. He cleared his throat. "W-Why the nerd?"

By the time Pasny had walked in Naumi had walked out. "Don't follow"She said while leaving.

She walked around bored to death. She caught sight of Amberly flirting with Matt again and groaned. Poor. Matt.
She walked past them not bothering to look. She figured she was helping Matt out. Unless he liked Amberly toooooo much to let her act like she likes him.
Anyways if Matt does have a brain (which he does) he will follow or something.I don't know.

His gaze was instantly caught by another moving figure. It was Naumi! He turned his head to watch her. He was almost glad to see her. Almost. As much as he hated Amberly for doing what she was doing, he also very much would not mind if she did end up kissing him. The breath caught in his throat just thinking about it.

"H-hi Naumi." he said, calling after her, silently hoping she'd stop and come back and drag him away. If he wasn't dragged, then he would not be able to move himself. Ever. Ugh.

Naumi walked over to Matt."Hi Matt"She asked smiling."Watcha doing?"She asked. Her eyes were set on Amberly. God. She scares me!

Pansy only rolled her eyes and sat near Draco."hi Drakey."she said in a sicknigly sweet voice.

Draco was crepped out,"hello Pansy?"he said.

Help her study? Now, he wouldn't mind that. Maybe then he could show her how amazingly awesome he was. Yeah. The Awesome-Mr-Matt. He was in his element when he studied, much more relaxed and less stuttery. He smiled back, choosing to ignore the evil that lay within. "Sure."

"Your jealous." he said, matter-of-factly. "You like Blaise."

"Oh, y'know, the usual." He smiled that dopey smile. "How's Naumi-Town?" He liked Naumi; she was a Slytherin, yes, but she didn't care that he was sheer nerd, and he liked that baout her.

Naumi giggled. Naumi Town? Wow. "Naumi got a boy friend"She said shrugging her shoulders.She has ditched her boy friend though. Yeah she has ditched Draco.

Abandoned class room? I think I just melted... His mouth had gone dry, he couldn't feel his fingers. And she also (apparently) liked him. Amberly liked Matt? She sounded so sincere when she said it, that the poor boy couldn't resist. Studying. With Amberly. In an empty classroom. All he could do was nod.

His head snapped round. Naumi had a boyfriend?! Good for her! Although, something deep, deep down thought otherwise. Hey, it was natural for a guy to get jealous. He was only human, after all.
