Severus's eyes widened when he got Lily's message. Grinning, he slung his bag over his shoulder and left the common room quickly and quietly, making sure no one saw him. Severus spotted her easily by her flaming red hair. "Hello, Lily," he said, leaning on a wall, smiling at her happily beneath his long stringy hair. Severus was elated to see that she had actually come all the way down to the Slytherin dorms to see him. |
"Severus!" she exclaimed, thrilled that he had come out to see her. Unable to contain herself, she threw her arms around his neck and hugged him. "So good to see you! I've missed you!" she said happily. Peter opened his eyes after the stinging comments subsided. He muttered something under his breath before quickly scrambling to his feet, throwing his mess of sheets angrily on the four poster bed. |

His dream then changed. He was surrounded by old files which he had to sort. Him and Sirius were suppressing ther laughters as Argus Filch scrowled at the two of them and looking at them with loathing for kicking Mrs. Norris. The weird thing about this dream was that it was something the two of them had done before...Kicking Mrs. Norris and getting into trouble. Quote:
BANG! James jumped when he heard the door slam shut. "OI!" He yelled, very annoyed at the person who had interrupted such a wonderful dream. He blinked a couple of times and then threw the sheets over him again as he lay there, awake and annoyed. Quote:

Peter shook his head. "No, not a dream that I can remember, just managed to get all tangled up somehow." he mumbled, sitting back down on his bed, casting a weary eye on the sheets that now lay in a heap at the foot of his bed. |
ooc: Sorry, off on holiday! As the dazzling morning light peeked into the large windows of the Hospital Wing, Ally rolled over in a restless sleep. Madam Pomfrey, tipsy as she was last night, managed to heal her bones, but that did not mean Ally had a restful night's sleep. In fact, it was a nightmare. As her bones healed, the pain of them growing together was far more than the delicate girl could stand. The gleaming stainless steel bedrail had her nail marks upon it from the hours of excruciating pain she endured. Her eyelids moved up slowly, feeling like bricks rested on her eyes. She wrinkled her face at the brightness and blinked a few times to adjust. Her body felt extremely stiff, but over all alright. Ally hoped that Madam Pomfrey would release her today. She honeslty couldn't stand the Hospital Wing, or any other medical establishment, for that matter. Moving some hair from her face, she sat up slowly, stretching her tensed muscles. Ally yearned for nothing more than to have woken up in her dormitory rather than here. She wished that she could go down to breakfast with her friends after a helter-skelter that took place in their room when they got ready. She wished that she could not be badgered about how she felt. It embarrassed her to the tenth degree. She wished that she could see Sirius falling asleep at the breakfast table. Wait! No, not Sirius. She didn't want to see Sirius. Last evening was a dream. She would hate his arrogant head until the day she died. Shaking her head quickly, Ally attempted to forget him. |
ooc: welcome back :glomp: It was the third time Sirius was splashing cold water on his face. The feeling of drowsiness that had gotten over him once he got out of bed had soon developed into quite the headache. A headache that not even a half-hour long cold shower could eviscerate. He glanced up into his reflection, droplets of water falling from his black locks onto his shoulders. First day of school. Perhaps it was just the headache that the meaning of that ensued. Five minutes later, he was fully dressed, looking quite neater than his usual self, though his dark hair was still moist. "Hurry up, will you?" he prodded the Marauders. "I'm starving." He pocketed his wand and in opening the door with another bang, Sirius was out into the Common Room, awaiting his friends. |
ooc:Welcome Back! <3 Quote:
Remembering that Ally was still at the ward, Madame Pomfrey hurried to her bedside. The girl had had a full recovery and her bone had healed very nicely. Oh, the advantages of being young. Pomfrey knew that if it would have been her she probably would have never healed, though still quite young herself she knew her calcium intake was poor. “Well Miss Santos it appears that you are free to go. You healed very well which is a good sign. Enjoy your youth dear and watch your step!” She pointed a firm finger at the young girl before patting her on the back. With that said and Ally excused, Madame Pomfrey retreated to the medicine cabinet and began to take inventory of the medical supplies. __________________________________________________ _______________ Sloane tried to open her eyes, but they seemed to burn as the light shown in through the window. Turning her head to face the dark side of the room she noticed that Lily had already left. She hadn’t really had a chance to explain to her that she understood Lily’s decision of the previous night. Lily was her friend and she would never hold her position of authority against her. Getting up Sloane trudged to the bathroom and closed the door behind her. Looking in the mirror she jumped back slightly; “Thank Merlin boys and girls dormitories are separated…” she looked like the Whomping Willow…only worse. A little while later she emerged dressed and perfectly groomed with the exception of her hair. She deliberately put it up in a messy ponytail, a look she was quite fond of. Descending the stairs to the common room she made her way over to the bulletin board and looked for any new announcements. Pulling a lollipop out from her satchel she began to suck on it as she read over the bulletin. |
Remus shook his head and walked back towards his bed sitting himself upon it and yawning. "Peter: 0 Sheets: 1" He chuckled as he muttered said nonsense out loud. "Well if it wasn't Peter who was dreaming then it certaintly was James..." He looked over to the boy with black hair and glasses who looked very ruffled at the moment. "Evans again Prongs?" He asked softly, shaking his head then standing again, this time to make his bed, tucking under the sheets. Sirius was back, up and dressed, clean, when he looked up from his bed. "Go on without me. I'm getting a shower first." He looked to James. "You'd better make it quick. I don't think Sirius' stomach can get any louder... he might even wake the whole castle soon." And with a smile and tired eyes, Remus made his way into the bathroom. |

Peter quickly changed into his school clothes, not bothering to neaten up his hair. Once changed, he quickly threw the rest of the blankets on his bed so that it looked like he had tried to make it. "Im starving, lets go." he said to James, seeing that Sirius had already stormed off. He turned and followed him out of the dorm room and down to the common room. "Good morning Sloan." Molly said cheerfully as she got up and started preparing for school. She quickly made her bed and pulled her robe on over her unifrorm before running a brush through her thick, short, flaming red hair. "Ready to head down for breakfast? I'd assume Lily is already down there, she left a while ago when I first woke up." she said, slinging her bookbag over her shoulder. |
"Thank you!" Ally squealed, eagerly jumping out of bed and grabbing her wand. She had just enough time to go back to her dorm and dress herself decently without being late for anything. Ally loved Hogwarts just that much, plus she was on a tight schedule, not wishing to miss a single thing of her soon-to-be ended magical education. Dashing out of the Hospital Wing, Ally ran down the corridor like a mad-woman, trying to get back to her common room. She had to admit, she had become a touch neurotic over the summer. Dodging several students, who eyed her in confusion, she darted efficiently between the obstacles with an almost gazelle-like grace. Ally very nearly screamed the password at the Fat Lady upon reaching the landing where her portrait was regally perched on the wall. Ignoring the disdainful glare the portrait gave her, Ally zoomed through the common room to the dormitory. She didn't have time to notice that some of her friends were already down there. She was too focused on looking her best for the first day of school. Once safely in her dorm room, Ally scampered over to her un-opened trunk and quickly made a giant mess of things, scattering clothing item after clothing item on the bed and floor. Finally removing a clean set of robes, Ally hurriedly showered, brushed her teeth, and dressed. A white rose was pinned in her hair and she wore the diamond earrings that her mother gave her when she finally entered the Common Room again. There was a slight smirk on her angelic face. Ally had actually put a charm on herself to speed up getting ready. It had taken her less than five minutes what she could have accomplished in an hour. |

"Finally! Where are the others?" Sirius asked James, as he saw him descend into the Common Room to join him. He hadn't noticed Peter scampering behind his best mate, and didn't pay him much heed even afterwards. He was far more concerned about his appetite at the moment. He noticed Sloane and was about to head over and ask what it was that got her so interested [it was common knowledge the bulletins never displayed anything actually worth knowing], when his eyes fell on Ally. "Well, haven't we made a spiffing recovery?" Sirius asked in his usual perky tone, grinning. It was obvious she was feeling better, and he had to admit it made him content, in a way. He couldn't stand being around people in pain, be it any type of pain imagineable. |
"What's it to you?" she demanded, passing him by, and with a swing of her hips, leaving the common room, her hair bouncing indignantly. Ally was still convinced that Sirius's nice attitude last night was brought on by her hallucination. He was a jerk and he would always will be. Neatly stepping over the portrait hole, Ally started down the corridor, her lips pursed in disdain. Still, she wished she had not been so cold toward him. Oddly. Ally rolled her eyes and continued walking, every so often gazing at the more interesting potraits. She wanted to fix everything into memory this year. |
Remus shook his head, quirking an eyebrow at the others. Food could wait. He didn't think it necessary to storm off in a hurried rush to get to food that replenished itself entirely. It would still be there when he went down. Taking a nice warm shower, Remus dressed, brushed his teeth, combed his hair, and made his way downstairs, seeing the others were still there. "Thought you were hungry?" He remarked to Sirius. |
ooc: Sloane would have responded to Mollykins but she can't hear her...Sloane is already down in the CR. -slap me but yes I'm a dork like that- Lmao! =D Sloane heard the sound of loud footsteps descending the stairs and knew right away who it was. The noise that James and his friends made could only be compared to that of a heard of stampeding elephants. Reaching for a paper on the bulletin, Sloane stopped when she heard Sirius’ voice. Turning to where the voice came from, she also noticed Ally, who was up and walking as if nothing had happened. It appeared that sozzled Pomfrey knew what she was doing after all despite the state she was in. Sloane bit her lip and turned to face the bulletin once more after she saw and heard the way Ally had spoken to Sirius. Not really understanding why her friend had been so rude to him, Sloane was confident she had a good reason. Perhaps he had said or done something to offend her, which wasn’t at all farfetched. Before turning to greet her friends she reached for the paper on the bulletin and shoved it in her pocket, “Good morning boys. Sleep well?” she flashed them a smile and completely dismissed the uncouth moment that had just taken place between Sirius and Ally. |
OOC: np i should have read that one better BIC: Lily hugged him back feeling so glad to be back around her best friend, a sort of comfort and happyness settled over her, finally someone that understood her. She had thoroughly missed him this summer. She relutantly let go of him as he pulled back. "Im good, a little tired, but good now!" she said smiling at him. "You know the Gryffindor boys, so excellent at frusterating me." she said rolling her eyes. "Do you want to head up for breakfast?" she asked |

She smiled and patted his arm. "Thanks, I know you will, and I know they wouldn't stand a chance, but they aren't trying to be mean to me or anything, its just their arrogance and general behavior that annoys me." she said, knowing that Severus knew exactly what she was talking about. "Come on, lets go eat." she said putting her arm through his and playfully leaning her head on his shoulder, before straightening out and leading the way up towards breakfast, her arm still entertwined through his. |
Severus gave Lily a small smile when she patted his arm. She had such soft hands. "Still," he said seriously, "Say the word, and they're pant-less. Promise. I'll even make sure you're there so you can watch." Severus nearly melted when Lily rested her head on his shoulder. If only James were there to see that.... Or not. In fact, James would probably curse Severus until there was nothing left to curse. He resisted the temptation to kiss Lily's forehead, figuring she might take it the wrong way. Although, she'd be correct if that was what she thought. "You know, we can't go into the Great Hall like this," he said, not bothering to hide the disappointment in his voice. |
"Thanks." she said smiling, "It's good to know I can always come to you for help." she told him, of course she had always known this. "That's why we will take the long way, it gives us an extra five minutes." she said turning left through the dungeons rather than right and up to the Great Hall. She flashed him a mischevious smirk, tempting her to ask how she knew her way so well around the dungeons. |

Sloane smiled at Sirius and gave him a friendly wink to indicate she was joking. She hadn’t dreamt of such things and if she had she would have been sure to tell her mother. Anything to make her mother freak out was a plus in Sloane’s book. |
Remus stood behind Sirius quiet, waking up slowly as though the morning shower didn't affect him. When did Sirius ever slep well? Shrugging to himself, he made his way out of the Common Room first and on his way towards the Great Hall, with or without the others. He felt as though a nice glass of pumpkin juice would do the trick and standing around talking, they wouldn't accomplish anything. |
James smiled at everyone and then followed Ramus to the Great Hall. He looked back at everyone else and said. "Come on." Before leaving the common room. He was glad that Ally was now alright. He wanted to ask her how she had coped with the pain, having regrown some of his own bones due to injuries from Quidditch matchs. He would do so later, just then, he was more intrested in Breakfast. |
