The teaser trailer for Tim Burton's new adaptation of Alice in Wonderland, starring Harry Potter actors Helena Bonham Carter (the Red Queen), Alan Rickman (the Caterpillar), Timothy Spall (the Bloodhound), and Frances de la Tour (Aunt Imogene), as well as Harry Potter UK audiobook narrator Stephen Fry (as the Cheshire Cat), has been released, and can be viewed below.

I'm so excited. I watched it like 5 times in a row and still can't stop watching! It feels like March 2010 is so far away!

More like The Mad Hatter in the Wonderland.

Johnny Depp looks good as the Mad Hatter. Helena, wow, she's got a huge head. XD.

Is the actress playing as Alice Claire Davis?(sp) She was the star in Star Dust? I guess I'll go check imdb.com.

But it looks so amazing! The only thing I disliked was the actor credits. They only said Johnny Depp. You'd think, seeing as it's Tim Burton's movie, that the movie itself would announce the movie was starring his wife, Helena Bonham Carter....:/ Not to mention Alan Rickman and Timothy Spall. :(

You barely get introduced to Alice. All you get to do it see her. All the voice over was done by him and they did this big reveal at the end that the Mad Hatter was Johny Depp ... as though he were a major character like Alice. Meh.

That trailer looks better everytime I see it. And it looked amazing to start with. XD

All I can say is 2010 is too far away. :P

Well this is Tim Burton and you don't know how much of a big deal he is going to make the Mad Hatter, so he could have more of a role in the movie which is great! I love Johnny Depp.

Uhm. I don't know that much about these things, but making Johnny the main point of the trailer sounds like a good selling technique to me. It seems to be a given fact that everything coming from Tim Burton + Johnny Depp is genius, so yeah.

And to tell you the truth. Alice and Wonderland was NEVER my fav movie. I actually hated it. But heck good actors in it.

I love Tim Burton immensely. He's such an artistic man...with a deep disturbing vision. If I'm watching something from him, I know it's going to be awesomely "outside the box"!

Can't wait to see both Helena Bonham Carter and Alan Rickman, along with some of the other HP alumni and Johnny Depp!! Woot!
