Video: MTV Movie awards Half-Blood Prince preview
The MTV
movie awards preview of
Half-Blood Prince has been released early, where Dan Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson introduce the clip (Dan takes a detour from the introduction, while Rupert and Emma steer him in the right direction). The segment features one of Dumbledore's memories about Voldemort; It can be seen below:

Funny intro, nice clip... hate the pensieve, it has nothing to do with the one in GoF or the description in the books.

Seeing that new pensieve in that video made me decide to go look at the Goblet of Fire one, and in the Goblet of Fire that pensieve is stone and much larger and has a metal rim around the substance where it looks like it could be removed at the top of it by the looks of it, so it looks like they pulled that part of the pensieve out of the stone part and put it on the table for the movie which I thought was pretty interesting. Which I think in the books the pensieve is able to sit on a table.

Yeah in the books DD does sit it on his desk. I'll have to go back and watch GOF to see if I can see that.
