Tom Felton to judge Halloween colouring competition in Surrey Actor Tom Felton is set to be the guest judge at a colouring competition this Saturday, Halloween, on the High Street and Swan Centre in Leatherhead, Surrey, England. The town hosts an annual festival for the holiday, which will run from 2.30pm and 5.30pm local time. Anyone in and around the area can attend, and if anyone gets to meet Tom and take photos, please feel free to send them in! |
