Rupert Grint headed to the Sugar Factory at Paris Las Vegas on Sunday afternoon, where he partook in a fan meet and greet for those who bought a signature lollipop from the venue. I m so disappointed and upset!! I drove 5 hours from Phoenix, az. Started to stand in line after paying 25 dollar lolly pop. The line wasnt long. I would say maybe 50 to 70 people in front of us. So i thought i had a great chance!! Then at 5 pm, Rupert arrived n started the autograph session. At 6 rupert came outside to greet the fans and signd maybe 10 more. And the fans were trampling over everyone to sign something or take pixes. My friend was stuck by the rope thing and was trampled over it i kept telling everyone to back off and nobody would listen. Rupert was like 10 inches away from me and we had an eye contact but i couldnt take that beautiful photo shot or get his autograph because nobody would let my friend up. It was horrible!! They should have kept the autograph signing to have more crowd control and have limited amount of people he can sign for. I was really furious!! To make it a lot worse they wont refund my money for that popstick. Only exchange. So i wrote a sign and carried it around in that store. " i drove 5 hrs and stood in line for 4 hrs and what do i get? 25 dollar candy and no Rupert." i did get few shots of him but tooooooo many people were all over me. If you want my pixes, lmk i can send it to snitchseeker if they ask me.

So i would say he signed maybe 25 to 30 pixes and that was it for the day. That wasnt right!! Sorry to vent out but just wanted to let you know that the sugar factory did a poor job with crowd control and limited autographs. I would say maybe there was 100 people or 150 peoplr, unlikr any HP premires which looks like 5,000 people which i would have understood but 100 to 150 people, please!!!!! Come on!!

Would of love to have attended! Why do I have to live in Ireland... :(

This is to Romine. You werent even there to be able to comment on what happened. Do not assume what happened. I am telling the story as a first person witness. Maybe there was 350 people behind from the point where i was standing but there was about 50 to 70 people standing in front of me. If sugar factory was overwhelmed, they should have thought better, Rupert's PR should have warned Sugar factory of how huge Harry Potter Fandom is and to EXPECT a large turnout like a premire. They should have been more considerate of the fans who drove or flew from god knows where, spend all that money just to meet Rupert and and get nothing in return but few distance shots of Rupert and getting squeezed, squashed and stomped over by overeager fans like it was beatlemania! At least they provided water for 3 dollars, a cup of Ice for 1 dollars. So we do not have to be dehydrated!

Feel so sorry for uuuuuuuuuuuu hope your friends okay!<3

Also wonder if he will still be in Paris from Friday-Monday so i can stalk find him =)) x

40 dollars for gas from Phoenix, Arizona to Las Vegas ( gas is cheaper here)
5 hours drive
25 dollars for one lollypop
3 hours and half wait in line. Moved about 25 steps, starting at 5pm til 6pm
2 dollars for 2 ice cups
3 dollars for one water bottle
Getting trampled over by fans, a friend could have broken her leg in result of that

50.00 dollars gas for the start of the drive back to phoenix(gas r expenstive in nevada)
5 hours drive
Got home at 5 am
4 hrs of sleep
40 dollars to fill back up my gas tank

Total...160 dollars and no autograph!

I wonder if anyone flew. That would have been worse! Rupert PR and sugar factory should have thought of those factors if they think 1 hour of autograph session is enough. Only about handful of maybe estimate of 25 people were the lottery winners. And the sugar factory profited 400 people's 25 dollars so they earned 10,000 dollars from one measley lollypop per person. Dirty and distusting business they ran yesterday!! This was supposed to be magical experience but it was a nightmare!

Ohh and Extra ( tv show ) was videotaping the whole thing. So check that out if its on TV or online. ( of the first half of the line and of the autograph session inside, i assume)

And... rupert was sooo beautiful in person with that lovely smile that melts my heart and im sure it was not his fault as he was controlled by the PR team and Sugar factory what he can or should not do!

I just told how I heard it from People. Noone can compare this with a HP Premiere Place or a Premiere. You can search now a Person who you can give the Fault, but it won't make something better, you will get just more angry. When I hear over 400 People at this Place, then I'm glad noone got hurt.
I know I wasn't there, but I wouldn't have bought something if I'm honest, to go there and see Rupert would be enough for me, even it would be just a Minute or less, that's more than many Fans will get.

I am so sorry you didn't get to meet him.. :( I got there at 6am and was one of the first in line. Sugar Factory didn't have anything together! But slightly in their defense they only contracted him to stay for 1 hour anything after that was up to him. And who knows maybe he had to be some where else by a certain time. Other than that they failed miserably! Sorry again! This is the best shot I got of him and my autograph! So see the very first picture and the girl in the back behind the lady with her thumb up? The one with the long curlly hair? Guess what!? Bet you wouldnt guess that she is the one that won the VIP Meet and Great! She had that pissy face on the WHOLE time! All she did was be grouch and grumpy! So many people entered that contest with amazing videos and they chose hers! All she did was complain about how she doesnt like HP fans because they wear HP t-shirts to meet the celeberties with the pictures on their stomachs and other demeaning HP Fan stuff! Well guess what this girl wore a D.A. Shirt and was proud of it!!! And when we were walking out guess what she said?! "Well this was a waste of my time!" Are you kidding?! I get to say Hi and talk for 10 seconds and I am still on cloud 9 and giddy! Darn girl! D:
