Ralph Ineson cast as Amycus Carrow in Half-Blood Prince? More Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince casting news today - actor Ralph Ineson has been cast as Death Eater Amycus Carrow in the sixth film. He is better known for playing Finch in the BBC hit comedy, The Office. Information about his casting, and other projects he has been involved with, can be viewed here. I don't know much about Carrow. It seems the Death Eaters in the tower when Dumbledore dies are being cast now.
