That Hedwig costume is just too cute!!!!! and the other dioramas look great...but sorry to sound so nasty...I don't think that they did such a great job on Ron's face...it doesn't really look like him...

I'm not too fond of the Harry one, and Ron's face looks a little off; Hermione and Snape are great, though! I so want one of those Hedwig costumes for my dog!!
