Miriam Margoyles, who portrays Professor Sprout in the Harry Potter films, will star in a one-woman show about the women in Charles Dickens' life in Australia this fall. Quote:
“I’ve been a great admirer of Dickens, a passionate admirer, all my life and I want to share with you my relish in his humour, variety and vitality” states Miriam.
| Personally, I think she'd do a pretty good job. Apart from bringing to life an excellent Prof. Sprout, she also won an L.A. Critics Circle Award for her role as Flora Finching in the film Little Dorrit and was one of the voices in Happy Feet.
The play, Dickens’ Women, will run November 13-17 at the Octagon Theatre at the University of Western Australia.
Good luck from all of us here at SnitchSeeker, Miriam! ;)
