First Savannah on-set photos of Rupert Grint & Alan Rickman in "CBGB" biopic
 

The first on-set photos of Rupert Grint and Alan Rickman from their biopic CBGB, currently filming in Savannah, Ga., have been released online from fans around the area. Rupert will be playing The Dead Boys' Cheetah Chrome in the feature, up on stage with his band and all, and Alan portrays the punk club's owner, Hilly Kristal in the feature.

Photos of Rupert with an equally-bruised Justin Bartha, who will portray The Dead Boys' Stiv Bators, and Alan with Twilight actress Ashley Greene, who plays Kristal's daughter Lisa in the movie, can be found below, via Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook users on the Savannah set these past few weeks. Rupert's first appearance as Chrome on location were released Wednesday.

Rupert is set to finish filming later this week, while the production itself hit the mid-point of filming this week. CBGB began filming in late June.

I actually think the hair suits him, ya know, when he's not in his movie attire and all.

I am in love with what Rupert is wearing. And the hair, I likee it! :loved: But I'd rather have him have his original hair.

BAHAHA that happened to me. One of my friends showed me a cell phone pic of Alan Rickman on set and I said that EXACT same thing... literally took me 5 minutes to realize that the curly-haired ginger in the corner was him. :mellow:

Yeah me too! I really didn't like it when I first saw it but now it's really grown on me and I can't take my eyes off of these new pics of him. :lol:
