Well, it makes sense. JKR said that DH is really part two of HBP. so I expected it to pick up pretty much where HBP left off.

I can't believe the end will be here in only 4 days!!!! I don't think I've ever been this excited about a book before!

Well, gosh darn it...

I've miscalculated my reading :(

I usually re-read the whole series just in time for the new book to come out as I finish the one before it (a reminder read).

This time I re-read the lot and finished a month early, so I thought, "OK, another read through, just in time for book 7".

But alas, No. Darn Life, it got in the way. I'm only 3/4 through OoTP!

It's gonna REALLY bug me if I don't get through HBP before I start DH. And I have a REALLY busy next few days, I can't sit here and read through...

Aaaaargh.

Do I go buy DH and then read HBP madly till it's finished and THEN start DH? Or do I start DH as soon as it hits my hands and hope that I remember all the nuances of HBP (as it's been a month since I re-read it and I've read all the others again in the meantime).

Oh the quandry.
