A new Emma Watson interview has been featured in the March 2009 issue of Io Donna magazine, in which she talks about her growing fame and recognition, fashion, and choice of universities and film projects. Some of the newer responses can be read, courtesy of Portkey.it's translation, below:

Did you want the main role in Twilight?
I haven't had time to read it.... I think I should because it's getting more and more famous.

You work and study. You are about to start University.
It's an exciting part of my life. I'm grown up now, kind of. It's a bit scary because I'll stay away from home. I may choose an American university, I don't know yet.

Why, since you have Oxford and Cambridge near home?
In America you can attend 4 different classes and then specialize. In England you have to choose a single class and attend for 3 years. It's limited.

Any names?
Mmmh, Harvard, Yale, Columbia.

I'm a true Londoner. The weather is a bit grey. That encourages a freaky fashion. I mix the street style with vintage. I enjoy it. My mother is very stylish, I learned a lot from her.

And from Kate Moss?
She has a great style too. You can immediately see that she wears her own dresses. In America you can't do anything if the the stylist hasn't told you what you have to wear.

You bow to thinness dictatorship?
It has never been a dictatorship to me, I don't think it's a good thing being too thin. I'm not on a diet. I like eating and cooking. I can make a very good cake with raspberries and macaroons.

Oh for gods sake! how long she will talk about it??!! its not interesting anymore...(money,university,boys,drinking,money,un iversity,boys,drinking...AND AGAIN: money...) and I didnt enjoy the twilight movie so I think that the book is boring to...The movie is famous because Pattison has the main role...without him it wouldnt be the same.

I love the cover. I didn't know that she was asked to appear in "Twilight". I suspect that a TON of Harrry Potter would freak if she did that.

I think that the Twilight question is a little strange and out of place there.

Emma is a very well-spoken young woman. I'm very proud of her.

The Twilight question was a little random...I think we have known she didn't get the part for awhile now....lol!!

And this isn't the place for a Twilight debate. It's fine if you like it, it's fine if you don't, and she can read it if she wants to. Let's leave it at that.

Emma does have great taste in clothes.

I don't want to focus on the Twilight thing.

Emma has given good reason for choosing an American university, and she should go for it if that's what she wants. I also think she has great fashion sense, and love the fact that she also loves food. That's so real!
