Even Drago was a little shocked at the accio-ing of the kittens. "Whoa... Come on. No more accioing animals. That is not the way you handle a living creature." Stunning them is so much better. I did not stun the kittens! |

Chad examined the bite mark carefully, noting that it 'hurt a little'. "It does not seem like it is a very deep bite, but enough to cause pain. I think that this particular cat may have been charmed where when it bites or scratches, breaking skin..an irritant gets in the flesh wound and voila. Unpleasant stuff." "The good news? Can be healed and you'll be as good as new. Bad news? It is going to sting like you wouldn't believe." He looked at Violet. "Can you grab me that potion healing kit? Should be in a cabinet." |
Sarah smiled over at Violet and her comment about stepping in. She just nodded her head in agreement. It sure was. But the assignment wasn't for her to do. She would just have to watch and help guide when it was necessary. It sure was getting crazy though. There were people accioing kittens, people getting bitten... Pure chaos. Sarah glanced around at the scene around her and then at where Violet and Chad was, tending to one of the employees that got bitten. It was chaos indeed. |

She nodded. "Sure thing. Be right back." Violet turned around and opened the nearest cabinet. Nothing. The next one, however, held the potion kit. She grabbed it and stood up, closed the cabinet door with her foot, and walked abck over to Chad and Carley. "Here you go," she said, holding it out. Quote:

With the cloth, he used it to gently wipe away the disgusting green stuff that came out from her wound. Blah. This was why he was neverrr going to be a healer. He then uncorked the vial of purple stuff, placed a cotton ball over the opening and then turned the vial upside down so that the ball soaked up some of the potion. "Okay, now, this will sting a lot. It is a mild potion that cleans out wounds so that they can be closed up without infection. Your arm may feel like it is on fire. Gripping something and screaming in your head is definitely encouraged. Are you ready?" |

Violet's eyes narrowed a little bit as the cotton ball was prepared. She knew that the painful part hadn't come yet, but she had never liked it when people dragged cotton over her open flesh. Shudders. She held back a sigh as Chad explained the pain that was sure to come. Violet held a hand out to Carley. "If you like, you can squeeze my hand. But use your good arm. Try to keep the other one relaxed so that the skin heals properly." |

Carley nodded her head and sucked in a deep breath. Ohhhhh man. She could practically feel it coming even before it started. Grabbing the nearest desk, she held the corner of it until her knuckles turned white. "Yeah, I'm ready." |
Chad nodded his head slowly and then quickly placed the cotton ball against the wound. He did go gently, but made sure to clean it quickly so as to not prolong the stinging anymore than necessary. "Anddd...there we go!" He tossed the cotton ball into the nearest trash bin and then slipped his wand out. He tapped the wound while mumbling a few spells in French under his breath. The skin healed quickly and without a flaw. "There! All fixed, Mademoiselle. Feels better?" |

Violet patted Carley's shoulder. "See, it wasn't so bad, was it?" she said. |
Carley flinched at the stinging in her arm. It was quick, but felt like white, hot fire had been raging through her arm. Inside her head she was screaming bloody murder. Then, it was as though someone had thrown a bucket of water on the fire. As quickly as it started it was gone. She gave a sigh of relief. "Much better." Carley agreed nodding. "Thanks," she told them both. "No it wasn't too bad." Whew! At least it was over. Now she could get back to doing something useful. |
Emerald wasn't paying attention to anything. But now, senses have came to her somehow. And no, she does now know what's going on. She looked around at the workers. Maybe Emmy should catch some animals right now. |
Violet looked up. "Come on guys, only a few more animals left, don't stop now!" What had happened? People had stopped casting. "Don't let them escape the offices, then we'll never find them." |

"I'm sure we will be able to talk another time." She smiled and went after another frog she saw out of the corner of her eye going into another cubicle. She rounded it up and paced herself over to the frog containers and dumped the three she had. |

Carley rounded up a few more kneazles and put them in cages. So far, everyone was doing a fantastic job- there were only a few animals left. The room seemed almost back to normal and many people were putting things in cages again. |
Violet looked around. Ah, hey, they were just about done. Good. She stood up at the front where everyone could see her. "All right!" she said loudly in her announce-y voice. "It looks like everything has been rounded up. Emmy, you can go ahead and put that frog in a cage. Good job, everybody. Now, will a few people please help the other Heads and I put all the cages in Chad's office? Thank you, everyone who helped, by the way!" Violet picked up the nearest stack of cages, and proceeded to open the door with her foot and walk out into the hall towards Chad's office. |
With everything apparently captured (knowing his luck, he'd find something feline under his desk later) he lifted a stack of cages to carry them into the office. Mostly... of crups and nifflers. With a sigh he opened the door to take them down the hall. Did anyone get the ghost? Well... he could hope. |
Rin had been somewhat zoned out as the creatures were being captured, Violet and Sarah directed the employees as well as Chad. Her uneasy stomach and ache had made her somewhat pallid and she sat at her desk quietly. She hadn't want to get up in the middle of the catching and get in anyones way, she wouldn't be of much help lifting anything right now, so she slowly rose and made her way to the door ,to open and close it as the people went in and out. She would make sure that none of the animals that may be left would escape. |
Carley picked up a stack of cages and followed Violet out the door. Geez it was heavy!! .... Okay, over exaggerating a bit, it wasn't that bad but it did shake a little as the animals inside jumped around. |

ooc - guys, you with cages go ahead and RP yourselves over in Chad's office ;) Violet, coming back in for more cages, heard Emmy talking to her. "There's a sink in the back," she said, pointing. Then she grabbed more cages and, as she was about to walk out the door, noticed a rather pale Rin standing there. I hope she's okay, Violet thought to herself before passing her and heading back into the hall. |
Oh, well. Thought Emmy. I'll go wash later. And she went out of the room. |
Drago made his way back in, glancing at Rin as he did so. She didn't seem to be doing the best right now. As he stacked a few more cages for transport, he looked over at her with concern in his eyes, asking if she was alright. |
The lanky frame of James Greenwood, dressed today in a bright yellow ruffle shirt with a yellow cardigan over the top complete with runes embroidered onto the front, with a pair of ill fitting powder blue trousers, shuffled it's way into the office trying to look as inconspicuous as possible, but given his choice of attire, it may prove rather difficult. He glanced around at the folk in there and then made a swift b-line for his desk. He'd moved Divisions. Was he expected to move desks too? He looked at the potted purple orchid on his desk and touched it's petals lightly. It had just the right amount of warmth and light here. It would be a real shame to have to move. He looked over at Sarah, his old division head and bit his bottom lip wondering whether he should just stay put.. or ask. After a lengthy pause pondering this, he eventually cleared his throat. “E-excuse me, M-miss S-Sarah?” That wasn't very loud. Would she hear him over the other chatter? |
