A large bulletin board is tacked up on the wall outside the Department Head's office door. Here is where all announcements, both Department and Ministry-wide, will be posted. Make sure to check it before starting work for the day.

Department Wide Meeting

Welcome back, Games and Sports employees! Please join us for our first meeting of the new year at the West Wall to get us all reacquainted and discuss some very important business. To be held Monday, January 18, 2083 at 9:00 am.

ooc: This meeting will run ooc dates, 2/18-2/24.

Training will take place on Friday, January 22nd beginning at 1:30 pm. Ministry employees should travel by muggle bus to get off at Aldgate bus station and then walk the remaining distance to the abandoned HMS Royal Arthur. After passing through the Regulation Office and receiving your visitors pass, proceed directly to the gymnasium where your training instructors ( Emily Browne [Hera], Aron Ashburry-Hawthorne [sweetpinkpixie], and Oliver Jenkins [Mell]) will give you further instructions.

At least one employee from each department is required to attend this special training.

OOC: this is meant to be a fun way for everyone to interact with each other while gaining some important IC skills vital to the current climate in the Ministry. While the announcement states that it is mandatory for employees to attend, think of this like classes in the School RPG. Participation is optional but we certainly hope you will choose to come and play ^_^ You also do not HAVE to post in the Regulation Office prior to the gymnasium and can just RP arriving in the gymnasium pretending your character did so.

That being said, zero representation from any department could result in IC repercussions ;)

The above date and time is purely IC. We will be starting training on Friday, February 21st around noon GMT ( 7 am on February 20th EST)

OOC: While the above says that at least one employee from each department should attend, Mariel does expect everyone to be there. And I also think that this is a fun way ooc to RP with people from other departments that we might not normally. Hope to see you there! :)

Attention Employees

A Ministry-wide decision has been made to once again attempt to gain access into our Ministry. Several of the Department Heads have come together with some ideas on how to accomplish this and I would like my employees to assist as well. We will all be at several points of possible entry and it is your choice where you decide to offer your assistance. Just think, we might soon be out of our Airplane Hangar and back inside our comfortable offices!

Locations you have to choose from:

Restaurant Across the Street - This location has been secured against Muggles, though some crowd control may be needed. Attempts from this location will include exploding the walls of the Ministry.

Sidewalk and Phone Booth - Attempts will be made to discover why the phone booth does not allow access along with reinstating its use for entering the Ministry.

Public Toilets - This is the location where I will be, feel free to join me if you like. It is possible that the toilets are clogged, not allowing access to the Ministry.

Fireplace – Congregate at the fireplace in Flourish and Blotts to help figure out why flooing attempts inside the Ministry have been unaccessible and what could be done to change this.

Department Heads are positioned at each location and will be awaiting your arrival. I expect everyone to offer their assistance.

OOC- Hey Guys!
So we’re going to all try to get back in the Ministry and we’d love your help. Even if you haven’t had a chance to play in our substitute Ministry at the airplane hangar, it’s not too late to join in! As stated above, simply have your character join in at one of those locations, but please choose only one as they will all be happening at the same time IC. Mariel and I will be at the public toilets. You can join us there or choose somewhere else to play.
