Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, as of this past weekend, broke past $200 million in the domestic box office (U.S. and Canada) and made over $700 million worldwide since its mid-November release.



As of Sunday, December 18th (exactly a month after its release), Fantastic Beasts has made:

Outside of the U.S., the biggest box office takes came from the United Kingdom ($53.3 million), China ($82.4 million), Brazil ($17.2 million), Australia ($21 million), France ($22 million), Germany ($27.2 million), Japan ($36.3 million), South Korea ($32.7 million), and Russia ($22.2 million). Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, which reportedly had a $180 million budget, brought in an additional $5 million this weekend domestically, coming in at number five overall.
