Daniel Radcliffe comments on if he would appear in 'Fantastic Beasts' series if asked
While promoting this week's theatrical and VOD release of his new action thriller Jungle, Daniel Radcliffe was asked if he would consider returning to the franchise world.
The star of the Harry Potter series noted he was very open to the idea of taking part in another large film series, and would not turn down the opportunity to be in any of the Fantastic Beasts films if the role was appropriate. More on that below.
If asked, would you make an appearance in Fantastic Beasts?
Daniel Radcliffe: I don’t think so? But again, if it was something that I thought would be fun to do and I’d enjoy, then great. Again, I’m not racing to go back there.
Are you beginning to get recognized for more than just Harry Potter?
Radcliffe: Most people recognize me for Potter, I’m under no illusions about that. But I do get people saying how much they enjoyed Swiss Army Man or Imperium and that’s always really pleasing.
Jungle is out this Friday in select theaters in the U.S. and on digital and VOD; a few clips, teasers, and press interviews can be watched below.
